Current you know, my SO never forces me to say a thing that's on my mind and doesn't mind if I don't always explain myself which makes it way easier to actually tell them stuff. boundaries good.

as much as I'd love to pre-plan RPs, I've also noticed that's the fast track to killing them. A little planning and a rough gist is fine, but anything beyond that and people don't wanna write no more.

@Ammokkx It is a death flag! I'm gonna kill be friends with her!

HER HAVING A CHILDHOOD FRIEND WAS ENOUGH OF A DEATH FLAG.

DON'T NEED THIS TOO.
I wanna write with her now

Wait, shit. I just realized this is a death flag. Goddamnit.
Huh. I like Serah. Goofy one moment then serious the next! I wanna write with her now :3

She's only like that in an actual battle. She feels her attitude isn't going to help people, so she shoves aside her own emotions and focuses on the task at hand.

But she'll be goofy about 90% of the time, and that's what counts.
There.

Angelo tried valiantly to chase the Dark Dorm girl but ended up falling just short of being able to chase her all the way. She fled into her own room, locking it behind Angelo so he couldn't get in. His chase was in vain. Ben got assistance from some nearby students that heard his call, two of them hoisting up the unconscious boy and one calling the teachers on their D-Ceiver. Shortly after that point a bell rang, signalling the students they'd have to go get dinner. Not long after that point the day concluded with everyone finishing up what they were doing. The Dark Dorm Student that had dueled Hayato also ended up in the infirmary, but was strapped to his bed so he couldn't escape. Some harsh punishments were going to be enforced for his illegal way of dueling.

The next few days were like normal again, with nothing unusual happening minus the occasional Dark Dorm student popping up here and there. For some reason, the longer the school continued, the population of that dorm also seemed to grow. Nevertheless, all first year students found themselves gathered on the ground floor. Even Hayato, who'd recovered from his injuries after a few days. Transformer stood on top of the transportable podium, his ever-watchful gaze piercing through every student in the room at the same time. Eventually, just as it was getting a little too long, Transformer opened his mouth. "LISTEN WELL!" The man's voice rang loud and clear, not requiring a microphone to get across. "YOU HAVE ALL BEEN EVALUATED OVER THE COURSE OF YOUR STAY HERE. AS SUCH, RESULTS WILL COME IN SOON. WE OBSERVED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR RECORDED DUELS AND ARE READY TO MAKE SOME RISE AND SOME FALL. BE PREPARED."

"ALSO," Transformer continued, apparently not done. "OUR SCHOOL IS NOT ONLY ABOUT TEACHING DUEL MONSTERS. WE ARE MUCH MORE THAN THAT. AS SUCH, THERE ARE VARIOUS EVENTS COMING UP YOU CAN CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN. TO SIGN UP FOR ONE, HEAD TO THE RELEVANT AREA AND FIND THE TEACHER THERE. THERE IS A RACE SCHEDULED FOR THOSE OF THE TURBO DUELING CLASS, SHOWING OFF YOUR RIDING SKILLS. THERE IS ALSO A TALENT SHOW YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR IN THE NEAR FUTURE. FOR THOSE FEELING MORE LIKE SPORTING, AN ACROBATICS PERFORMANCE IS ALSO AVAILABLE. OUR POOL ON FLOOR 7 HAS SEEN QUITE A BIT OF USE, SO A SWIMMING CONTEST IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. ALL OF THESE EVENTS YIELD A PRIZE FOR THE VICTOR. YOU WILL GET A SPECIALIZED DUEL DISK RELATING TO THE EVENT YOU'VE WON, AS WELL AS A UNIQUE ONE-OF-A-KIND CARD. YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR ATHLETICS AT THE GYM ON FLOOR NINE, SWIMMING AT THE POOL ON FLOOR SEVEN, THE TALENT SHOW AT THE MUSIC VENUE ON FLOOR THREE AND THE RACE AT THE TURBO ARENA. THAT IS ALL." Transformer jumped off the stage and the earth trembled as he came down. The man lifted up the entire podium and hoisted it on his back, showing off just how inhumanly strong he actually was. Transformer carried the thing into the stairwell and rand down the stairs, leaving the rest of the student body to their own devices.
Ethel was leaning against the wall, outside of the crowd. She hated them and also hated being in one. She still listened attentively to what Transformer had to say, trying her best to memorize it all. So results were coming soon. Ethel wasn't worried in the slightest. The other thing that the man had to say was about various contests, almost none that interested Ethel. Acrobatics and Swimming was a downright terrible idea, and performing a show for an audience isn't her idea of fun. That left the race. She could race. By now Ryder had allowed all Turbo Duelists to ride on manual outside of duels, except for a few who still haven't nailed it. She was worried about one thing, though. Ethel is fairly good at driving, but there's someone there that's better.

