Sonic (X) The Hedgehog: Shockwave { Jared & Angel }

The noise surrounded the two hedgehogs, and Sonya only stopped, as soon as the creative part of her brain had began to leave her. Smiling in satisfaction, the female hedgehog set the sticks aside, before zooming out of the alley, and back into the opening where one of the streetlights shined. Gesturing to the male, she continued in her stride through the city, having to only stop when they see something diverting their attention. The wind rushed by some people, only able to see the blue blurs in the street.

Sonya continued to dodge cars and trucks, from left to right, and repeating the pattern. Her focus were on the obstacles before her, and the only instinct was to, obviously, avoid them. As much as resting in the city was optional, sometimes it felt right to sleep with the natures of the night, but a gut-feeling told her to stay in the city. She continued to follow the lights down the road, with Sonic in tow, until something caught the attention of her green eyes. With a skid on the ground, she came to a screeching halt near an alley way.

Walking inside, she took glances around her; at the objects; at the many surfaces. The many possibilities. Looking down, she spotted some sticks; thick enough to hold, and tough enough to withstand strong forces. Looking around, she started to beat on the many surfaces, as if creating a rhythm. Apart from her desire to run, Sonya had quickly grown fond of music, especially percussion. It helped her be at ease; it helped keep her focus. Banging on the trashcans with the sticks, as well as other flat surfaces she can reach, she let the noise surround her.

Right when the sun purged through the window, Vivienne was up and about; scanning her surroundings to come up with a plan to escape, and be on her way. The hole in the wall was one option -- but she was way too big to even fit (being the size of a cannonball would suffice). Then, she looked upon the cell door, realizing that these things had a lock on each of them in this bloody hell of a brig. Reaching around in her hair, she found one of those spare hair clips that she used as a backup to pick locks during times of raiding. Hey, she had to have a "spare key" for every locked item.

Attempting to pick the lock of her cell, the pirate just heard the door from the entrance, at the top of the stairs. Reacting fast, she was on the floor, upon her back; like how she was last night, acting unconcerned and bored.

In the cool yet humid night, Sonya frowned as she looked out from a grassy hill, shortly before the thoughts of her mother came upon her mind. There was a very vague memory left behind about the woman's existence, and just by looking up at the sky, one of them came back. It was about that time where she had watched the stars with her one night, along with the time when she innocently touched her mother's pregnant belly with her tiny little hands. It was only then that she remembered a tiny sliver of her mother telling her to "protect her brother" and "stay alive". As these memories recalled themselves, the female hedgehog had her green eyes closed, with arms crossing over her chest.

Her eyes finally opened, as the wind gently blew passed where she and Sonic stood; it felt good upon her spikes. In the distance, she took a gaze at some lights in the distance. Streetlights! They were near a local spot. She looked at Sonic next to her, before racing off, going so fast down the lighted spot where anybody can make out trailing blue blurs. Sonya had her eyes placed in front of her while making her full advance down the road. 'At a time like this, I'm not really where we should take this night-run. Guess we could follow the lights; see where they lead', the female hedgehog thought to herself, while she and Sonic dashed down the road. A few cars came before her, and she evaded them with ease. The faster she went, the more the city architecture seemed to be getting bigger.

Lochila took a sip of her cappuccino, just before she heard the voice of the golden girl who walked beside her. Truth be told, on the inside, the goddess was fearful to tell her the truth, but she knew that, sooner or later, Torunn would come demanding for answers. So, Lochila had to build the truth, and tell her now. Besides, she couldn't continue lying; she wasn't her brother. "Listen, Torunn", she sighed.
"I haven't...been completely honest with you", she finally said, after a long moment of silence. The black-haired woman looked to the side for a moment, as they continued to walk down the asphalted path. "The bulbs from last night, weren't from a natural cause. It was done by something far more...otherworldly", the woman paused before adding in a more appropriate word to describe such an experience.

"You may not believe me, but...", she paused once again, and this time, she stopped walking. Her emerald green eyes trailed back up to her. "You made them explode last night. A hidden power well-deep within you; it has just been unleashed", before she could say more, thunder came, and gray clouds began to cover the morning sky. It was strange; first, it was nice dusky morning ray of sun, the next, an overcast.

Thunder came again, and a flash appeared behind the clouds, then another. What is my brother trying to say? The goddess wondered, until she spotted a group of people ahead of them. Lochila approached the small crowd, and once she managed to break through, she was left aghast. A man in his thirties was trying to pick it up, but the object didn't budge. It was some kind of sword, appearing to have a silver blade, and a golden holster. The crater was huge with the blade piercing into the ground. As the two females stood there, lightning continued to flash in the sky.

Pixar's "Cars": The Grand Definition of Speed { Smarty & Angel }

Today was the day. The day where she finally convinced her brother to accept in taking his place for the World Grand Prix. Back in Miami, where she would usually take over the streets, she eventually got herself caught, and forced to retire the street-life after being put on parole. Interestingly, even after Thunder left the streets, her name as “champion” would continue to ring in the air from other cars. Especially, female ones. So, she had to say goodbye to her agent Lewis, but she was more than willing to stay in contact with him if she ever felt lonely. That's not to say that she didn't want to talk to her new friends, but still, there are some in the world who are closer to her than others. Plus, it was Lewis' idea to reside with her brother until she gets her life together, after receiving parole.

But then, Thunder personally decided to stay after Lightning got into an accident in his last race. For the past few months, she had been working on their relationship, since they've gone astray during their teenage years and, as a result, they manage to do some brother-sister time, in order to try and grow closer. So far, they're making good progress. Driving into the party hall within Tokyo, it was one of those moments where her paint actually shined, with the dimmed, colorful lights reflecting off of the surface. She did have to get it polished before attending the pre-event, otherwise she wouldn't make a very appealing first impression.

I'll be posting a scene at the pre-race party in Tokyo, which will welcome all of the racers at the World Prix.
Lightning has already been injured and, having to be the stubborn, protective brother, goes to the party with Thunder to help represent the team.
