Too many shades of grey will get messy. Plus, the buttons can't afford to stand out too much, otherwise they'll be distracting.
But as Mahz said before, getting the colours just right is always a tricky thing.
I think the whole point was to reduce the contrast. Originally it was somewhat glaring. The editor buttons generally don't need to be very contrasting.
The same Emily who managed to kill the shit out of Ifrit, even before she was all Mother of Spirits. Ifrit > Doors.Touche. But still, before Emily can concoct a plan to reveal all Keepers to the king of the realm she first needs to find out that there are indeed other Keepers here and where the king of the realm is. The former may be a problem if other players don't get moving.
Then there's the matter of getting into his palace. In case you haven't noticed, the palace is almost always closed to public due to Reginaldus' secrecy. I'm sure you'll work something out, although at the moment Emily has no idea there are other Keepers here, or even who Reginaldus is.I think Reginaldus will definitely notice if a Keeper takes residence in his palace.Thats the whole idea. The Keepers are obviously a threat to Reginaldus, what with him being alive and all. So if the one Keeper who wants nothing more than to eliminate all the others where to bring that to the king's attention......
That's a given. And I think I have my keeper idea fleshed out, sorta. Just need to get an intro worked out. That's good.
I think he isMahz are you telling me you could implement a multi-person Etherpad into the actual RPGuild websiteEtherpad is great. @Mahz did you hear it's now in Sandstorm.io?Haha that's how I heard about it. Until then I'd only heard of EtherPad from people on the Guild using it off-site. I assumed it was some proprietary but freemium SaaS. When I saw it on Sandstorm (well, which I saw on HN), it blew my mind that it is open-source with a simple API. I could immediately see how I'd integrate it after skimming through its docs. Has session support and everything to integrate into the guild's system.