The girl pushed herself off of the wall as Transformer's speech ended. She spotted a familiar Wind uniform with black hairs resting atop, right in the crowd. Ethel walked over and yanked Ignia straight out, dragging her off without comment. "Let's sign up," the girl suggested. Ethel didn't really specify for what, but the fact she was trying to drag Ignia toward the Turbo arena should've been enough of a hint. After about ten more seconds of dragging Ethel released Ignia, figuring she'll follow anyway. Ethel arrived at the Turbo Dueling arena without speaking another word, scouting the room for Ryder. He was sitting at the small table, ticking away at his laptop. He heard the girls enter and looked up. "Oh. Hello, girls." Ryder greeted, then looked back to his laptop. "Transformer's announcement must've ended. You here to sign up?" Ryder asked the girls and Ethel responded. "I am." Ethel flatly said, then turned her head to look at the black haired girl she was with. "Ignia?" Ethel asked her, her face about as expressionless as it gets.
Haas was mingled in the crowds unlike Ethel, but listened just as attentively as her. He was a little scared of the results but also felt strangely excited over the competitions. Well, he couldn't race so that one was out of the question. But that still left three others, right? Though, to be honest, he wasn't all that good at acrobatics... and Haas was a decent swimmer at best. He also only really had one thing he was really good at and it wouldn't make for an entertaining show. So the talent show was a no-go. Haas thought about the implications for a few more seconds and then came to a conclusion: "...I can't win any of these!" he cried out in despair, causing the room to go silent. Every student around Haas turned their head to look at him for randomly crying out his anguish. "...I mean... uh..." Haas was at a loss for words. "Nevermind!" The boy backpedaled and proceeded to squirm his way through the crowd, trying to go somewhere else. Maybe he'd go to the pool. Yeah. The pool.

Haas, having decided his course of action, dashed out of the crowd and bolted up the stairs. Somehow he keeps running up and down those without ever getting tired of it. He reached floor seven in about a minute, seeing some of the second and third years relaxing in the pool. The lifeguard at the scene was none other than Snipes Crosshair, who's head whipped toward the door as he saw Haas enter. "HAAS!" the man yelled, turning around. The lifeguard seat was dangerously close to the stairwell. "Sir!" Haas replied, saluting Colonel to avoid being lectured. "I am glad to see some ENERGY in a student of mine! I assume you're signing up for SWIMMING? Consider yourself signed up!" The military man informed Haas, who almost sunk through his knees in despair. He only came to the pool to scout the competition, not actually sign up for it! All the boy could reply with was an energetic "Yes sir!" It didn't reflect his actual feelings, of course. Haas went over to one of the changing booths to get changed, figuring he might as well start practicing now that he's got no choice.
@Evil Snowman
In the briefing it was mentioned that Mist immediately responds to any direct attacks by activating with no cooldowns. However, @Mr Rage has the right idea on how to tackle it, so if all pilots work together you can take it down. Elora's HUD upgrade also informs when the weapon is activated.

Edit: 1000 OOC POSTS, HOLY SHIT. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.

*mumbles about having 4602 in his rp*

Naw, tho. This is a solid RP, you should know this better than anyone.
Serah moves to A-5 and attacks A-3, Sigma attacks F-8 and moves to B-5
...Really. I mention I'm working on a GM post, and now you start posting.

I now have no idea whether or not to continue with this event.

