Current Almost exactly one year since I step away from being here, and a lot can change in that amount of time. Here's hoping I can find a game or two and see how things go from here.

RIP Stan Lee... You will forever be missed. As someone whose grown up reading Marvel comics, you've always have kind of been a part of my life. Thank you for making most of the Marvel heroes we know.

Bio

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.

Just few basic things.

1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.

All set, that's all for now.

Skills: Manipulation

Jack glanced backwards at the guard who spoke to him with a bit of a sigh. These guys were so pushy weren't they? Clearly his father didn't want him leaving or anything, which wasn't too surprising he supposed, based on what he knew so far about the guy. Well, he might as well take what he could get and explore around outside for a little while before they yelled at him to go back in. Walking out a little ways away from the entrance, aside from the gate he was seeing if there might be any sort of thing aside from that that could be used as an exit. The only thing though that he found was a few loose bricks that could be pushed out. He'd come back to those later maybe, but now he figured he was going to get yelled at to go back inside, and so he turned around, and nodded his head at the guard, "Thanks" was all he said as he walked back in.

Okay, so the question is now what? The obvious thing at this point was to just go back inside and probably back up to that room and just lay around and wait. Oooooooor, he could see about going back to that room that was guarded upstairs, maybe he'll get some luck as to finding out what's behind there? It was better then sitting around doing nothing, and he headed back up and to the other room that was guarded. As was expected, when he walked towards the door the two guards on either side blocked it. "What's through there?" he asked them.

"None of your damn business, your dad doesn't want you in there, period."

""Well why not since it has to be important if you have to be stuck standing here all day."" he said with a bit of a shrug, these guards were definitely a bit more rude then the other ones.

"Like we said none of your business, now go away."

"Alright alright I get it," he said, before he walked away from the door, though now he was curious as to what exactly was behind the door that no one wanted him to really see.

Rosalia Rider

Location: Camelot
Skills: N/A

Rosalia was still remaining somewhat quiet during this entire trip. Though now she was wondering if anyone else was starting to get annoyed with Colby's antics, and from the looks of it Megan was. If she had the presence of mind to grab his things? Seriously who asks that at this point in time? Like, her brother just got kidnapped, she wants Merlin to track him, and Colby had to ask that sort of thing out loud? Seriously? He was just sort of digging his own grave at this point it seemed like with other people. Everyone was being told to rush out of the building, it wouldn't have been surprising if she hadn't, but why point that sort of thing out?

Speaking of Megan, the woman looked like she wanted to run someone through with her sword, and Merlin's words about her brother probably weren't very helpful either, or comforting. She wasn't sure if she'd prefer hearing that someone (if anyone) she actually cared about was potentially going to get killed, or be used as leverage against her. Both options weren't great, and she thought nothing of it anymore hopefully, with Meg handing over an apartment key, maybe that would be enough? Who knew really at this point. Rosalia just waited, watching Merlin move around and grab some things from the tower. At least maybe they can move on with this whole thing right? That would be nice, then maybe they could go back to the real world and forget all of this magic nonsense. That would be nice. She just watched to see what would happen, petting her dog on the head, just waiting some more.

Annie
"Whatever you say kid, not sure what else to say about it. And "lovely" is not the word I'd use to describe Rocket, but he grows on you." Gamora wasn't even really looking towards Annie when she spoke, as she seemed more interested in somewhat ignoring her and glancing around, looking for the others in her group. She wasn't even saying anything else to Annie, and luckily the other prisoners seemed to be ignoring them too.

Bethany and Runa
"I always watch where I am going," the man said in response to her, "I do not look for fights, fights seem to find me." The guy clearly was a bit odd, but he didn't seem to be looking for a fight. At least right now, which was a good thing probably? Who knew really since when he spoke it sounded off, and he kind of took things literally with what he was saying.

Hallway
Rocket despite randomly hitting himself in the face for no reason (and Groot seemingly laughed slightly next to him) was ignoring Guin. He did pay attention to what it was that Ed had said with regards to Raccoons. "I don't even know what a raccoon is!"

