Do you think the reason Jesus Christ doesn't rise again is because we keep putting up crosses and he gets flashbacks on how that went last time?

As Shion told Levi when she would be heading into Archades, she smiled. Levi was always like this when she was in the company of Shion. “So soon huh? That should be fun for you and your dear sweet Francis.” There she was, again, teasing Shion. Gods how she loved doing it Though, when Shion would mention that starting tomorrow she would be busy, Levi was curious, but not too curious as to just ask flat out.
As the ladies would talk about their new outfits, especially Nadeline stating they would look fabulous, Jaakuna and Wesley couldn’t help but raise a single eyebrow respectively in how curious they were. Both Jaakuna and Wesley were just about to ask, but that’s when they departed from the Dining Room. Jaakuna smiled and stood up. “Well, I guess we should start getting ready too. It’s almost sevenish, right? So, that gives us about an hour or so to get ready.” Jaakuna said.

Wesley smiled and he would set his anger at Jaakuna for the night. “Time to, as Nadeline said, get fabulous.” He chuckled. It was with that everyone went to their own room and get ready for what could possibly be a wonderful night for everyone.
As Roman would speak about how the Espers were a mistake by the Gods, Francis couldn’t help but agree with him. There were truly some bad events that happened because of the gods, but then Francis thought about the good that came from the espers. They protect certain families and watch over others. Though, perhaps Francis was just a little biased. His family, for the longest time, was protected by a pseudo-esper by the name of Fenrir, The Night Wolf. Actually, Francis was named after Fenrir and even has a title associated with The Wolf.

“According to the legend, Zodiark has the potential to bring the world into darkness, so that would explain the various reports of people losing their minds.” Francis said. He stood up from his bowing position. “Sir, I wish not to haste this, but I request that I leave my duties tonight early.” FRancis said. “I, erm, well I have a date tonight.” Francis said clearly embarrassed.
When Shion would make a hint that she wouldn’t have much time to spend with anyone, she dramatically placed her hand over her heart. “Ouch, that hurts, truly.” She said removing her hand from her heart and looking at Shion. “Anyways, how soon are you planning on coming to Archades?” She asked her.
When Nadeline would inform Savayna that her and Emiri were done, the three girls would head out of the VIP section, go down the stairs, and they would walk up to Klaus, who then would clap out in delight. “I hope you found everything to your liking, darlings?” Klaus giddily asked them.

With a hand on her hip, she smiled. “Of course my dear. You did get the outfits we wanted, right?” She asked him with an arched eyebrow.

Klaus winked. “You know it doll face.” He said.

Savayna just smiled. “Good, just put it on my tab.” She said.

“Fabu~!” He replied.

It was after a few minutes of getting the bags, that the ladies would exit Fine Design and make their way back to the boys. Tonight was going to be a fun night for all.
As Grant told Jaakuna that he needed to stop relying on Zodiark’s influence, Jaakuna would look at him. “I know, but it’s not like I’m using it whenever I please. I’ve only used it once and maybe incorporated it with my own power, but I’m not solely relying on it.” JAakuna said. He didn’t want to openly admit that he enjoyed the feeling that he got when he used it back in Nabudis when he fired that black and red blast of pure magick at Emiri to break her out of the confusion.

Wesley just looked at both Jaakuna and Grant. He felt like he should had said more than he did, but Wesley knew that if he did, Jaakuna wouldn’t like them. Even when Grant said that Wesley was to not say anything to Nadeline, he nodded. “I gave my word, didn’t I?” He said, snapping at Grant.

When the boys were talking, they heard loud ‘woohoos’ and other like cheers. The three girls would come in carrying bags. Jaakuna smiled. “Nice to see you girls had a fun time.” He said.

Savayna looked at the guys. “You bet we did. Klaus always knows what’s good for my body.” She half-jokingly said as she darted a wink to Grant.
“And that’s what I found out, your Eminence.”

