In the late seventies, two personality-differing detectives, David Starsky and Kenneth Hutchinson, patrol the streets of Bay City, California, and bust criminals in their Ford Grand Torino. Flashy bar owner Huggy Bear, and resourceful part-time hooker Sweet Alice (my OC), are their confidential informants, or "snitches" of its criminal underworld.

Before their dysfunctional yet inseparable partnership, Starsky was a rowdy U.S. veteran, and a no-nonsense cop, who recklessly pursued people for minor offenses, while the easy-going, divorced "Hutch" spends his days around sex, alcohol and, claiming to be "undercover", burglary. Working for Huggy Bear, Alice is a survivor of abuse, and a recovering cocaine-addict, who saves Hutch from a very-clingy old flame. The incident left a friendship that allowed her to help in many of their cases.

After being called to the scene of a murdered drug dealer at a local beach, Starsky and Hutch follow the clues to the white-collared, repeat-offender Reese Feldman, who plans to sell a shipment of cocaine that's untraceable in both scent and taste. After multiple attempts to apprehend him, they fail to prove him guilty, forcing the duo to turn to Alice for help. However, before they could make an arrest, the duo officially turned the case down, after Hutch discovers Starsky's transfer full of criticism about him.

With a "squeaky-clean" kingpin now roaming free, Alice's expertise in cocaine has allowed her to take on the case herself. Involving a friend of hers right into the toughest case yet, they get more than they bargained for: Hitmen, with an attempt to take them out; they already tried to shoot at Starsky, and nearly killed Hutch with a bomb. So, while undercover, Alice and her friend will have to use brains, charm, and brawn to take down the ultimate bad guy. and his thugs.

It was true that Vivienne didn't want to waste a professional's time to do their job, including blacksmiths, cooks, merchants, and farmers; that would make her a non-procrastinator. She just wasn't one to begin with.

The flirt was enough, but it wasn't when the brunette heard the sound of a sheathing weapon being drawn. It only made her halt in her steps, and give an annoyed, grim expression to herself at this young man's courage. Keening her blue eyes a little, she turned her upper body around halfway, with her head slowly following it, until her gaze laid upon the silver point of a sword. She was in the smithy, after all.

Flicking her eyes back to the male before her, she felt this action to be pathetic: challenging/threatening a pirate with said weapon. A light mischievous smirk creeped upon her visage, as she turned the rest of her body towards his direction. "You sure you want to do this, love? Cross blades with a pirate?", Vivienne half-teased with curiosity, before allowing her own sword to grind against the steel of his own, while slowly putting herself into a defensive stance. She bored her eyes into his own. "A woman?", she added.

This 'specimen' was giving Vivienne a wave of nostalgia. Something about him looked vaguely familiar. Vaguely. It only made her even more curious, but to the looks of this young man, she didn't let it hover around for too long.

His threat surprised her on the inside, but the brunette kept it casual. "Oh", she drawled in response, eyebrows slightly raised, while slowly letting herself show a small smirk. "Must have mistakened you for someone else, love. It would be a shame to put the black mark on your record now; especially for someone like you", Vivienne explained with a mask of sympathy on her facials.

Lowering her sword a little, she withdrew the silver point from his face, letting her hand dangle on her side. "Now, if you'll excuse me; I won't waste your time", she respectfully concluded before beginning to stride to the backdoor.

The brunette held herself down on the floor with one arm being at her side, while the other kept her sword pointed at the young man before her. She didn't say anything as he spoke, saying that she was indeed the one the 'red coats' we're looking for.

Vivienne's expression was cold as she stalked a few steps towards him, with her sword still raised, until her youthful facials softened a little while looking at him up and down with her blue eyes, only keening a little.

"You're an interesting specimen", the pirate observed, her eyes scanning him a little more. "Yet almost familiar. Do I know you?", she curiously asked him, keeping her sword raised, but not as tightly as before.

The War Of Winter ("Nine Realms' End" Sequel) { Jazz & Angel }

Later that day, the grand forest of the Southern Light-Elven kingdom of Alfheim was all beyond and above beauty. The lights hanging from the trees with stairs spiraling the tall stems, all the way up to the canopy. Even the color around them seemed to be glowing bright in a pearly blue-white.

There were indeed Elven beings roaming about, but mostly up where the trees served as quarters and other settings. With their creamy pale skin and long gold-silver hair, the Light Elves were called the "realm angels" for a reason. It was all peaceful, radiant, and calm within their surroundings. From trees, they could hear the laments from the harmonic voices of those angels.

Vivienne didn't move from her spot as she heard what seemed to be one of Port Royal's blacksmiths. She didn't need to get herself caught by the public, but honestly, this new arrival was interesting, as she peeked around the pillar that was just behind the young man looking about.

"Now how did you get here?"

She heard him say, and the only thought she had was: Really? Really? But this thought was on a pause once she noticed him reach for it, probably to observe the mechanism before him. Smoothly, and quietly, the brunette stepped out of her hiding spot, and cautiously walked just a few paces behind him on his right side. Only by several feet.

Sheathing her sword, Vivienne placed the flat of her blade on his right shoulder, just tapping it once to get this young man's attention to not touch her stuff. But she still kept the blade pointed at him.

Tying the last knot with the loose parchment, Vivienne gave a few winces once the bandage was in place on the wound of her thigh.

Damn those sentries and their guns.

She thought to her inner self as she used her might to stand to her full height. The pain hit her, as the randomized bullet rubbed against the flesh of her leg. Vivienne was just about to begin walking towards the door, but before she could even make one step, the latch was already being fiddled with. From the outside!

The brunette cursed silently before making a dart over behind one of the pillars around a large piece of the forging mechanism.

Even though Annie was having trouble with her horse, it didn't stop her from getting off of its back, and plant both feet on the ground. pulling the reigns, she passed it to another cowboy, who insisted on taking the animal. She didn't notice herself being watched from behind, but that was the least of her worries right now. Right now, there was an assault brewing.

"...This isn't your fight!"

She heard Jedediah say from the mouth of the diorama. As she approached to stand beside him, the cowgirl didn't have to point out anything about the sight before her: the whole Roman armada. This wasn't going to end well, if there was nothing to stop it.

"He's right, you know!", she butted into the conversation between the two opposing leaders. "Since this giant is on our land...", Annie pointed at the giant man beside her and Jed.

"Hey, hey, hey!", the nightguard interrupted her suddenly, and Annie's gaze went up towards him. "Cowgirl? Annie? Yeah, um...I'm sorry, but I'm not a giant, okay? I'm just an average-sized human being", Larry tried to explain.