"Uh, that's kind of what you are."

"Nope, no way, there is no one else out there in the universe I guarantee it."

"I am Groot."

"Right, not many like you either Groot!"

Mary was getting a bit of a headache trying to sort through what everyone else was wanting to do, or with regards to these two people that they ran into. They seemed alright, or well, at least the tree seemed like an okay being. She wasn't so sure about Rocket though, since the raccoon seemed to be a bit cocky, and he kind of reminded her of Guin in that respect. Cocky and arrogant. She wasn't at all surprised that the two of them weren't really getting along at all.

"Well is there a way to get to a more central part of this place? Since we don't really know where to go or what sort of rooms are in this facility..."

"I am Groot."

"What? You want to stick with them the entire time? Really Groot, just because they are new to the whole being intergalactic criminals thing does not mean we get to play babysitters for them!"

"I am Groot."

"Fine," Rocket said, looking at the others, "Central area, find a door that is connected to this," he said, before leaning against the wall that when the group looked at him would be on the right, "Wall. The main area, which is where all of the chaos and fun is going to be later. Anyway also has stairs and stuff that allows you to go up and down, will allow you to get to any other level you might want to go. Probably anyway. Better than these dreary hallways."

"Well, uh thanks again for that..."

"Whatever, let's just go, find our respective losers, and get the hell out of here." It wouldn't take the group long to find a door slid open to lead them all into the main central area too! This was a good thing, probably anyway, the area was still big though, but it also had been the sort of direction that Ed's spell had been pointing him towards, so this was a start.

You'll be fine, everything is escapable, it's not impossible... But uh... A talking tree and a raccoon? That's a bit... Weird...

"Casper just stop with the rambling already," Jack couldn't help but comment towards his brother. He was really starting to ramble a bit, as he usually did. That wasn't all too surprising, but was now really the time for him to be going on and on about Moriarty or whatever it was that he was going on about. This wasn't going to end well for the situation at all, and Jack wasn't too sure about whether or not they would actually make it out of this situation. Based on what he could see, probably not, but they could try to be optimistic about it.

Zari was beyond bored with what was going on around them, like insanely bored. She just wanted to go and run her sword right through the X-Cutioner and just be done with this. Plus she still owed him for him ripping apart Mr. Eyeball the first time she ran into him! "Wow isn't this guy full of himself?" she commented, muttering it under her breath. This was a bit ridiculous, she just wanted something to happen. Anything at this point would be acceptable, it would give her something to do at the least. Hopefully anyway.

Then of course, the world had to answer her request to have something happen, by the X-Cutioner noticing that they were all there. Well, kind of anyway. Soon, most of them were revealed to the guy which was perfectly fine to her. That's when all hell broke loose with Callie sending a bit of a surge of electricity out. And then the bomb went off. There was chaos and what felt like a snow storm for a few moments, and Zari only really knew that she was insanely cold. That at least was the last thing she knew was this insane cold feeling, before she lost consciousness completely.

The thing with for Jack, this was something that he knew completely. What was that? He knew that his body did not do well under extreme cold. This because his body essentially was like silly putty or rubber, and typically that ends badly for him. When the bomb went off and he suddenly got surrounded by the cold, the sensation wasn't very pleasant, that was for sure. All of the thoughts that were running through his mind disappeared though as he completely froze and everything went dark as he was no longer able to really move or think anymore.

Sparky glanced over at Raynor when he suggested that they go see about her working in the quinjet as opposed to the house. "Well I thought that'd be a given. After all, that has all the stuff that I'll be needing for this sort of thing anyway, plus you know, probably a little more space too," she said towards Raynor with a bit of an eye roll, before she glanced over to see the cat that was now up in the air on the rafters in the building, something that she couldn't help but find slightly amusing. Though she did feel a bit bad for Goose, since the cat probably didn't like getting his tail pulled at all.

