@NightinGem ...huh. So that's essentially one point moved from Threads of Fate over to Experience and little else, isn't it. Since they are practically similar anyway, I'll go with what I rolled initially. I like the idea of her having immense control over, say... thoughts? Or something like that, at least, I'm not sure how abstract we want to go for something like that. Anyway, expect a character sheet tomorrow.

So here's a little anecdote. I figured I'd roll stats for this RP, just out of interest, and because I've come up with a pretty abstract possibility for a powerset. First roll on a d12: 10. Good start. Second roll on a d12: 12. Good start.

So, 22% Despair. Alright, it's still pretty low in the grand scheme of things, not like it's 50% or anything. First roll on a d8: 5, so respectable starting experience. Second roll on a d8: 8. I swear I'm not making that up. "Have her know the truth about witches," I said to myself, "and make her under 14, and we wind up with a veteran magical girl of immense core power, but also pretty shoddy starting levels of despair." Like a souped-up Lucille, incidentally!

And then I realised the DM is rolling stats for the players, and my hopes were crushed due to having wasted my good luck. Since that's a whole thing, I guess I'll ask @NightinGem to roll stats anyway, just in case I've got some luck left to me.

@Necroes ...he may also have been slightly distracted. Though in reality, it's because the idea of killing another PC doesn't generally sit well with me, and didn't even occur to me at the time as a viable option.

@Jbcool@Sophrus Alright, let's go ahead and do that, then. By which I of course mean, let's have Jb have Vedius pilot the ship into the enemy ship for us so we can do more ship taking over stuff.

Also, yeah, just heading straight into the Warp unprotected seems foolhardy at best, idiotically suicidal at worst. Lucius is no fool, nor is he an idiot or suicidal. We should get a Gellar-fielded ship, for sure.

@Necroes In fairness, Lucius doesn't have the bolt pistol, the power armour, or the psychosis necessary to attack an Ork that just gained a few sizes out of nowhere, even if it's unconscious, given that it might wake up at the last second and all. Of course, if the Ork keeps actively hindering Lucius' efforts by murdering his allies, that might change.
