Unsure if we will reach just that high of a level of shonen. We're trying to represent the gritty reality.. so perhaps if a team has 3 genin, that might be possible.

For the team of chunin, it will probably be expected to man the fuck up and do the mission.

P-Please tie me up, H-Hokage-sama.

When you find the image thats just right.

I'm more speaking on how our past sensei influence our current Chuunin.

For instance, in Cockatoo didn't have Scarecrowman as a teacher, he wouldn't know Chidori, ect.

It also builds interactions and relationships. ie, 'Oh, it's Bob. I was in Bob's squad as a Genin and we did our Chuunin exams together. I fucking hate Bob.'
Even so, with so many Chuunin, somebody had to train them up.
Would you classify a bone hiding knock off as a D-rank? I really wish more canons had defined ranks.

I'm also curious as to which people will be assigned to which squads. Especially when it comes to sensei, as said sensei do influence their squad's development a fair bit.
You're breakin' my balls, Mike. Breakin' my balls.
@Asura Thing is that it's so similar to the technique that lets you hide in x element, that I'd say it requires it.

Which is that?
@Asura Forming clones from them would expend your chakra even more to the point where I'd opt for the close quarters one just to do the same.

Hiding in them would require a different technique, as you know.

Ahh, c'mon. Kimimaro didn't have to use a separate technique to travel through his spires!
@Asura Hmm, yeah. I think it could, but I'm not sure that'd be worth it because at that point you can literally walk between the bones. It also takes a lot of chakra. I imagine it'd be worthless to attempt it, even if you could.

Yes. It is 100% worthless to have many individual pillars of bone around. You can do nothing clever with those pillars. Shirayuri is a goof.

whistles
@Asura I mean, the point is either to make the bone spikes have more distance between them (thus making them more dodgeable) or otherwise, making the area less big.

I'd say a diameter of 10 meters would be big enough for a chunin. It's already a real strong technique because it comes from below and you can't really see it.

So you would say it could expand its range if used in a more sparsely pocketed manner?
