Current you know, my SO never forces me to say a thing that's on my mind and doesn't mind if I don't always explain myself which makes it way easier to actually tell them stuff. boundaries good.

as much as I'd love to pre-plan RPs, I've also noticed that's the fast track to killing them. A little planning and a rough gist is fine, but anything beyond that and people don't wanna write no more.

It's 6 in the morning where I live and I'm still awake :/

Then go to sleep.
Ethel was about to stab this guy with a pair of scissors, considering how increasingly annoying they were getting. What the heck did it matter the deck Ethel had worked well together? She basically took it because what she DID want was already gone, and is now left with the scraps. Still, the boy had also felt the need to comment on her placement duel which was a little amusing. What, is he so jealous of her that she got Light and he was in Wind? That'd be hilarious. "Of course my duel went well. Unlike you, I didn't try to goof around." Ethel leaned back and watched Angelo prop up a paper ball, adding the quick comment of "Bad idea." right before they threw it. Predictably, the teacher caught in and spotted the perp, who was nearly put into detention on his first day. Ha! Served him right. "Lesson's about to start. But for the record..." Ethel closed her notebook, shifting her eyes to Angelo the first time. "...This deck wasn't even my first or second choice. And your Dragunities do everything except for work together, your tamers just enslave the dragons for their own uses."

With that, Ethel finally turned her attention back to the class. She hadn't seen or heard of a fusion yet, but quickly picked up what the teacher said. Seemed like a simple enough concept, though there's probably people out there that'd screw it up all the time. From out of nowhere the girl pulled a sheet of paper, alongside a pen, and proceeded to jot down notes in the lesson itself. She was also about the only one bothering with that.

Haas, on the other hand, was getting no friendship from any side. Tsukiko was shifting around in her seat uncomfortable and Hayato gave them a stare that could fight off Death himself. What'd the boy do wrong? Didn't he just congratulate them on becoming friends? His head tilted a bit at the both of them, expression shifting to one of confusion. Did his gesture maybe come across wrong? He was about to do something else, but then from behind, Haas heard the word 'Detention' being dropped. Oh no, did he screw up big time?! The boy turned his head around to see... The teacher talking about someone else entirely. Oh. Well... At least Haas was safe now? The lesson decided to start soon after, Haas pulling out a few sheets of paper to try and remember the stuff he'd see here for later. Real confusing stuff to him...

When those other classes had ended, Haas walked out practically a zombie. His eyes were dull and unhappy, shoulders were slumped and his back hung forward. Seemed to be in a terrible mood for one reason or another. The fact Action Dueling was miles away from their current location didn't help either, the elevator being a slow moving hunk of junk that stopped at practically every floor just to pick up a few students. They... They should've taken the stairs. There was an equally unhappy girl there who looked rather annoyed at having a certain someone stalk her the whole day.

After the eternal elevator ride, Haas made his way through the crowds going in all kinds of directions to make his way over to the arena everyone expected him to be at. Or, at the very least, the teacher. Much to nobody's surprise, practically everyone was there already. He spotted Hayato and Hayate, as well as Shinrei and Tsukiko, all standing together again. Eh. Might've been best to just leave those alone, especially after someone else was already running up to them to bother the particularly grumpy one. The boy would've said something, had Shinrei not gone off on a tangent out of nowhere right in front of the teacher's face. Even through the burning sun Haas felt a wave of cold running across his spine, caused by a girl who had just placed her hand on his shoulder. "Stop standing there. Go." Ethel walked by, continuing down the path to the arena. What the hell was THAT for? Haas was wa- oh. They kinda stood still in the middle of the road, didn't they?

Though that wasn't going to be the only time Haas would get chills down his spine today. The army man in front of the front door started to show signs of movement, slowly bringing their gaze down upon the rows of students gathered up. "I abide by FIVE rules to dueling." they slowly started off, pointing one finger to Angelo.

"Rule number ONE, BE POLITE! You have obviously yet to learn. Those who can not be polite have no business in this school." Finished with lecturing Angelo, they pointed at another student. Shinrei.

"Rule number TWO, BE RESPECTFUL! Those who are not open for others, and those who can not see any way besides their own, are doomed to fail and fall into a downwards spiral. If you truly have no business here, pack your things and leave." Shinrei had his turn to be chewed out, before another person got pointed at. This time, it was Maisy.

"Rule number THREE, BE BRAVE! If you can not face a challenge that looks even slightly scary, you can not ever reach greatness." Now that she had been lectured, the finger pointed at Hayato.

"Rule number FOUR, BE PATIENT! Those who do not have the time to wait have not the time to think things through, and shall never succeed." Finally coming to the final rule, his hand shifted to point towards Andre of all people.

"And my final rule, rule number FIVE! ENJOY WHAT YOU DO! A duel has to be taken seriously, but if you can not enjoy your duel, you will lose more than you will win when it truly matters! Only by enjoying what it is you do can you truly give it your all!" Finishing up his lecture, the large man brought the muscled arm back into the cross formation firmly planted on his chest. "I am your instructor, Snipes Crosshair. But you will all refer to me as COLONEL, do you copy? Before we go in, I will instruct you on ACTION DUELS!"

Snipes proceeded to give a quick overview of how an action duel is played for the next ten minutes, in the scorching heat of the desert. This dialogue does not appear, almost as if some overseeing force was too lazy to write it out. "ATTENTION! I will need some volunteers for a live demonstration. WHO INTENDS TO SHOW THESE MAGGOTS HOW IT'S DONE?"
@LunarStandard Yer character's good, also thank the heavens above someone else links all their cards in this style. You saved me a ton of work. Speaking of which...

@Tojin, m8, finish that custom structure deck list in your signup. I need to list that stuff still.

Anyway, @LunarStandard, Feel free to post your character in the Characters tab and hop in on the IC whenever you see fit.
@The Irish Tree That one gets a like from me. Oh god, almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw it.

then why not tag it with a laugh
<Snipped quote by LunarStandard>

What archetype is it? Sounds like Super Quantum to me.

That's OCG. We in TCG town.
@LunarStandard They might not b the cards you wanted but

...Goddamn, get an easier archetype to theme
<Snipped quote by Ammokkx>

You haven't read my post yet, have you?

:U Excuse me for having a deck I need to find five cards for, without a coherent theme to base off of it.
@Xeiyenreisha Who what now?
On another note, finding niche cards for an archetype that doesn't stick to a particular theme is really hard.

(working on it, @LunarStandard.)
@Ammokkx will you base the action fields on the character's decks? say if Hayato were to duel it'd be a Sengoku period themed field, etc etc

No. That'd be predictable.

Instead, I'll take a thematically fitting one to the situation.

(And for those wondering, no idea on what I'll do with Cross Over.)
