I believe it is celebrated in most Alliance worlds, and was on Waternaux, as both cultures received heavy influence from what might be considered the standard Earth.

I'm not ordering you, I'm making a suggestion. I don't want to listen to someone whine and call names all the time, sounding like a baby with no purpose or even semblance of rational thought. And considering that you cannot kill me, I'd say I'm in just the right position to do as I will.
