You can relax, if I was in on the plan to kill you I'd use Calvary and archer to pin you in and swordsmen to hunt you down. If that didn't work I'd use mages to ignite you." He said in monotone voice, he didn't even bat an eye as he finished the soup picking up some carrots and dumping them in. "Your safe here, if I am lying then let Naga or Grima strike me down." He said adding spices to the soup bringing it down to simmer as he began to cooks cuts of steak on little grill off to the side. "I'm a mercenary and a tactician. I don't capture people I take buildings and defeat bandits hordes, trust me your not the type of job I take. Before you ask I can see it in your ears in movement, you never trust anyone and it's how you stay alive right?"

As he finished dinner he brought it to the table in the living room placing a bowl of soup in front of each and the cuts of meat off to the side. "As for magic it is skill like any other however it requires patience, time, and practice. A good bloodline and natural skill can also make the learning process go faster." He spoke pouring them each more tea as he sat down in a chair. "I was a natural or so I'm told yet it still took years, I'm decent by Mage standards but not special by any means." He said dipping his spoon in the soup. "I hope you enjoy the meal, thanks for the help with it by the way."

Calorina groaned as he coughed and spurted throwing his helmet off he pulled both his SMG's off his waist and began to fire. "Penn I got you covered get in, Alaska please tell I can keep the death robot. It can flip scorpion tanks!" He chuckled before coughing up more blood as he changed magazines keeping his fingers on triggers. "Iowa I'm fine... I can take it." He groaned as he opened back up on a wave of advancing marines. His mind was in over time he could barely stay awake but he had to, a coma was not an option right not. As he emptied his mags and relaxed his muscles however his mind gave out on him.

Carolina collapsed to the floor floor coughing up more blood as he slipped in to shock and then comatose. He remained stable but went from fighting to unconscious in record time. His brain had done it, knowing that if he had kept it up he would have made the wound worse and made Iowa's job much harder when they returned. Cal's helmet rolled slowly towards the the edge of the dropship discard moments ago in his pain induced blood lust.

@PhoenixEye9 it's actually the prototype Mantis mech. It's much weaker and smaller than a Mantis so it fits in ship halls.
