This is a giant robo RP that focuses more on the realistic and grim aspects of it all. Certainly, the amount of jank stuff we can pull is nothing to sneeze at, but it's not the complete focus. For example, one moment we can have Yeager using his thrusters to ram into another mech and take BOTH of them down, followed by the screams of agony half the planet away as a superweapon massacres an entire colony and half the lineup of framewerks get put into a state of being unable to fight.

Or how one mech can use itself as a living electrical grenade, nuking the entire tile, while on the other side of the map another gets torn to shreds as it desperately tries to flee from incoming missile fire.

TLDR; We certainly do SOME of the above, but it's also mixed with realistic 'Combat is hardly a happy affair' type of stuff.

EDIT: Actually, go and read these last... three or so pages if you want a good idea of it. This battle is a good showcase of that. I could also link you the mock battle, where some of us (Lookin' at you, Draco and Atomic) pulled some stupid stuff and got away with it.

Mm, turns out, the other ghoul turned into a problem. If she hadn't fished for info Hana couldn't put as much fight as she did now.

@AtomicNutItsuki, if he smells C.U.B. is going to come in regardless, so that conflict is just going to have to happen. Despite his anger issues and words, he does still care for those he considers his family, and due to his own self-imposed guilt about how people close to him keep dying, he's going to want to come down their and try to rip said C.U.B. several new holes.

And then Hana goes all sorts of crazy, gets her secret stash and Itsuki is in the receiving end of RC suppressants. You can justify OOC all you want, but Hana isn't going to take kindly the idiot's return.

To be honest Hana's not in the best state for visits. She's only dressed on her pyjamas lower part and she's missing half of her face and scalp right now.

Plus, she'll have zero patience if Itsuki comes stomping in without apologizing.

I really did try though. It just lost me around...wanna say episode 4?
Also, yes, sad no season 2. Mostly because I am a fan of cow girls.