Also, @Vancexentan, the girl ran off. The boy was unconscious, not the other way around.
Serah Gene & Sigma

Serah was cheerfully humming one of her favorite songs as she had Atty walk along the outskirts of the colony. She wasn't really seeing anything of note. It's then that Sigma opened up a private communication channel with her, causing Serah's attention to be drawn to that. "Hey you, at least pretend the pilot part." The little girl had said to Serah, who felt a little insulted. "H-Hey! I can't help it..." Serah replied, realizing Sigma did have a point. The younger girl then repeated the mission briefing in a delightfully childlike manner, nearly causing Serah to crack up. "All right, all right. I'll look out for the 'Pilot Blender'." Serah giggled and reached to turn off the private link. But then all hell broke loose. Wormholes opened all over Troas, high in the sky, with Cruxi dropships beaming out and causing carnage. Even the commander, Harold, was quickly caught and neutralized in all the chaos.

Sigma stood there, witless. The wormholes. The ominous shapes. It all felt like deja vĂș. She had experienced it before. And at the same time she had not. Those were Irina's memories, firmly imprinted in her mind. Her limbs felt like lead, refusing to move. That thing, standing proud like an alien-made sun amidst the battle, the veritable wrath of an uncomprehensible demigod soon to be unleashed in the battlefield.

"NOO!" Sigma couldn't rein her emotions as they spiked in a surge as Harold, the squad leader had decided to fight back. Brave. But short lived. She cradled her face with one hand. "Headless." Her ominous words were said once, but the implications echoed in her mind. It was then when she looked at the bottle. The very one Iota had introduced in her cockpit.

Serah wasn't in any better shape than Sigma. Her face went pale as she looked at Rostosov getting torn into pieces, feeling all of the blood drain from all parts of her body. The girl was numb to the synchronization drop with Atty for the first few moments, but Sigma's scream jolted her back to reality. "Right... Keep calm. Save your emotions for after the battle." Serah had to remind herself, gripping the side of her seat tightly.

Sigma unscrewed the cap of the bottle with her teeth, as she gripped the controls, her hands typing up like possessed, bringing commands forth to the Eiswolf. In one gulp, she downed it all, before looking at the still open communication.

"...Welp. We're fucked."

Serah almost had to laugh at how blunt Sigma delivered that line. But she couldn't be right, could she? "Probably, yeah..." Serah replied in an almost as blunt tone, leaning back in her chair. She saw that Yeager and Magus were still functional. "Y'know... I'm not keen on this 'doomed' thing." Serah joked flatly, opening up a relay with the other two framewerks. "Rostosov KIA. Careful everyone." Serah told the rest, then dropped comms again. "So, what do we do?" She asked Sigma, sounding a lot colder than you'd expect from someone as cheerful as her.

It was then when Sigma looked at the scene once more, her scowl accentuating as she loomed over her controls. The bottle in her hand was squashed violently.

"We..." She hesitated for a second. "We..."

"WE KILL EVERYONE OF THESE BASTARDS UNTIL THERE IS NOTHING FOR THAT FUCKER OF LORENZO TO ANALYZE! ORAH!"
She added, breaking in a cynical laughter, her pitch dropping significantly, very much like a teenaged Irina, as she uploaded her targetting systems into the communication. "I'm not Elora, but please work you piece of shit" She concluded.

"I'll take care of the snipers. Just don't let others near me." She concluded. "You keep peeled, and don't let the blender get you. Your weapon is one of the few things that can tip the scale."

Serah was slightly taken aback by the sudden shift of persona to say the least. The last thing she'd expected was Sigma to yell at the top of her lungs, not to mention she even dropped Lorenzo in there. "Okay, that's totally not like you at all." Serah heated up her thrusters and dashed once to the west. It was probably a good idea to get as far away from that pulsating monstrosity as possible. She looked over to her left and right, spotting two tentacled beast Cruxi. They were pretty far away and didn't seem to be capable of ranged attacks, so she should be able to keep them away from Eiswolf. "I'll keep these two off of you. Cover my flank!" Serah yelled over to Sigma, firing off a few sickles of energy at the northern tentacle beast. They were probably easy to miss but it'd flush them out at least. The girl moved one of her barrier wings to face her target and had the other hovering at the back of the right thigh, trying to shield herself from an unexpected shot.

"This battle needs a hero. Like that sick bitch of Irina. And I can do Irina." Sigma gritted her teeth, as she aimed at the southern sniper-like unit, at what she guessed was the vital area. "One." She pressed the trigger to execute her attack, as she ignited her boosters and drew back, adjacent to Serah, in order to keep the other framewerk secured.