Bowing before Roman in the Archadia Palace and more specifically in the Emperor’s Office, Francis had just reported his findings from Eruyt Village to Roman. Francis only told him about what the two Viera said about Zodiark, Keeper of Precepts. Francis dared not mention to Roman that he met the leader of Utena or that he had a date with her in the very near future. No, Francis knew it would be best just to inform Roman of what he told him he would seek out.
Teasing Shion was always fun. Though she might not like it, Levi found much enjoyment from it. She would raise her hands as she would pretty much order Levi to keep her trap shut about what they just discussed. “Why of course. I wouldn’t dare repeat that you’re just another one of us girls underneath that rough exterior of yours.” There she was teasing Shion again, though when she would make the comment about Meli, she just smiled. “Yeah, imagine my surprise that when Michel would tell me that he was dating someone within Utena. I for sure thought he was talking about you, but nope, he was referring to The Grim Reaper herself.” Levi found herself laughing. “In any case, I do hope you don’t keep poor Francis waiting too long. When I saw him come back to Archades, he was in a rather chipper mood, he even was humming.” She said smiling once more to her friend.
“Don’t worry about the price.” She mentioned. “The advantage of being the best customer that Klaus has ever had is that I get a major discount and plus, I’m like filthy rich.” She mentioned as if proud of that fact.

As the three girls went into different directions of the VIP section of the store, Savayna went in the location that had semi-risqué options. She looked around, eyeing each outfit with picky eyes. She first came to the dresses. Some where flirtatiously short and some barely came below the buttocks. Savayna considered them. She knew she wanted to show off her…assets, and they would definitely get Grant’s attention. The more she eyed them, the more she felt they were too short even for her. So, she moved on to the two-piece outfits. She looked at the displays, looked a kiosk that had models wearing them. She looked at every possible outfit and she spotted one that took her intrigue. It was of blue and purple color. She liked the way it looked on the model and Savayna actually enjoyed the hint of flirtatiousness about it.

Deciding that she wanted that one, Savayna pressed the ’buy’ button on the kiosk and it was sent to Klaus. Savayna would walk around the store looking for the other two.
When Wesley said very little, Jaakuna expected that, though he was surprised. Maybe he didn’t know what to say. Grant, however, would just state that it was one hell of a secret. Jaakuna laughed out of nervousness. Grant would then mention what Jaakuna wanted to do about it. That was the million gil question. Jaakuna didn’t know specifically, but he knew he didn’t want to tackle it right away.

“I don’t know exactly, but that’s why I wanted you two to know first. Just so I can get some level-headed responses. Gods know that the girls will react differently when I spill the beans to them. “ Jaakuna said. “I will allow you guys to tell Nadeline and Savayna tomorrow. I’ll break the news to Emiri tonight, but I just don’t want anything to ruin our night out, especially considering the day we had.” Jaakuna said.

Wesley nodded. “I agree.” He simply said, obviously not really happy at the moment, but good thing alchohol will soon take his anger away.
Levi smiled as Shion would explain that Francis definitely earned his spot as a judge. On that alone, Levi deduced that they had some type of brawl. Knowing Shion, Levi figured it was her usual test she gave men to see if they were even worth her time. Though, based on her later words, it would seem that Shion lost and she owed him a date. Levi’s eyes widened, she gasped.

“Oh my, Shion. Francis must have really made you swoon.” She replied dramatically. “You’re the pickiest woman when it comes to women. Hell, you even turned down the former king of Dalmasca cause you saw him, as..” she said, “what was it? A tool for the people? “ Levi laughed as she could clearly see the displeasing look on Shion’s face. “I guess the real question is do you even see this man as one you could mate with.” She said as she placed her hand on her chin as if thinking about it real hard. “I mean, young Michel is only eighteen and he was able to get Meli to be his romantic and sexual partner, and she’s a few years older than him.” She was merely musing aloud, but also talking directly to Shion. “Francis really must’ve made an impression on you, then.” She said, nudging Shion once more with a grin upon her face.
When they had made their way to the city, they took an aircab, to which Savayna would order the cabby to drive them to Fine Design, the richest clothing store of all in the Archadian Empire. When the Aircab would take off, the next twenty minutes were filled with talking amongst the girls and soon enough they came to a fancy-like store that had mannequins displayed through the window, wearing some elaborate clothing with designs only for the rich.

