Do you think the reason Jesus Christ doesn't rise again is because we keep putting up crosses and he gets flashbacks on how that went last time?

In the time that JAakuna had told Avalon to meet him at The Usual Spot with the others, the blonde teen had walked to his house in increased pace, said hello to his parents, and got out of his uncomfortable school uniform. Oh the gods how he hated his school uniform. It was so tight in some areas, it looked totally ugly, and even worse, it was a uniform. Jaakuna hated the idea of conformity. He didn't want to be that kind of guy that was like the rest of the people in his class and school, but for some reason, his school believed in the fascist notion that everyone has to look the same and abide to the same, ridiculous attire. That's why he was so glad to get the hell out of his uniform and into his preferred outfit of his red jacket with a black checkered design on the left chest area, a purple-ish shirt underneath, black pants, and shoes that had red, black, and white as its color scheme. When he was finally able to get into those clothes, he wasted no time getting out of his house and onto his journey to The Usual Spot.

About halfway through the way to The Usual Spot, Jaakuna had his hands in his pockets and he found himself grinning slightly. For some reason, he was happy. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the summer vacation was finally underway and he and Avalon, along with their friends, can focus on just enjoying themselves for as long as they could. It what he had been waiting for.As he starting to go up the high hill that led to The Usual Spot, Jaakuna suddenly felt something. He couldn't place it, but it was some kind of chilly feeling and it made him stop, and look over his shoulder. He didn't want to fully turn around, but Jaakuna saw something behind him. It was black and tendrils were waving all around. Jaakuna slowly turned his head back to in front of him and in a fast motion, his body was facing the opposite direction. However, by the time he was in full view, he saw nothing.

"Was it just my imagination or did I see some weird shadowy thing?" Jaakuna asked himself. He didn't want to say that he was just imagining things, but first it was the woman in the Kitsune mask and now the black shadowy creature with shadow tendrils creeping up on him. Perhaps Jaakuna was imagining it all, but this seriously had him creeped the fuck out. Jaakuna just shook it off and started to head to The Usual Spot.

Going through the secret entrance of the usual spot, Jaakuna saw Hayner, Pence, and Olette sitting on their usual spots and he saw Avalon on the couch. JAakuna just plopped on the floor next to the couch. "Yeah, I'm here." He said, barely audible as his face was buried in the ground.

"What's wrong, Jaakie?" Hayner asked as he was concerned about his friend.

"Oh notjoe"

"Lift your head up!"

Jaakuna lifted his head up. "Oh, sorry." Jaakuna laughed, "I don't know. I thought I saw...something." JAakuna said as he leaned against the couch, where his back was near Avalon's legs.

"Waddya mean?" Pence asked.

"I thought I saw some black creature with weird black tendrils. Impossible, I know." Jaakuna laughed and thought about just shrugging it off.
Whoopies, guess I skipped that over or something. Thanks for clearing it up.
Just going to ask this right from the get go. Do we HAVE to play as canon characters or can we do original ones as well?
Sorry I haven't posted yet. Things kept on getting in the way, but I'll be posting within the next couple of hours.
Hearing everything from the faux-rapper Dominic — or as he called himself, Grandmaster D — Cerden was still coping with the fact that he almost died and even more so that dream that he had. It was definitely more than a dream. It was a memory and a bad one at that. It was a memory from when his father died and when he and his brother went through something so traumatic that it would serve as the catalyst of their bitter relationship. Well, more so Nomis being bitter to Cerden than the other way around.

“Okay, so when were you going to tell me you had a brother?” Cerden asked Flora.

Flora sighed, “It’s not like I was hiding it.” Flora said, rubbing her temples, “but you see how he is. I have some dignity to keep, but it‘s not like you would understand.” Flora was trying to explain the situation to Cerden.

Cerden laughed, “Oh believe I do. It’s just funny that you think you had to hide him. I mean, sure he’s a bit…--”

“Weird.”

“No, not weird..”

“Retarded.”

“Different. I was going to say different.”

As Flora and Cerden went back and forth on how they would describe Dominic, everyone could hear the door to Cerden’s room burst open as if someone had done it with great force. In the doorway stood a woman that Shinto or Dominic recognized. However, as for the other two in the room, they knew her quite well. One could even say that there was a lot of history between the three. The woman would acknowledge Flora, but once her gaze came to Cerden, her voice became loud and her tone a mix of anger and what could be described as hurt.

