Sigma's annoyance reached critical levels. First, one of the framewerks had latched on her feet, and then the other had escaped Korie's trap. Nothing is going ever as planned. Takeo and Korie, they had decided to lend a hand, and yet it all was for naught. As she saw the speeding Пожертвовать came towards her like a deer in a railroad, she knew she was a goner. There was no way she could divert that hit, in no small part due to the dogpile she was part of.

Still. There were things she could do. Mustering all hatred, all vindictiviness she quickly moved the barrel of the gun. Only one way to stop this guy. She then gritted her teeth forming a predatorial smile and pushed the fire button.Cockpit breach. Pilot death. Framewerk neutralized. was all that she could think as she aimed at the vital area, hoping that maybe Lorenzo's safeguards could prevent that.

And then everything went black. Did I fail? Lorenzo's voice was heard. And then Sigma realized that at the very last second, neither Zan nor she had done anything. Lorenzo had shut down the whole exercise down.

You...big...asshole. I hope the moon drops on top of you. Sigma sighed as she facepalmed, relieving all tension of a sudden. She shuffled in her cockpit, and she went out to breathe deep. Takeo had already exited his frame too, and He was waving at her. Politely, she waved back at him, but her expression didn't change. Too many things remained unsolved...yet. She calmly awaited the chopper besides her frame.
@AtomicNutOkay, seems like this has become a character pissing contest, which wasn't my intention in this . . . 'conversational argument'? Anyway, all I was trying to say and illustrate was that a fight between the two would probably be around evenly matched if they ever got into a bare knuckle fist-fight.

Well, to be honest if you had said Ian's a year older, and a boy, and has a bigger mass, that'd give him an edge. But you insisted in his grimdark past as if it was some kind of superpower... against someone who is essentially Rei Ayanami meets Child Soldier. It's a small wonder why Sigma isn't a raving lunatic.
@AriamisIan took that bullet for her, but that being said, me and Ammokkx are working on a pretty interesting collab to avoid flooding the IC or not having any meaningful dialogue at all. It's . . . interesting so far and I'm sure it can only go up from their. If you and @GreenGoat want to have a serious character chat, collab would probably be the best way to do it. Just my advice.

@AtomicNut I agree that Sigma is better trained, but Ian has more experience, both in real to the death fighting and in killing people in general. His aversion to killing is only 2 years old, and the last time he killed someone, he was 13.

Sigma has NO aversion to kill other than losing resources AND she is implanted with the experiences of her original. She might gain more humanity later on, thouh.

What he lacks in total strength, he makes up for in efficiency, creativity, and cold execution. The only thing that Ian is unwilling to do in a fight is kill someone, but that still leaves a lot of options open. Ian's own fighting style is a mix of the 4 years of military CQC his dad taught him and what he learned in the slums to survive. His motto is always he same, "Hit 'em hard, hit 'em fast, and don't give 'em time to so much as think about fighting."

4 years only? Sigma has been at it since she could walk. Under a person who fought the Cruxi and WON. More than once. Ian might be ruthless, but Sigma was treated as if she didnt have any humanity to begin with. So probably not a good person to pick up a fight with, ruthless street rat or not.

Reading this, I'm imagining how Ian would react to learning this. It would start as an argument, probably end in a fist fight, a really painful fistfight since Ian would lose all of the cheapest moves he knew, and he knows a lot of them. I assume Sigma would only be too happy to respond in kind.

Yes. It also helps that Ian is much weaker than the one who trained her and killed all other clones in the attempt. And yes, she knows militar CQC

I'm curious, what was she planning?

Point blank cockpit breaching shot. Kill the pilot and no matter how fancy the frame is, it will go down. She would trust that the safeguards during the spar would disable the mech instead.
Given what sigma had planned to do when cornered... this applied to her aswell.
Serah, stahp. You are encouraging the horndog.