As they would walk into the store, they were approached by a man of flamboyant nature, body slim and slender. His hair was multi-colored and flowed over one-half of his face. His eyes were of hazel shade. The suit he wore was made of silk and cotton, blue and gold in shade. He noticed Savayna. “Lady Savayna, so glad you could visit again.” He said as he and Savayna exchanged air-kisses. No doubt Emiri and Savayna were in shock.

“Klaus, this is Lady Emiri, daughter of Lord Andre and Lady Justine of Rozarria and my dear friend. The other blonde is Princess Nadeline of the Roselia House of Rosarria. “ Savayna said introducing Klaus to Nadeline and Emiri.

“I did not know my humble store was housing royalty.” He said placing his head to his forehead as if fainting. “Please, let me show you the royal treatment. If you are dear friends of my best customer, then you must be treated with our finest selection.” Klaus said.

Savayna would follow Klaus as he would lead them up a flight of stairs, around some corners, and in a private area of the store reserved for the VIP, they saw quite the collection of clothes.

“Let me know if I could be of assistance, dolls.” Klaus said, “Toodles~” He said, femininely waving bye to the ladies as he headed down to the main floor of Fine Design.

As the three gals were in the private floor, Savayna smirked. “Well, let’s get to it.” She said as she walked in and began examining the options.
Grant took his sweet time to swear an oath of silence to Jaakuna’s request, but eventually he too promised to keep his mouth shut and he would insist Jaakuna didn’t waste any time to tell him and Wesley what he wanted to tell them. Jaakuna sighed and he just would do it. “Okay, before I get to the point, I guess I will first start with the talk that myself and Lady Justine had.” JAakuna said. “When I asked to speak with her, we said some stuff that needed to be said, but after that, she told me about Emiri’s powers, specifically the way she was feeling after she healed my father. Justine told me that Emiri was frozen in time cause of the strain it put on her to heal my father.” Jaakuna revealed to them. “Furthermore, if she continues to use her power, then she will most certainly be frozen in time once again and she might not be able to pull herself out the next time around.” Jaakuna said a she looked down.

Wesley was right then. When Nadeline had talked to him about it, he did have his suspicions, but just Jaakuna saying what he just said proved that. “Is that all?” Wesley said as he wanted to hear Jaakuna out.

The blonde man looked at both Grant and Wesley and shook his head. “As I said, I just wanted to establish that.” He said, fiddling around his thumbs as he looked down at them. He would then look back up at them with a very serious look upon his face.

“My nightmare that I had back in Nabudis, it was the worst thing I could have imagined.” Jaakuna said, “It started with me about to be crowned Emperor and you all were there and my family was there. Right as the crown was about to be placed on my head, I was warped to the moment right before I killed the person that I thought at the time was my father. Vincent and I were sitting in chairs, but when I noticed something off, I saw that my father dead. I looked to my brother, and a dagger was through his heart. I then looked at my hands and blood was all over my hands and clothes. Of course, you both could imagine that I was horrified. However, it only got worse from then on.” Jaakuna said as he noticed his hands trembling. “I looked behind me and saw everyone — Nadeline, you two, Savayna, and my mother — all dead on the floor, blood all over. I pieced that somehow I killed you all.” JAakuna said as it was plainly obvious the torture in his voice as he recalled it.

He looked up at his friends. “At this point, I called out for Emiri and as she would walk in through the door and walk over to me, I begged her to revive all of you. She did it of course, but my worst fear came to life. She faded away and she was frozen in time. That’s when every single one of you cornered me in one of the corners of the Emperor’s Office and continued to say it was my fault that she was gone and you all were right. Gods, I knew you were all right and then I heard a voice echo through my head.” Jaakuna then was trembling more. “It was Zodiark. He and I went back and forth of how he was saying that he could help me and all I would have to do was let him in me and take control of my body. I just wanted the pain to go away and well, that’s when I accepted him as my god. He took the pain away, I was finally free.” JAakuna said, “I don’t remember what came after that. The next thing I remembered was Lola-as-Emiri coming to clear me of any darkness, which included Zodiark.” Jaakuna said, “but then…” He hesitated, “he called out to me once more. It was when I was finding out who the real Emiri was of the three. He told me he could help me and all I needed to do was let him insert some of his powers into my body, and that‘s how I knew who the real Emiri was and who the fakes were” [/b]Jaakuna said avoiding eye contact with both Grant and Wesley.

