But in a capital-S kinda way.

I invented necromancy and the windmill. I beat the sun in a poker match during the summer of 1273 and God hasn't felt the same since.

Mason was already tensed up enough without Will trying to interact with the creature in front of them, but only prepared to swing when he got closer. "Will, what are you doing? I know you don't give half a damn sometimes but really? How do you know this...thing won't rip you into shreds?!" Mason said in a raised voice as he neared whatever this thing was, more than ready to swing at it. "If you know what you're doing then fine, but you can't expect us to save you everytime, this thing doesn't seem to have pockets to pick it seems, no offense." He was half joking in an attempt to lighten the situation in some way. "Whatever, just watch yourself."

The orange and yellow creature would quickly pull away its arm as it saw Mason, pressing up against one of the corners in the deadend. The chip bag was still tightly in its hand. The glimmering item that was at its feet was an open switchblade, but was in reach of both the boys and the monster. Now that it seemed like it was afraid, they weren't making any more progress of looking like they were going to attack it.
I've been here ._.
@KatherinWinter 'K, got it. Jack said before grabbing a stack of plates and setting them out around the table, he put down a few more than the stack just in case there were more people than he remembered, which was possible, he then grabbed some forks and set then set them around each plate until there was a plate and a fork at each seat. Anything else? He asked when he was finished.
This is going to be a pain...I SWEAR It will be... Ashtoreth thought while walking up to the destination he was assigned: Caleberry high, he was sent to earth to find a power source and deal with it. But god forbid that being easy. The source could have been disguised as a mortal as well as Ash himself, perhaps even better. Ashtoreth's vessel didn't seem to have a good feeling itself, possibly about going to school, but Ash couldn't have cared less as this meant nothing to him. As he walked down path he saw a few people going through the day as well, a few of them possibly being Angels themselves, or even...Demons... Lets just get this over with so I can go home...,he remarked out loud, without concern for people hearing him as he went to go through the day and find the power source.

Sure, go ahead, I'll get over there in a moment. Mason said as he caught eye of the middle area, laid out like a picnic. What the? Think maybe someone is on our side? he suggested as he brought Juliet over to on of the blankets and sat her down as easily as possible without dropping her on her head like a baby, as much as he wanted to... We've got another friend around here I think. He remarked as he follow will over to the left path. When they got there. There was nothing. You go ahead and take a rest with Julie, I'll check the other side. he told Will as he walked back and passed Juliet, sleeping like a log. Demon... He thought as he undid the chain around his arm to attack anything when he went down the right path, at the end was something Mason may never have forgotten.

Oh dear lord, what in hell? In front of mason was a disfigured...man? missing an arm and leg, attempting to open a bag. it's skin was a broken pattern consisting of orange and yellow... Uh...WILL? I think we have a problem... was all Mason said before tightening his grip around the chain, trying to determine in his head if this...thing was a friendly or not.

Mason shrugged at the question I have no id-Wait, yes I do. Mason smirked and picked up Juliet the way she picked him up, nearly dropping her but managed to keep her in his arms. Revenge Time He smiled mischievously and carried her off to god knows where. So help me Will if you add anything to this, you WILL be the first to get whacked with this thing. He warned him as he carried a sleeping fluster queen off through the maze.

Julie I swear to god if you don't put me down right no- Mason got his wish as he was dropped flat on his back Ow, well I asked for this... He said before noticing the chain stuck between the buildings The chain's mine. He told them both as he got up and went over to it, noticing Will took the axe. Mason grabbed the chain and pressed his foot up against one of the buildings, straining to pull the chain out before doing just that and fall back... Why me... he remarked before getting back up and wrapping the chain around his hand so that there was enough of it to hit something from about a foot away, Mason tied a small know around his hand so that he could just flick his wrist and the wrapped chain would fall down, ready to swing at anyting. Ghost Rider eat your heart out. He said before walking back over to Juliet and Will, At one end of the chain, there was a ball, covered in spikes and slightly pixelated. Like a weapon in a video game. Let's go, hopefully we don't have to fight something soon...

W-what the hell are you doing now?! Mason asked almost instantly after he was picked up off of the ground by Juliet. "Julie, put me down, NOW!" he told her, clearly about to go crazy if she didn't let him down, but ignored her completley when Will began to laugh. "SHUT UP AND HELP ME. DAMMIT WILL!" he exclaimed while trying to hide the painfully obvious flustered state he was in. "Damn the both of you..." was all he said before struggling to get away from Juliet.