"Poor cat," Alex couldn't help but comment seeing the cat go flying up almost like in a cartoon or something like that. Sure, the kid probably didn't know any better with regards to how to really treat a living animal, but still, Goose went straight up into the air really quickly. Of course, to think that they were going to go off and get more flerkens, who all apparently looked like actual normal cats was going to be interesting. Goose was used to people and what not, he didn't want to think of what a flerken who wasn't Goose would act if a small child grabbed their tail and yanked on it.

Walking towards the door, since at the moment she wasn't all too hungry or anything so she hadn't really grabbed much food, Sparky glanced back to look at the others, "Yeah, figured that if I was going to make a robot eye for her, might as well see if it fits, so then since I'm poking around potentially in someone's eye socket why not have the doctor. Figured that you'd want to keep an eye on Niah anyway Bonnie. So win win all around let's go," she said as she headed out and went towards the quinjet, more or less just wanting to get this whole situation started and working on the devices and robotic eyeball.

Glancing upward at the cat in the rafters, he thought that this entire situation was more then a little bit amusing. "Goose you going to come down or no?" he asked the cat, finding it more then a bit amusing that he was asking a cat to come down from the rafters. Goose seemed to think for a moment, before the cat jumped straight off of the rafters, and landed right into Alex's arms. "Well aren't you just a bundle of joy," he chuckled at the cat in his arms. Goose was purring in his arms before the cat looked over at Fury, almost with a sort of knowing look, as the cat waved his paw sort of lazily at him, but it was almost like the cat was gesturing at his eyepatch or something. "Anyway let's go then," he said, petting the cat a bit as he carried the furball towards the truck. Once over there, the cat jumped from his arms into the truck bed, clearly not wanting to be anywhere near the kids. Back home in Montana growing up he had typically ridden in the bed of pickup trucks, so this wasn't anything new, and he easily jumped up into the bed of the truck and found a spot that was somewhat far away from Kwassi, as far away as you could get in such a small space, and waited for them to get going.

Okay, this plan would probably work, but there was another issue that was being shown with regards to this. He wasn't sure any sort of situation would give a good enough reason to really drag the princess through the bodies and carnage that currently is the bridge area. "...Are you sure you want to go through there and see if the person we're looking for is in the area?" he asked her, he just really wanted to make sure. Especially since more then a few of those bodies were completely burned, meaning he wasn't even sure if the person would still be recognizable.

Then there was Maria more or less making a promise that he wasn't sure that they'd be able to keep. Based on how some of the others in that room had been fighting, he wasn't sure if any of them would be fine with just not attacking the Skrulls or going along with nonlethal means. That just wasn't going to end well, and if Maria wanted to make that promise, then she could be the one who spoke with people about that, no roping him into it. Glancing at the Princess and Hope for another second, he said nothing as he headed back towards the bridge, since they were going to head that way anyway.

Klara wasn't really sure what the plan was from the other two. She couldn't really hear anything that they were saying, but she did know that she heard Nadia instantly yell out at the gate keeper. The next minute Runa was by her, telling her that they needed to get going, and more or less dragging her along towards the direction of the gates. This wasn't good, this was not good at all, and she was being dragged along, more or less against her will, and they were leaving Nadia behind. "This isn't good, we can't just leave Nadia behind..." she said to Runa, glancing behind her as a boulder nearly hit them.

She started itching Betty behind the ears, when a thought dawned on her, and she slipped her arm out of Runa's grasp, "I'll be back in a minute," she said, running her finger along the runes on Betty's armor, and activating it as her cat leapt off her shoulders and hit the ground as a large tiger. Klara swung onto the cat's back and took off in a sprint towards where Nadia was. She wasn't even waiting to yell to Nadia about what she was doing as she sprinted behind her and held her hand out, grabbing Nadia by the back of her clothes and easily lifting her off of her feet and set her on the cat behind her. Steering, Klara made a U-turn and turned around, shooting off like a bullet the other way, and when she reached back to where Runa was, she easily lifted her up and got her on board too. Now she was having the cat bolt off in the direction that Runa had been dragging her towards, paying attention to hopefully not get them all nailed by a boulder.