Cerden stood up, grunting as he did for he was still wounded from his beating received from his son. “Tyra…” That’s all Cerden could say, but what else could he say? The woman standing in front of him was the one person that, aside from Flora, Nomis and his own son, that he cared deeply for.
When his uncle told him that whether it was of physical or mental status, Caleb’s mother was dead to him. Nomis’ reasoning was simply because she wasn’t there for all the years that Caleb had been alive. The young teen, while slightly disappointed in what his uncle had told him, he silently admitted to himself that Nomis must have been telling the truth. Even if that woman that claimed to be his mother was infact who she claimed she was, there was still the fact that she left when he was born and clearly had no love for him whatsoever.

“You’re right, Uncle.” Caleb said as he felt his uncle’s hand on his shoulder.

When his uncle would say that they had much work to do, Caleb nodded and walked along with Nomis and few hooded scientists out from the palace hallway and through the several passageways that led to the main path which led them all to the Palace Gates. As they would exit the palace and thus make their way into the desert, they saw a ship up in the sky and one of the hatches from the ship opened, revealing a group of masked figures stepping out from it. As they did, there was some tall and rather wide object that they were carrying. Caleb could hear some form of liquid, but he did not know exactly what it was. Whatever it was, it seemed it was what Nomis needed, so that was when, along with Nomis, Caleb, and the hooded scientists, the new group of masked figures joined them on their way back to the palace.

Starting to walk back, Caleb heard his uncle starting to talk about the creature would needed to be captured again and he would stress the blame solely on Ryoko, which Caleb agreed. It was indeed her fault that the factory got broken into and that she allowed the intruders to not only get into the core of the factory, but also completely wreck any plans that the Empire had for the factory itself.About halfway to the Palace, Nomis would request that Caleb have their spies report in any information about anyone who does not fit the bill of Agrabah’s…unique skin tone. “Yes Uncle. I‘ll get started right away.” Caleb said as he would depart from his uncle and would hop off to other areas of the City.

As he jumped from building to building, completely evading the public eye in the process, Jumping enough buildings, Caleb landed in the marketplace where all the shops and inns were at. He would start walking around, just trying to blend in with the crowds, he would eventually find himself turning a corner into an alleyway where street kids were and he eventually came to a stop after turning another corner to the right. He came to the view of three men dressed in Agrabah’s chosen attire. They had skin tones that matched the natives of Agrabah.

“Master Caleb! How can we be of service to you?” Said one of the three.

“Jalop, Rolam, and Mohi — you three have been keeping your ears open, yes?”

“Indeed.”
Said Ralam.

“Any news about outworlders lately?”

“There have been many outworlders come to Agrabah. Some kids and some just like you, Caleb.”

“Like me?”

“It is, how you say, blood relations.”

“Explain.”

“You know the three of us have unique skills of detection, so we know of the blood types many people. There were three that had your blood type. A mocha-skinned male with white hair, a female with purple, black, and white hair, and a male with red hair.”

“I see. And where are they? Do you know?”

“Basilisk Inn.”

“Thank you, Ralam.”
Caleb said, “I’ll be sure to tell my uncle that your debt has been paid.

“Thank you, Master Ca--”

Before any of them could even so much as a sound, Caleb impaled all three of them with tendrils of darkness that came to his beckon call as he waved his two arms. The tendrils pinned them to the wall and pierced right through their heart. “You’re the ones to blame for this.” Caleb said as he walked away, leaving the three of them to die where they were.

Tundra, are you going to be ok using that bulk of characters? You already have 3 as it stands, I am merely concerned as I wouldn't like to see several conversations inhibit your activity because you are needed.

Yeah, don't worry about me. I have in full confidence that I will be able to keep up with this many characters. I mean, not all of them will have front center all the time, so it's not like I'll have to be writing for all five characters in every single post. Adding to that, there are plans for the two new ones.
Name: Dominic
:Nicknames: Grandmaster D. Crimson Flash
Age: 38
Gender: Male

Personality:
Dominic is a weird one, that’s for sure. Some call him wacky and stupid for the antics that he puts on, mainly putting on a persona of sorts known as “Grandmaster D”, which he pretends that he’s a rapper and someone from “the hood”. It is often the subject of ridicule to him from his friends and half-sister, Flora. Whether it’s from his horrible grammar when speaking or the whole persona itself, Flora doesn’t like it when he does that. Dominic is also one to “act” cool. Meaning that he will sometimes appear distant and want the suspense to build, even if it’s up to something that has nothing that required any sort of suspense or build-up.

