Fallout Tactics has death claws that can talk, scary killer robots, and the ability to have a tank. It just doesn't... Sit well with the rest of lore.

He simply bit into the pack drinking it that way, faster than the cup.

Bio: Born into the Rockefeller family he comes from very old money back at the dawn of the twentieth century they became rich thanks to oil. This would go in to stocks and bonds, making the rich richer, however at the beginning of colonization the Rockefeller's used there wealth to help bring people to Mars and develop it owning many of the buildings and cities at first they sold them off and began to build themselves into the MECHA industry seeing this as the second industrial revolution and there chance to bring in more capital.
As the oldest son of the Rockefeller's head family James has always cleaned up nice and looked respectable unlike his the rest however, he's a martian at the core. Believing in freedom and exploration he is the face of the company, operating as a MECHA pilot for hire using his family's MECHA's to help boost sales. He's cocky and tough, but very down to Earth in how he talks to people.
Currently he's volunteered for this expedition with his personal MECHA customized and set up how he likes it and with his pay check you expect he did not skimp on anything.
Talents/Skills:
A renown marksmen in and out of the MECHA, solid and dependable if you've earned his trust. Thanks to personal trainers and private contractors he can fight with the best of them, however he also has brains behind the brawn's especially when it comes to hacking or stealing data.
Anything else of interest: Thanks to his past large paychecks he often buys drinks or plays cards with other pilots. He is as far from the upper class man as you can get.

Special Equipment: On board AI to assist in targeting and long range shooting. Also use's the suits on board cyber warfare systems to hack and disable other MECHA's or object, provided with enough time however. Also equipped with flares in case of missile lock on.

He need to wait until his powers were at full strength, his rampant use of them before had left them rather depleted. He walked the halls when Ganondorfs voice drifted back to him, it came from the cells, walked just up to the doorway, leaning against it he watched the king taunt the princess. "My king, I would to agitate her past Zelda's have... Proven capable of doing damage from in there cells. If you wish it I will stay as her guard until my powers return to full strength."
He spoke slowly, winking at Zelda, she was as radiant as the last time he remembered seeing her. "Unless of course you have a better task for me, I am your servant Master." He wore a unhappy look upon his face, he was bound to serve yet Ganondorf always screwed things up... However maybe he could change fate this time, he would need time be surely there was something that could be done to end this cycle.
