Eh?...

Evan was rather stunned by the goon's actions, more likely by their overwhelming masculinity. It was complete suicide for them to bum rush his inferno wall, don't they care about being burnt?! What he was witnessing was truly awe-inspiring, almost enough to cease his flames for them out of the kindness of his heart. That is until another hero arrived on the scene, oh deer!

Seeing the hero charge at the human wall reminded Evan that these manly knuckleheads were here to rob the bank. Not only that, but it gave him an idea for his next costume! Enough about that doe, Evan used this opportunity to dispel his inferno wall not wishing for the new arrival to be caught in it as well. It was time to be on the offensive!

I'm going to have to use one arm for this...

Both his legs and right arm were coated in solar energy, preparing to use his close ranged techniques. The instant his inferno wall went down, he used his pyrokinetic flight to make his way over to the opposite side of where the reindeer was charging. His flames ignited on his right arm when he got close to the goons and straightened out his arm towards them.

"Single Barrel Shotgun!"

Numerous pellet sized fireballs were shot out of his ignited arm while he flew by them, hoping to damage more than one target. Talk about a fly-by shooting. The poor goon closest to Evan (the one on the far end) was most likely to absorb most of the fireballs with his head while the amount decreased for the goons to follow.

Powers:

Ethereal Wings- Angelic wings which cannot be physically touched, but they can be visibly seen. It does not use the air itself to fly, but instead it uses the energy/stamina that Akibara has in his body. Meaning his flight will not be disrupted by harsh winds or narrow spaces for example. Occasionally his feathers will fall off his wings, which provide an excellent camouflage for his needles.

Throwing Needles, disguised as his feathers.

Personality:

Akibara is a hot-headed individual who is currently going through various anger management techniques. So far, he only has very little tolerance for annoyance before he starts throwing things in anger. There is one word that instantly triggers his anger and that word is 'Troublesome'. That word will always remind him of...her...

Aside from that, whenever he is calm, he appears to be pretty reliable and easy to talk to. His responses are rather blunt, not wishing to show any sign of compassion in front of people. Although there may be times where his emotions do get the better of him. There are times where he intervenes in something that doesn't involve him, only because he thinks it will be fun. Otherwise he just minds his own business.

Bio:

While Akibara was growing up as a young monk, there happened to be a troublesome girl who always got under his skin. That girl's name is Kasane, she is the reason why Akibara has a short temper. The two pulled pranks on one another and were often at each others throats. It was rumored the two were in a romantic relationship, but it was not exactly easy to tell judging by how Akibara reacted whenever her name is mentioned nor did he like being around her.

At one point, Akibara made the sudden decision to give up his monk lifestyle and went off on his own to start a new ordinary life. His reasons were kept to himself.

Cats, Dogs and Exploding Bunnies!

You were once a normal cat/dog, but then one day you were transported to a special place while you were sleeping. Now you are a humanoid version of your animal. You don't remember how you were transported or transformed for that matter, but you do retain some memory of your past animal life. Now you are in the middle of a battlefield against the opposite race! Were you summoned to this place as a special warrior for your faction or is there another reason behind this?!

Welcome to Usagi City! A magical urban paradise for rabbits! That is until those pesky mutts and furballs showed up...Now Usagi City has turned into a battlefield between inu and neko, while the poor bunnies are left to watch from the sidelines. That's okay though, because the residents of Usagi City knows they cannot die, but you can*!

*Actually I'm debating whether or not to give every character immortality, more specifically high speed regeneration with certain conditions to cause absolute death. I do like people to use guns and explosives after all...

That's the gist of it! It's still a WIP, but everything with come together shortly. Basically your character will be an inu (Dog) or neko (Cat), then you can choose to follow the appointed missions I give you to capture the city for your faction or you can go rouge. Regardless of which path you take, your instincts will lead you to a certain skyscraper located in the middle of the city.

This is not intended to be a seriously serious rp, but I would appreciate it for you to refrain yourselves and not go on rampages with your weapons all the time. Also I'm still writing up the plot and other ideas I have for this thread. I plan on making this rp rather short, but hopefully it will be fun like I imagine it will be!

Oh that's right. I forgot to mention the rabbits explode when you kill them! Isn't that exciting?! Bah~

Wait, why are the goons charging at Evan if he's not even on ground level? He is positioned above the entrance of the bank. Is this intentional to knock him off the ledge or something? Because it would be hilarious if it is coming from the goons xD
