Fallout Tactics has death claws that can talk, scary killer robots, and the ability to have a tank. It just doesn't... Sit well with the rest of lore.

I'm around.
Praetor nodded, giving Mira a faint smile. For a moment he seemed like any other person the smile caught him the right way, he looked less like a shoulder more the twenty year old male he was. Then he turned and walked out the door, to Mira that smile was a close as one could get to a hug from the soldier, he raced off in to the night. Deciding to follow his instincts and retrace his steps he stopped outside Tortuga, this was a bad idea but if anyone had a clue it would be them. He braced himself and entered, he needed to find a Blackmoore to question or at least someone to ask, they had seen Lucian last, moral objections be damned his friend was in trouble and he would do what he must. He looked around then took a seat in the middle of the place, the Blackmoore's would come to him, they didn't like Kingstons, but they personally really didn't like him. He was the backbone of the family, Mira's personal power house he helped curve the lack members by adding wisdom and strength, he hoped he had enough for tonight.
Praetor followed Morven to the door. "I do hope you can stop by again in a more peaceful time, I believe you and I could find much to talk about. If your ever in the area look me up, I teach at the university, under the Name Abraham Van Helsing." He stepped back returning the smile with one of his own before he turned to Mira. "Miss Mira, seeing as the others are returning home I would like to head out and scout the neighborhood. Perhaps check if any rogues are in the area." He asked carefully, he really planned to head out and search Lucian, his friend and pupil would be taking this hard. He could use a friend right now, sadly the best he had was this old soldier. A flash of worry sparked in the Romans eyes, very few had ever seen Praetor care, he was to most a soulless killer ready to fight for whatever caused he stood for.
Dyce approved.
Carolina sighed, he really never wanted to share his story but screw it, they were friends now and he need to, he grabbed a plate of food and walked over to the table. "Alright I'll go next." He spoke softly brushing his hair nervously with his hand. "I grew up on Earth, along the coastal islands just below Virginia, right inside the state I'm named for. Anyway about age 14 my parents had an IQ test set up for me, I'd been complaining about my teachers and making straight A's all my life. Turns out I was prodigy when it came back, so I started taking college classes after school the same here, of course my classmates at High school really didn't like me being the resident genius so after a couple weeks gang of about ten beat up, chucked me in a dumpster, my younger sister came and fished me out. Well after that I put some time in after school training at a local boxing gym, next time they came back well five had bloody nose's and the rest ran." He chuckled taking a couple bites of food. "So after that I sort just coast through, got a scholarship to Yale and took off, I graduated with two PhD's in psychiatry, while I was there however well my parents couldn't afford my last year at Yale so I had to take assistance from the military. So I became lieutenant, I toured the galaxy fighting battles and leading troops under one general or another. Until I got promoted and reassigned, they faked my death and moved me over to special operations where I conducted torture-less interrogations, I convinced people to help me save lives or failing that just said things and got read then went from there to beat him. I was actually about to finally get out when I got sent here, apparently the military wants to keep from returning home and telling my family I'm not dead." He pushed meal away and looked down, a hard story to tell, hell didn't even know if he family was alive.
Praetor turned to Morven, leading her towards the kitchen. "I understand your desire for peace, humans should not have to deal with the deaths and pains us vampires thrust upon them. How about a cup of tea and honey? A old friend in Wales just sent me some." I might not of seemed it but he enjoyed the female vampires company, he liked being around other ancients like himself, excluding Klaus, due to both of them really not liking each other. "Miss Morven I would like to ask, when where you turned? And where, you remind of a place I spent much time in." He of course spoke of his time past Hadrians wall. Praetor took a seat in the kitchen, looking outside he almost wished to go sadly he couldn't return home nor to his students. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair taking off his glasses placing them back in his jacket pocket. He would have to tell his students he would not be in nor could he do tutoring.
Praetor followed Mira and by extension Klaus, as the door open he took up his post just behind Mira, enough to pull her to safety and take the blow but also far back enough to show who was in charge. He remembered doing this long ago when he and Ceaser took Rome, he the faithful guard him the Divine Emperor. He almost smiled at the thought then he sharpened back to reality, standing here before him was a young girl, yet he could she was older than he was. He gave her a welcoming nod, however to her this showed a small scar, one no one else would notice but she would. Just under the chin is a small scar, Roman helmet chinstraps always leave it if they aren't perfectly fitted. Praetor looked right at this young woman and bowed, common curiosity respecting older vampires and all. "Miss Mira, perhaps we should invite the young women in. Milady, she is older than I or Klaus thus I think she perhaps here for another reason other than to accuse you." He looked at her again, the features on her reminded him of time past the wall, of that terrible day. He had never seen so many Vampire in one place before or since then, he still didn't know his sire it had always been a question of his.
Think so, tired.
Yeah, I'm here I'll post soon.
I see that apollo's a bit busy, does anyone know if you guys are still accepting characters/new players?
Um...I am actually not sure. You would just have to wait for Apollo to give the official ruling on whether or not we are still accepting.
Ah, I guessed as much. I'll wait for them then.
Sure, we can take on another.