Wesley was angry, yes, but he wasn’t livid. He couldn’t possibly judge Jaakuna for what happened in his nightmare and again accepting Zodiark’s power. He was more worried for his friend than he was angry at Jaakuna. “I see.” Wesley simply said.
As Emiri would complain on why they couldn’t all go together and why they had to get new clothes and not wear their regular clothes, Savayna laughed. Obviously Emiri never dolled up. Savayna would see to it that she looked extra spiffy for her man. “Don’t you worry, when I’m done with you, Jaakuna will fall even more in love with you.” She smiled devilishly as she, Nadeline, and Emiri were beamed down to the Aerodome and that’s when they would exit, making their way into the city.
When the ladies walked away due to the force of Savayna, Jaakuna sat down and that’s when Grant asked what they would do now. Jaakuna’s former smile then dropped into a serious look. “Well, we have three hours to kill and the ladies won’t be back in half that time, so I’m going to let you guys know something that I need you to promise you’ll keep between us three.” Jaakuna said looking to Grant and Wesley.

Wesley raised an eyebrow. “Is something the matter?” Wesley asked.

“A lot is the matter, but I need you two to promise me first. What I’m about to tell you is something I know the ladies will freak out over.” Jaakuna said as he was entirely sure they would.

Wesley was now worried, but he nodded. “You have my word as an Dalmascan that I will not tell Nadeline anything about it.” Wesley said as he promised Jaakuna.

Jaakuna looked to Grant. “What about you, Grant?” He asked him.
Levi chuckled when Shion made the comment about leveling a city. “As long as it’s not Archades, go nuts, darling.” She smiled. Levi would then laugh when Shion would make the mention of Francis and how he was severely interested in his son joining Utena. Levi would slightly arch her right eyebrow when Shion would ask her why Levi didn’t say anything in specific about Michel to Francis. She smiled and chuckled. “I figured it would be more fun this way.” She said, “besides, I knew that Mtra would summon you and the two of you would talk it out.” Levi said as she noticed…something about the way Shion spoke. “Though, I get the impression that there was more than talk.” She thought about how Michel acted towards beautiful women and Francis was the same way. “I wonder, did The Gold Wolf show you where Michel got his…unique charms, perhaps?” She smiled in a slight naughty way, lightly nudging Shion with her arm.
“Once upon a time, yes.” Levi said as she saw Shion gaze upon the Midlight Shard. The dark and dull shard didn’t really show well within the sunlight of the Phon Coast. Levi would smile though. “Archadia is heading in a different direction, as I am sure you know this. With the new Emperor and the clearing of a group of our mutual enemies, Archadia is looking to the sky, which I guess can be a good thing for some. I have no interest in which direction they head into.” Levi said looking at the sea, taking in the crisp air. She exhaled and turned her head to Shion. “I have no use for the Midlight Shard, but I assumed you might.” She said.
As the airship came into dock at the Archades Aerodome, Savayna was all enthusiastic,. Jaakuna and Emiri had then made their way back down to the Dining Room, to which everyone looked at them. Savayna grinned to Jaakuna, who in return would walk over to Savayna and high five each other. Then they both looked to the group. They had such big grins on their faces and instantly, Wesley had a half-cautious, half-worried expression across his face.

“Iris, what time is it right now?”
“Based on my sensors, it’s half-past five, Master Jaakuna.”
“Okay, so that gives us just three hours to get everything ready for the night. Thank you, Iris.”