The entire situation that was going on. Everything was not going to happen in their favor, she could see that clearly now. Everything they could do likely would make the situation worse, and no matter what they were going to lose. She wasn't much of a geek, but she could see a Kobayashi Maru scenario, and this currently was that dreaded no win scenario that was impossible to beat. They could try all they wanted to, but... She just could not see a way through this situation where the bomb actually didn't go off, that they managed to save the day and every other mutant in the DC area. There just was no way. Everything started to happen in slow motion as she watched the X-Cutioner trigger the explosive.

And the bomb went off.

Sapphire's mind was racing, as her brain went to the sort of plan that Callie had come up with in case the bomb went off. Problem was she doubted everyone had been ready for it to go off so soon. Racing for a way out of this, she only could come up with one solution. Her idea wasn't the best, she knew that, especially considering what had happened the last time she had done it. But she couldn't see anything that might work other then that insane idea. There were other problems that could arise from this though, she knew that Jack's body was essentially made of rubber, and if you make rubber insanely cold, it tends to break. Sapphire in an instant, cold whirling around her as she took a few steps in front of the group.

There wasn't any other way though as she threw her hands up into the air, and a small blizzard started to form around the entire area. The cold enveloped everything in the area, and her mind was racing, her head pounding, just as it had done when she had saved Kristina's life. Sapphire didn't put a hand to her face, she already knew that there was blood coming from her nose as she felt it start trickling down. With her head about to explode at the moment, and the sense of slight dread creeping up her stomach, she knew that she wasn't going to last. Not like this.

Glancing around, she eventually looked right at Havok, the one thing she was somewhat regretting at the moment was never having mentioned to him the fact that she had feelings for him. Her lower body had gone numb at this point, and when she glanced towards the ground, she realized that her entire lower body was frozen, not in a big block of ice, but more like an ice sculpture. Everyone else was starting to get frozen into blocks of ice with what Sapphire was doing, and she looked back at Havok again, even as she felt that the ice was creeping up her body even more. "Havok... Never said this but despite the fact that you annoy me to no end...I love you," she said with a slight smile. In another moment everyone was going to be incased in ice, and after another she stopped trying to fight back against the ice that enveloped her entire body. The blizzard died down after everyone was encased in ice.

And when that happened, Sapphire's entire body shattered.

Sapphire, Jack, and Zari

Location: The Lincoln Memorial
Skills: Technopathy

This was an interesting sort of situation for them to all be in. Sapphire stepped out of the portal, not too sure what to really expect. After all, currently they had to deal with a bomb after several of them nearly ended up crushed to death in that cave in down in the sewers. But now her attention needed to be completely on the incident at hand, and bombs were typically very bad. Especially if it went off, since she wasn't too sure how everything would go over all if that happened.

Jack was more or less tuning out his brother's sort of ramblings, at least sort of tuning it out until he hopefully eventually said something useful. Of course the something useful was probably going to end up coming from Ben technically if he had to guess or something like that. Of course no telling what to do with regards to everything. Then again, he had no idea this was the way his life was going to go, but then again, now he more or less had to deal with it anyway, but no matter what he probably would have anyway too.

Zari was bored, just completely and utterly bored. Sure, a bomb could go off and kill and hurt a whole lot of people, but currently she had to go deal with something else that could result in her not existing or something like that. She still found the entire thing confusing, like why would someone just want to kill all mutants like this though? That made no sense. One thing she did know for certain was that she did not like this guy at all, especially since he had broken Mr. Eyeball during her first encounter with the guy.

Glancing over towards Callie, Sapphire contemplated her words, thinking about the idea in the event that the bomb did go off. "...You are talking about there being a perfect chain reaction of events that could result in us saving everything in the event that the bomb went off. Which would mean we'd have to be so perfectly in sync, and knowing this group that isn't very likely, we likely wouldn't be able to do that. So how about we try to not blow everything up... Plus our reflexes would have to be insane in order to do that at the drop of a hat."

