@Thecrash20 Just out of curiosity, whom is who in your eyes?

@Asura Dance of the Seedling Fern is probably closer to S rank. If you want to have this, you'll have to add a description next to it that states how far the area is they can cover in these bones. Cause in the anime, it literally covers miles iirc.

Ten finger drilling blabla, the link is broken.

For the rest, I think they're ok. Obviously your character isn't Kimimaro - and as a result, obviously the techniques would be of a more.. understandable power level. As long as you use logic I don't have a problem besides the Seedling Fern thing.

I figured Kimmimaro's usage was a Jounin's variant (as he, and the Sound Four, were considered at such a level). I'll happily add a limit, if you'll provide me with a reasonable range for somebody of her skill. I mostly intend upon using it on a smaller, more individual scale rather than always creating massive forests of bone.
@Masaki Haruna Fair enough, I suppose I'll accept it.

I'm Partisan.

The Uchiha are just 'a regular clan' at this point. They're powerful, sure, but the Hyuga and Sarutobi are more powerful. I doubt the Uchiha hold the police, or if there is even a police. I think the shinobi themselves would count as police.

There'll be plenty of mystery missions as you're used to with us.

@Asura I'd comment but I have little to add for now.

Any comments on ranking of canon jutsu (which all lack any) is appreciated, in particular.
<Snipped quote by Asura>

That depends. You're talking about making weapons out of bones? I'd say make it into a custom jutsu, and if it causes you to go over the limit, then I'll see it through the fingers.

In this case, I actually mean the plates of bone Kimmimaro had under his skin. It's never mentioned as a jutsu, so I'm unsure if it's just an innate thing which comes along with his KG.

This is going to be a very silly question I feel. Are all eye techniques kekkei genkai? I don't recall other eye techniques outside of that, apart form maybe senju modes if that counts. I wanted to create an eye technique with the theory of an insects compound eyes behind it, dividing the users vision into a smaller and smaller hexagonal grid with co-ordinates allowing greater accuracy.

I have been basing my character's family on the dragonfly (because why not, right?), but I felt that an eye kekkei genkai is somewhat cliche and was going to have extreme body control being it instead, hence the query :P

EDIT: Also the eyes seems to be a kind of... worse sharingan if they're a kekkei genkai

If a trait associated with a Kekkei Genkai is not associated with a jutsu in canon, but appears to be an 'at-will' ability, should it be counted as an innate trait or made into a technique?
Heat-seeking femur launchers! Genius!
@Asura I prefer the rinne-bone.

Marrow Modo is where it's at.

Stop that.

You're right. I should focus on space-time calcium instead.
I am confused as to why all clans must have a Mangekyo-equivalent. Perhaps I should petition for black fire bones. :p
