"Together, they would watch everything that was so carefully planned collapse, and they would smile at the beauty of destruction."

The establishment of the grand city of Volstryggr was a pivotal point for relations among the many countries of the world and a major accomplishment by those who shred blood and sweat to see it done. It started with the dream of idealist, Isaak Volstryggr, who spent the entirety of his life advocating peace and his idea of a great capital where all the people of the world could live in harmony and work together to end all suffering. His strong charisma paired with a well-educated background made him very popular with the common-folk and even some of the aristocracy. However he met his end while preaching in the kingdom of Ertonia, murdered by an unknown assailant in his sleeping quarters. Isaak's death is still a hotly debated topic even in the current political climate although it is now known he was assassinated by a fringe group not directly tied to one government.

Followers of his ideology took up the torch including his own his daughter, Elyssa Volstryggr, who is documented as having "The voice of a goddess incarnate..." by officials over-seeing one of her demonstrations. Elyssa is credited with forming her father's work as a formal, documented school of thought and practice. The world would still see many crippling wars and atrocities before it was able to come to the present, where the dream of Isaak was finally made reality. Volstryggr is currently the largest metropolitan area in the entirety of the world with the largest diversity of people as well. While the nations of the world have established a peace that has gone unbroken for a hundred years, there is still discrimination and inequality. A council involving all nations in charge of the operation of Volstryggr, hand-selected by the current head of the Volstrygr family which is currently Emile Volstryggr.

A new terror is lurking undetected within the streets of Volstryggr, a serial killer referred to as the 'The Blood Angel' for the way in which his victims are found. It is not the only threat to the residents of the grand capital, a dark force seeks to undo centuries of progress and return the world to its warring ways. How long will the peace that so many fought for last against these rising threats? What other dangers are waiting for the perfect time to strike?

A: Orcs, dwarves, elves, halflings, goblins and many others

Q: What time period is this?
A: Think early 16th century in terms of technology and architecture

Q: Is there magic?
A: Magic exists in two types, spiritual and arcane. Spiritual magic exists in everyone and is equivalent to one's life-force. Arcane magic can only be learned through an extensive education and even then full mastery is nearly impossible.

I will be adding more later if this gets a little attention but feel free to ask questions! You might help me find something I missed or haven't considered!

Reylan kept a careful watch as everyone made their opening moves, silver eyes darting back to back between this party members. Never in his life had he had he ever been in a position of leadership, but he did know how to manage 'units' in battle. His face adopted an deadly serious look, his mind emptying of anything that did not involve the fight in front of him. Would the other's look to him to continue giving order? Now that he had started, it would be dangerous to suddenly stop.

A surge of satisfaction filled him as everyone carried out his orders with efficiency. At least mostly as Aster shocked him with the sheer ferocity of her attack, a sudden change from the image that he had in his mind. She was going all out from the start. He was unable to think more on this as he spotted the wolf he had nailed earlier bypassing Dirk and heading straight for him. His hands shook for a moment as fear and adrenaline took hold and he did not move from his spot. Bolstering his courage, he pulled an arrow from his quiver and notched it in placed on the bowstring. The wolf was on low health so his next move was obvious. Pulling back on the bow string, the wooden limbs curving with the pressure, he launched an arrow bringing forth his Sharp Eye skill to automatically hit it. He spun out of the way letting the wolf to drop past him, retrieving an arrow as he did, and bent on one knee as he loaded it. This time taking care to aim at the wolf that had attacked Dirk, and let loose an arrow at it.

Once he felt the arrow free itself from his bow, he wasted no time issuing his next commands not wanting to loose momentum "Aster finish off wolf 2! Everyone else take care of wolf 3!" The arrow he fired felt strong but you could never be sure, he couldn't risk Dirk taking more damage. He wanted Karma to heal that small amount of damage but he decided to have him wait until the end "Don't worry about healing just yet Karma. We got this everyone!" Reylan knew that they could deal enough damage to end this fight right now.

That's fine, I have adjusted my post to state that. Dirk is taking on Wolf 1 and 3 while Aster has Wolf 2 on the left.

Reylan was several feet ahead of the the rest of the group, he had volunteered in the morning to lead the way using his high agility to scout the path ahead. Of course once actual combat started, he would fall back into formation. Upon his next level he should invest in abilities to enhance his scouting abilities, it would likely become useful in later dungeons as well. A arrow was already notched in his equipped bow as they entered the dungeon, his in-game menu opened displaying the map just within his cone of vision.

He felt motivation arise within him remembering the large party that had gathered last night and the small numbers they had now, wherever they were this was for them "We're coming up on Area A now." Reyland felt strangely calm despite the inherent danger they were putting themselves into. Perhaps it was the fact others were relying on him and that he had their support as well. No one seemed to mention their missing members yesterday so before they went further, he wanted to correct that "Before we do this, Let's remember not everyone is here with us right now. Aura, Kaijin...let's do this for them!" His conviction that they were both alive only grew, nothing would convince him otherwise.

Silver eyes narrowed on the three biggest wolves he had ever seen, their menacing eyes making him hesitate and slow his pace "Dirk, Aster up front!" he commanded without even thinking "Dirk take the two on the right, Aster the left." The two on the right corresponded to Wolf 1 and Wolf 3 while the left Wolf was number 2. He spoke fast but as clear as he could, they only had 200 HP from what he saw but no risk could be taken "Karma focus on healing Aster or Dirk if they need it, Dub and Alisea conserve your magic as much as possible." The command weren't too bossy he hoped, he felt at a loss considering their potential leaders were gone. He let the others fall into place before taking aim and shot an arrow at Hill Wolf 1, starting the first battle of their first dungeon raid.

So that would be me in the future, I got an agility of 14. Its almost double my other stats lol

Yeah I thinks that's the best for right now. If I was more of a sniper I would say I should be in the back but I'm going for the ranger subclass, so mid is where I'm best at I think.