Though he acts like he’s some moron with some kind of identity problem, Dominic actually knows exactly who he is and when the situation calls for it, he turns off the “Grandmaster D” side of him faster than a rushing athlete to turn off the light switch of a room. Adding to that, Dominic’s entire persona changes into a more serious version of himself. His tone will be totally different, mannerisms, and in this side of him, he totally embraces his physicality and the way it affects how he goes about things. When he is more serious like that, a certain intimidation factor that’s commonly seen in terrorist interrogations. As one could assume that this side of himself could be somewhat scary.

Appearance:
Upon first glance, Dominic would instantly strike people as an overly-tatted, steroid-abusing, dumbass-looking, jock. Just by looking at him, that is exactly what he would look like. His arms are almost as big and extend as far as his crimson hair does. He constantly wears his sunglasses not because he has some of deformity in his face or eyes area, but just for the simple fact that he thinks that they make him look really cool, which most would agree, but the only person that agrees is his best friend, Shinto. It should be assumed that Dominic’s physique is somewhere that lies between the range of bodybuilder and bulky, though most just stick with the latter. Where his weight falls into the greater-than-two-hundred-and-fifty-pounds area, his height’s definitely up there in the above-six-foot-five area, which should give him a nice vertical frame built with muscles.

Dominic’s attire really shows off his physique to the max. It’s a two-piece outfit that could sometimes appear to be a one-piece, but it definite isn’t. The upper-body portion is a sleeveless shirt that has a grey and crimson color to it. His pants are of the same colors and they could be classed as cargo pants as they are fitted in such a way. Dominic will even go on record to say that his pants are loose and comfortable should someone want to ask him. On the side of his pants(both legs) have two chains attached to his over-reaching belt. His shoes have the same colors that his other clothing has.

Faction: Totally Against The Empire

Weapon: If your character uses a weapon describe it here.

Powers/Abilities: Keep it reasonable eh?

Crimson Flash
Dominic’s Crimson Lightning ability is deeply rooted into something that happened when he was just a kid himself. When he, Flora, Cerden, Nomis, and Shinto all were going through their own experiences under the experimentation of Trident, Dominic’s powers manifested into a unique brand of Electricity Manipulation which generally dealt with lightning. He was able to form lightning both mentally and physically, as well as manipulate electromagnetic fields And this was all at a young age. Though, while impressive at his age then as it was, the one thing that drew in the scientists to him was the color of his powers. They had a very unique and equally as rare hue of crimson red. At times and if his powers were charged enough, there would be hints of blood red, which some of the scientists believed to be drawn from his own bloodstream.

As his age increased, so did the capabilities that Dominic was able to do with his powers. As he was able to further his usage, the more he realized he could do. Some of which included an ability known as Electrical Healing. This process was as it says. He was able to utilize his special ability in such a way that it increased the rate at which his cells would heal, thus giving him a form of accelerated healing. However, what Dominic soon realized was that the more he used this sub-ability, the more that the electricity would implement itself into his body, thus giving his blood more electrical properties. This meaning that Dominic soon found out that he was able to utilize electricity from within himself, which automatically gave himself such enhanced speed that behind him would leave a trail of a literal flash of crimson lightning.

While it may be true that Dominic's extremely skilled with the ability of Electricity Manipulation and what comes from it, there are also some negative effects that come from using it continuously. In regards to his electricity powers, Dominic's usage of it solely relies on his ability to remain consciously aware of his surroundings. So, like for example, if he were to lose focus for a certain amount of time or if there were to be an instant where a target gets out of range for him, he may be suspect to over-exhaustion. That meaning he could drain his energy supply rather quickly and be reduced to the bulky guy that he is.

When it comes to his Electrical Healing ability, a similar situation could be said. Due to the fact that he would have to have intense focus to heal his injuries, one slip up and he could very well further his injuries and no the other way around. Another setback from this could be that if there is an injury too severe or if he lacks the required reserves of his energy, the ability itself could be rendered nearly useless. Also, while healing via electricity, Dominic's superspeed is inactive/disabled/down to normal, just due to the fact that his focus is on one thing(healing) and he can't keep said focus on his speed as well. At least, while he's stationary.

Finally, Dominic's enhanced speed works in collaboration with his electricity manipulation. So, with that said, if he lacks enough stamina or if he's hurt to a severe degree, his speed itself could be severely downgraded to normal speed, which that in itself would put him at a great disadvantage in multiple scenarios.
Name: Shinto Sogeki
Nickname: Shin; Silent Sniper
Age: 38
Gender: Male

Personality:
Shin is that one guy in the room who can go a whole day without saying a single word to anyone. He doesn’t even have to look in a person’s general direction to get whatever point he may or may not be trying to get across. However, on the chance that he does talk — which is a rarity — Shinto will express his demeanor in a serious, often threatening way. He does not mean to do that on purpose, though. It has always been something he did over the course of his life, even in his youth. The more he would come off that way, the more it seemed like he was doing it sub-consciously and not even knowing he was actually coming off as threatening. Truth is that Shin’s a nice guy, but his intimidating, silent nature covers that part of him.

