If one ventured deep enough into the dark forest, they would hear the sound of a flute. A haunting melody, twisting and turning in its chaotic yet beautiful dance. If one were to find the source, they would stumble upon a campfire, a graceful elf clothed in red beside it. Soon, the elf put down his flute.
"You like my new piece, Para?" The elf affectionately patted a golden bow leaning on a tree trunk beside him.
"Yeah, yeah. Sure. I'm just hungry," the bow replied.
"Paraclitus, you can't eat. You're a weapon." The elf took the bow and morphed it into a sword. "Perhaps a sharpening would be in order."
The sword sighed. Suddenly, a dance of lights appeared in the twilight sky.
The elf looked up. "That's the second time it's happened this evening."
"Maybe it's another angel..." the sword said.
"We haven't seen an angel for two weeks now."
"Still, we should check it out."
"I agree with Paraclitus," the flute said in a sleepy manner.
"All right, all right." The elf pocketed the flute and slung the sword over his back. He then threw a couple more logs into the fire and set out towards the source of the lights.
"Wait!" The sword's warning abruptly stopped the elf. "What if it's a priest that is performing an important ritual and doesn't want to be disturbed?"
"It could be a necromancer masquerading as a priest. Remember that one time?..."
"Still!" The sword was defiant. "I don't feel like going out there any more."
"Me neither. But I don't want whatever's happening to offend Father Nature." The elf neared the source, his steps becoming lighter as they drew closer. "Who - or what - is out there, I am assuming it wants to kill us." The elf suddenly dropped to the ground, crouching. "Both of you. Quiet."
As the elf finally reached the clearing, he stepped on a twig.

Name: Cyril Saravar
Gender: Male
Age: 110 (According to D&D)
Appearance:

Race: High Elf
Weapons:

-Paraclitus: Cyril's former BFF, Paraclitus takes the form of almost any weapon or tool he chooses. Oh, and did I mention he can talk?
(Trivia: Paraclitus means 'comforter' in Latin.)

-Amice: Cyril's former 2nd BFF, Amice is a magical flute that can charm animals, buff or debuff groups and even speak other languages. Again, he can talk.
(Trivia: Amice is 'friend' in Latin.)

Powers/magic:

Cyril has several runic amulets that summon each of the four elements. They can be used once a day.

Bio: Cyril was born to a family of High Elven nobles. His father was a renowned swordsman and knight, whereas his mother was the leader of the Archer's Guild in their county. Cyril inherited both fighting skills, making him a formidable match in the dueling arena. However, while his parents and siblings concerned themselves in the affairs of politics, Cyril took to the woods. In it, he saw a certain beauty that his family could never replicate in treaties and speeches.

When Cyril had just graced manhood (110 years), his parents were assassinated. Since Cyril was the youngest, he did not have access to the plentiful inheritances that his brothers received. All he was bequeathed was four simple stones, with four glowing runes on them. The eldest brother had hated Cyril since he was born for no apparent reason, and with him now as the leader of the family he had Cyril exiled from the county.

Cyril found work with two young and adventurous humans, Paraclitus and Amice. They had many daring and dangerous adventures, the most significant being them having to defeat a corrupted sorcerer who was guarding a hoard of gold. It ended in failure, Paraclitus being morphed into a magic sword and Amice into a flute. They could still talk, but Cyril fled with his life to the dark forest, Paraclitus and Amice in hand.