As Jaakuna calculated what needed to be ensured for the night out on the capital, Savayna laughed and then stopped as she looked to Nadeline and Emiri, just smiling so mischievously. “Okay, us girls will do shopping and you boys, well do whatever you want.” Savayna said as she literally didn’t wait for the other girls to respond and pulled them with her, as the three of them(two forced) to the beaming station and everyone would just regroup later on in the night.
When Emiri told him that it wasn’t his fault and that she just wanted to make sure that Lola didn’t harm Jaakuna, he would smile as her hand touched his cheek. He touched her hand and closed his eyes. Emiri would mention that the next time that she saw Lola, she would kill her. Jaakuna laughed. “As of now, I wouldn’t mind getting my hands around her slutty neck.” Jaakuna said. When the hands would be removed from Jaakuna’s cheek, Emiri surprised him by asking if he had any alcohol. Of course he did, but they were coming to Archades and this is the first time that Jaakuna has been in Archades that he was truly free. The last time they were here as free people, they had to leave in a hurry, but now perhaps was the perfect chance to show his friends and the love of his life how Archadians party.

“I do, yes, but we’re going to do this right.” Jaakuna said nodding and clapping his hands together once. “Iris, inform everyone that we’re going to have a night out in Archades.” Jaakuna said.
When Grant would go on about his mother and how he shared none of her singing talents, Wesley chuckled and Savayna laughed, but patted Grant on the back. “There, there, you got her looks, and that’s what matters.” She said winking at Grant. Wesley chuckled once more at what Savayna said. Though, no laughs or touching was to be had when the mention of Grant’s mother’s death was mentioned. Yes, it was a silent as Nabudis.

The silence took the room and it was only Iris’ voice that broke it. “Master Jaakuna has asked me to inform everyone that tonight you all will have a night out in Archades.” Iris said.

Wesley raised an eyebrow and wondered what that meant. Savayna knew exactly what that meant. “FUCK YEAH!” She shouted as she stood up rather quickly and started to woo-hoo and cheered. “You Rozarrians might know the best times with nature, but Archades has some of the best nightclubs in all of Ivalice.” Savayna said so giddy that she was about to pop out of her clothing. “Oh shit, I need some clothes and shit for tonight.” She said almost freaking out. “Well it’s a good thing Jaakuna’s status as a prince was restored and my status as a general was never taken from me.” She grinned.

Wesley just watched Savayna go on and on and he didn’t know what to say, but he leaned to Nadeline. “This should be fun.” Wesley murmured to Nadeline as he didn’t want to talk over Savayna(not like that was humeanly possible).
“Always with the questions.” Levi laughed. Shion had always been one to ask a bunch of questions and not even wait for anyone to talk or respond. When she was done, Levi smiled. “Oh, being a judge has its perks, I mean look at how you got young Michel. If I were not a judge, you wouldn’t be able to find that young talent into your ranks.” She said hand on hip and smile upon her face. Then she looked at Shion.

“Slow down, dear.” She said. “I do not have any such requests this time around.” She said. “I know your rather eccentric subordinate Lola was in Nabudis showing our mutual enemy one hell of a ride.” She said chuckling. “And she did it rather poorly. I mean, really? Letting the Time Girl live AND letting her get the Esper of wind. Truly, Lola has let her infatuation with that girl overtake her brain.” Levi laughed. “I mean, she didn’t even notice that the Midlight Shard was still in Nabudis.” She said, “though, the same could be said for the time girl and her friends. They had no idea about it either. Thankfully for me, I knew exactly where it was.”