He tries to keep his emotions to himself. As a sniper, he needs to keep a cool head all of the damn time and if he were to boast and roar like a certain plant-wielding female he knows, then he would never be able to take the shots that he is known for always getting. Now, that’s not to say that he doesn’t express emoiton, cause he does. He has a nasty habit of showing annoyance like it’s no one’s business. That’s because he gets annoyed way too often and it will show when someone first meets him. It can either be the little things that someone does or just a collected amount of things that some people do to annoy the crap out of him.

Appearance:
Just by looking at Shinto, one would get the idea that he really isn’t the talking type. From the way his posture is and right to the expressions on his lightly-tanned face is. Just everything about him speaks “the silent type”. His long, sandy brown hair adds to that. No one can read his eyes as he constantly keeps them on, even while indoors. Though, that isn’t without reason. His eyes are severely deformed and have an odd coloring of pink with a hint of black around that pink hue. He can see perfectly and all that, just isn’t pleasing to look at. His height is around average, so for those doubting that, well don’t. For specifics, his height is around five foot nine and his build presents itself in a slightly muscular manner and in numeric terms, around the two-hundred range.

Shin’s choice of attire is something to leave for curiosity. The only parts of his body shown are his fingertips and his head. The rest of his body is covered by his longsleave undershirt and his red vest he wears. He further adds his clothing by wear two armbands on his upper arms that have a black base with a green-like light in the center of it. His lower-body attire is simply black pants that are comforted to fit and an array of belts around them. His shoes are black as well and they have a similar green outline that matches the shade that his armbands have.

Faction: Totally against the Empire

Weapon:
Silent Destroyer:
Shinto's most valuable possession. See picture for reference.

Powers/Abilities:
Telekinesis:
Just like his best friend and all those who were experimented on by the scientists of Trident, Shinto’s powers manifested at a very young age. His powers, while more grounded as compared to his peers, were just as equally as dangerous. His abilities came in the form of Telekinesis, which to most is known as Psychokinesis. This special kind of ability allows the user to mentally manipulate matter. This of course garnered some unwanted attention on his part, but the end result would be that his ability to control things with his mind expanded far beyond what anybody thought was possible. Even at the young age he was, it was apparent that he was highly skilled as by age nine, he was able to bind objects and keep them grounded. He also showed the ability to make thinks float as well as augment his own physical strength that most just called Psionic Strength. Also at this same age, Shinto had showed that he was able to both pull and push objects.

As the years went on and as the experiments went on, Shinto’s ability far exceeded what the scientists could even control. His mental prowess came be so great that he broke out. When the scientists denied him passage as he was trying to escape, he would blast them away with pure telekinetic force. When the numbers were against him, he created constructs of pure telekinetic energy, which also aided to his escape.

When he was able to escape, Shinto left that life behind and this was when he was only sixteen years old. In those years, he developed his powers gradually, but he chose not to increase them to masterful levels just cause he knew he would hurt people if he did and it wouldn’t be of his own choosing. Shinto also knew of his limits and knew if he pushed himself too much, he would wear himself out and as a result, may end up dying from it. Though, he does know that from his constant using of his telekinetic powers that his body somehow enhanced itself to a point where how his body reacted, how much force he was able to put into something, and just about every little thing that he did before was enhanced greatly and was far beyond than that of simple human levels, this also included his ability to take in knowledge and from that he was able to learn a few styles of martial arts.

Flawless Accuracy
The area of Shinto’s brain that is the center for aim, accuracy, and precision is drastically increased. Shinto would only need to aim for an instant before he can precisely hit a target with a weapon or a blow. He can even be one to judge extremely long distances amazingly and accurately so that he can gauge the strength needed to launch a projectile so that it hits his target(s) perfectly. Shinto has also been know to be resistant to perception-distorting abilities. If there is a target that is moving, Shinto can calculate the best method to hit the target, even if there are visual obstacles like smoke and vegitation. He will be able to hit the target regardless of all of that.

Shinto is also able to compensate for environmental factors that would normally throw off his aim like wind, air resistance, gravity, and radiant heat. He does this by aiming slightly to the side and above his target, so that upon launching his chosen projectile, the environmental factors he has calculated and compensated for will direct back to its intended target.