"So great then, the guy is a suicide bomber, that's just fantastic... Do we actually know what we're doing? Since think about it... One wrong move and this entire area could go up in smoke, both figuratively and I guess literally too. We just have to be really careful..." Jack wasn't so sure about this entire situation, they were flying blind here, and they could end up causing more damage if they weren't careful. Oh the joys of trying to do the right thing.

Zari focused for a moment, before she went to see about messing with the bomb. Well, more of she was examining the bomb from a distance before she even thought about trying anything. What she found wasn't exactly an overwhelming bit of support for what they were going to attempt. "I'm not sure this is a good idea... I'm not a hundred percent confident in trying this... Since it's about a fifty-fifty shot that I'll blow us all up as opposed to disarming it..." she really was not confident with this entire situation at all.

Janelle rolled her eyes slightly with regards to Jason showing up and bugging her for a moment, but she thought nothing of it as soon he was off and walking away from where she was sitting. Her brother was a little bit ridiculous in her mind at times, but she was somewhat glad that he chose not to be sticking around and bugging her all of the time. She could deal with everything on her own without him constantly bugging her. And as they got older, he seemed to be learning that, which was always a nice thing for her, it meant that he wasn't going to bug her as often hopefully.

Her attention turned towards Isaac, the counselor for her cabin decided to talk to her, "I'm doin alright, what abooeht you?" she asked him. Her mind was partially distracted now thought based on the sort of commotion, as she heard Zeke's voice as he entered the dining pavilion, and from the sounds of it, he was covered in snow from the outdoors. Janelle couldn't help but giggle slightly with response to that situation, even though she couldn't see it, it sounded somewhat amusing in her mind.

"Goin alright, de snow isn't too bad, especially when you're like me and are used to de cahld. 'ow are ya doin?" he asked her in response, more or less ignoring the sort of glares that Kristin was getting from the others seated at the table. He personally didn't understand what was really up with this supposed rivalry between the Ares and Athena groups, so for the most part he didn't very much care. Kristin was his friend, so he didn't very much care what was really going on with that. That was his thoughts on the entire situation.

His attention turned towards Zeke when he entered the area covered in snow, and Demetri coming up with bad puns of some sort. It was kind of funny to see that Zeke got pelted with so much snow. He wondered if Zeke melting the snow off like that would work for long, since now a part of his brain was trying to bet how long it would be before Zeke ended up covered in snow again. Based on how things seemed to be going for the guy, it probably wouldn't take too much longer for him to end up covered in snow again.

Marygold Isley

Location: Outside the Barrier
Skills: Shapeshifting

Ouch, this was really really starting to hurt a bit. Of course, she was more or less ignoring what Leandra was saying, cool, the kid had gotten through the barrier and away from the Manticore. That was great. Problem was that she was concerned about leaving the Manticore alive around the camp. That was just them asking for trouble later on. Of course, she couldn't really communicate that to anyone else, since currently she was in snow leopard form and couldn't really talk to anyone else. Her body was doing surprisingly well despite her injury and the poison itself that was in her body. It was probably from a rush of adrenaline, meaning she was likely going to crash later, well whatever, she'd take what she could get.

When plants sprung up around the Manticore holding it in place, she almost thought that she had done something, but realized that wasn't possible, and it might have been the young girl who had done it. Thinking nothing more of it, she pounced instantly on the Manticore, taking the opportunity that the girl had given her to kill the monster. After a few slashes it started bleeding out, and after a few more the monster was completely dead. Hitting the ground (landing on her feet of course) Mary headed for the barrier, still not feeling too much the effects of her injuries. Right before she went back through the barrier she shifted back to normal, walking along on her own two feet and she looked at the girl, giving her a smile. "Guessing that was you who tied the Manticore up? Thanks for that, made it easier to deal with... So, what's your name?" she asked Stella, her back was bleeding from where she had gotten hit, but she still didn't seem to be effected by it.