As Levi would finish speaking, she held her hand out and of black and silver energy, formed an oval-shaped object. “I have the Midlight Shard here.” She said. “I have no use for it, but I figured you might find more use for it, maybe even use it in any way you see fit.” She said holding out her hand waiting for Shion to take it.
When both Nadeline and Grant started singing, Savayna smiled and she let out a laugh at how dorky they seemed, but she found it cute. The fact that Grant can remember something good about his mom and how even in times where everyone is emotionally-wrecked, he can smile. Savayna liked seeing him smile. He was better company when he smiled. Nadeline said the song was called Gold and it was popular a few years back. “Yeah, I think it made its way to Archadia. I actually liked that song a lot.” Savayna admitted. When Nadeline would mention that Grant’s mother wanted to be a singer, she would prop a sound of her mouth of curiosity. Wesley would hear everything they were saying and he just smiled. Wesley was currently in another place mentally, but he would just smile as they would all talk.
When they made their way to his room, Emiri would begin to tell Jaakuna what Lola did to her when she brought her out of her nightmare. As Jaakuna listened, he was dumbfounded, shocked, and terrified for Emiri. She was violated and he wasn’t there to protect her. It even became worse when Emiri said that Lola was dressed as Jaakuna while doing it. The fact that she had to go through that knowing the image of him was imprinted to her mind, Jaakuna didn’t even know what to say at this point. He looked at her, not sure what to even say, but he found himself speaking regardless. “Emiri, I should have been there — the real me, not that crazy bitch dressed up as me. I should have been there to protect you.” Jaakuna said gripping Emiri’s arms. “Not in a million years would I want you do experience something so awful.” He said looking down, his forehead touching hers.
Within the seconds that the blue rose had appeared, the petals began to swirl around and in a minute they had floated away. It wasn’t until two minutes later that Levi heard a rather familiar and welcoming voice call her name three times. She looked behind her and saw her dear friend and former partner-in-crime, Shion. She smiled, placing a hand on her hip. “Shion dear, it’s been way too long.” She said hugging Shion as friends do. It would only be a few seconds, and Levi would take her friend out of her arms.
There was a clear feeling of boredom around the table. Grant was drumming his fingers and humming some song that his mother sang to him as a child, Nadeline had her palm underneath her chin all bored-like, Wesley laid his head on his hands darting eyes to everyone and Savayna even found herself rapidly tapping her fingers and tapping her foot as well. It just seemed everyone didn’t know what to do with themselves right now.

Savayna figured she might as well. “So, this song your mom sang to you.” She said, “does it got a name?” She asked.
As they walked through the halls, going nowhere in particular, Emiri stopped and Jaakuna did as well. She would face him. She would state that in her nightmare, she ended up killing Jaakuna. He had a look of half-shock, half-I-was-expecting-that expression on his face. Though, he did wonder what exactly Lola did to her. Clearly it had her all freaked out. Jaakuna did want to know, but he wouldn’t press her for it. “You can tell me when you’re ready. This is something you need to want to tell me.” He said smiling at her and motioned her to follow him to his room.
In the Phon Coast, Levi, in her armor, would walk around. As she walked around, she came to one of the shorelines and she inhaled the clean, crisp air. She pressed her breastplate of her armor, and the entire armor, including the helmet, would retract, revealing a rather gothic-looking dress. The dress was cut between the breasts, clearly showing her curves. It was cut that way all the way down to her hips, but not as much. Belts closed most of the abs portion A feather-like part of the dress trailed down the back of it and she had black heels on and several black straps around her legs. The dress didn’t really cover anything below her butt, but the feather portion covered most of it.

Levi knelt down, and looked at a plant. She eyed it with a sincere gaze.“Fallen petals still have their use.” After she said that, a Blue Rose appeared in her hand. Levi smiled at the sight of it.
When Nadeline suggested that everyone talk about what they each went through, they all shot her a look, but then she would correct herself and say that she was there for anyone who wanted to talk about it. As Wesley definitely wanted to talk to Nadeline about it, but he had yet to find a way to bring it up. What he experienced, he didn’t know what the proper way was to bring it up. It was at the moment that Nadeline said what she said that Emiri simply got out of her seat, and walked out. Clearly she wasn’t ready to talk about it yet.

When everyone, especially Jaakuna, watched Emiri leave, worried, Grant would speak that they just needed to adjust to it all and digest what had happened. He would agree with Nadeline, however. Jaakuna looked down and he stood up from his seat. “I’ll go and make sure Emiri is alright.” Jaakuna said as he also left. The four of them were left and Wesley would think and maybe it was best if they all just did as Grant suggested, and relaxed their bodies as well as their minds.

As Jaakuna walked out of the dining room and into the hallway, he caught up to Emiri. He just walked beside her, hands in his pockets, and turned his eyes to her. “I guess I don’t need to ask if you’re alright. Obviously something’s got you rattled, as it does with all of us.” Jaakuna said
