"No, I guess you don't, but I had to check," Bethany told the boy with a smile. The little girl was writing her answers down on a sheet of paper. A mute? Interesting.
"Well, I didn't know your name, Shelley, but I guess you're the person I was looking for. See, you and I are going to be roommates this year." She gave the other girl a sheet of paper with the dorm assignments, so she could see for herself. "The dorms are just down this hall- let's go check them out."
The dorm setup was rather spartan- a common room with a small couch, a TV, and a kitchen, with two-person dorm rooms off to one side. The rooms themselves were similarly low-budget, but they at least had separate closets. As Bethany started putting her clothes away, she asked, "Do you have any powers, Shelley?"
"Well, I didn't know your name, Shelley, but I guess you're the person I was looking for. See, you and I are going to be roommates this year." Bethany came up to the little group. You need to socialize, darling. Besides, they could be powerful allies, came a voice in the witch's head... that wasn't hers. Camazotz was unusually polite for a demon- sure, he still wanted to steal mortal souls, but he was at least a gentleman about it.
"Hello there, you two. I'm Bethany." Her eyes flashed blood-red, and her voice lowered several octaves. And I am Camazotz. Don't mind me, I'm just renting space in her head. I only wanted to introduce myself, is all. The girl returned to normal, and fished a sheet of paper out of her sable black robes. "I don't suppose one of you is Shelley?"

First, cheating is encouraged here. Getting caught, on the other hand, is not. You can't be a good villain without getting away with it, after all.
Secondly, no sabotage of your fellow students is allowed on school grounds, as is violence, save for sanctioned duels. Outside of the school, however... anything goes." The words were left to hang and get the students worried about backstabbers. It would do them good in the long run.
Last, weekends are free time. Anything you can steal or otherwise get your hands on during a weekend is yours to keep. I want to see some ambitious planning, people. Why rob a house, when you can rob a bank?
"With that said, classes begin tomorrow. Today I want you to get to know your fellow evildoers, maybe even get some schemes going. I'll see you all in class. You are dismissed."
