Current Almost exactly one year since I step away from being here, and a lot can change in that amount of time. Here's hoping I can find a game or two and see how things go from here.

Bio

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.

Just few basic things.

1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.

All set, that's all for now.

"Well if you seem to think you are so much better then everyone else, go ahead, get out of here and go "deal with it yourself" then why don't you, since you clearly think you can handle everything yourself. Oh wait? Is it because you actually can't? Feel free to go off and get yourself killed within 5 minutes alone if you entered that area. Or do you just clearly expect them to just ignore your entire existence or something?" Mary snapped at Jade, since she was really getting on her nerves. How the hell could the other two who were with her even stand to be within 5 feet of her?

Lance decided that it was probably a better solution to ignore Jade, as fighting seemed to just make things worse and continue to sort of engage in the arguing and fighting, so he turned his attention entirely towards Ed when he asked what people could do. "I can control light, and stuff like that... Though I typically use it to craft shields and for healing, as opposed to actively using them for combat..." he explained with a shrug. He wasn't a fighter, he didn't even know what to do in a fight. His powers were more sporadic, and not exactly the best. He had come up with way more ways to use his powers for support or defensive purposes, even though he probably could create just about anything that he wanted to.

"Things are just hectic. My powers are a bit obvious, most people at this point know what I do. And seriously doubt many people outside of this city trust me. Doubt too many really trust me in the city either. But eh, whatever," Pietro responded with a bit of an eye roll in general. Of course, he knew that the Brotherhood and that group didn't trust him because he left the Brotherhood for the X-Men in the first place, and he knew others didn't trust him because he had switched once before, what was stopping him from doing it again?

Mary turned her attention away from Jade and looked at Ed now, "I control plant life, all aspects of it, down to a cellular level. Learned a few other tricks I didn't even think about, but that's all I'll say on it. What the hell are you all able to do?" she then asked in turn, since it wasn't exactly plainly obvious (aside from Ed being able to heal people) he fact that Jade was obviously a human and didn't even really have super powers of her own, so the question was more for him and Thalia.

Thalia was sort of glad at the moment that Jade seemed to more or less be removing herself from the situation and going to go call Jakobsen. If she hadn't, Thalia likely would have suggested it in the first place anyway. Since it was plainly obvious that Jade was not going to get along well with everyone else. And despite how Jade seemed to be acting at times, they really really did need the help. The more help they had, the better. "...I can do a few different things... One of the things is kind of the dragon wings that I can have sprout from my back. Claws, and breathing fire and all included..." she commented. There were a few other things that likely would be useful to mention, but one of them was something that she wasn't too sure about mentioning. That being her ability to control time, or at least, in a minor way. She at most has been able to have things go backwards an hour or two, but that was about it. It wasn't super powerful, and going back that far tended to give her a major headache or something.

Having calmed down a little bit from the existence that was Jade, Mary was able to fully pay attention to what others had said, including Cass' question towards her. "...I can, probably rather easily. The difficulty would be making enough of that sort of plant life in order to cover the entire area. And there is no guarantee that whatever sort of spores I created would enter the actual building itself. But that sort of thing shouldn't be too difficult. Just might take a little bit to find something that easily would be strong enough to effect everyone in the area."

Another thought did cross her mind about it though that she didn't state out loud, and that was to just poison everyone in that area. They wouldn't have to deal with them getting back up (as most likely would end up dead) aside from those with a healing factor, and it would be so much simpler to just release an extremely large dose of a deadly poison into the area, as opposed to a knock out gas or spore. Plus she felt like it might make her feel a little better, since it would decimate a lot of Magneto's forces, and make it easier for them to potentially kill him. Yup, that was a lovely thought that crossed her mind, and she likely was going to end up doing it like that anyway.

Sparky was still sort of glaring a bit still as Raynor more or less sat there explaining things to her. Well, mostly explaining things, a few things she still had questions about. However, she was still just insanely annoyed with the fact that he hadn't thought that any of this was important to really mention to her at all. Just why? Why had he decided to say nothing? Also, the last part of his explanation did sound a little bit creepy at times, but that honestly was still beside the point. She was mainly mad about him lying to her since they've known each other.

"...I have more questions with regards to all of that... But right now? There is only one that seems to matter. You've been lying to me since day one. Just flat out lying to me. Has anything you've ever said to me been the truth? Anything that you've told me in the past, everything, was that all a lie too or what? Just be honest for once!" she looked like she might be on the verge of tears, and she wasn't entirely sure what to believe. She's also been finding out that a lot of people have been lying to her it seems like, so she personally wasn't sure what to think anymore.

Flynn was a bit curious still as to what it was that Raynor and Sparky were going to go talk about, and he still found it amusing watching the Asgardian get dragged off like a kid in trouble. However, he was drawn away from that by the answering of all of the questions that Darcy and Folly were more or less providing. "Huh... That's more then a bit different. Since no Stark was ever president, that just sounds like a bad idea in my opinion..." This place was just really strange, so hearing that Stark and Captain America fought and literally split the country in half, that was just insane.

His attention turned towards Matt, and he rolled his eyes a bit. "That's his business, and you should stay out of it. Sounds like he's already getting chewed out by someone else right now. He can tell it himself to everyone else in a little while. But the fact that you kind of want to just out it right here and now in the open, without him even in the room is kind of making you seem like a prick. It isn't our place to say anything, they can ask, and we can at least make sure he tells the truth, but that is it. It is not our place to say, and you wanting to just bring it up and say it without even given him a chance to explain anything or the full extent of what happened? Seriously, what the hell?" Flynn said directly to him, this whole thing

Wooded Area
Well, Pietro was confused. He was confused for a few different reasons. One, was for the whole what the hell was his counterpart wearing, the other was what Guin was saying. Uh... Guina? I have a few questions about that... Partially where did Lance find drugs? Like, he always struck me as the person who would likely burn them or toss them out to keep them away from people, not go actively after them... That is really weird, actually, more then just a little weird... Also, next thing, cops are there? Where exactly are you???

Quicksilver clearly did not approve of the outfit that he was wearing, and looked a little annoyed actually with the outfit, "Ugh, really? This outfit and all? You have got to be kidding me it looks a little ridiculous and kind of impractical!" he complained, right before he got hit by the fireball that Runa had thrown at him. He instantly stood back up, clearly a bit sore and he waved his arm around a bit to put out the fire that had started.

"Ok, why the hell don't you stay down already?" Pietro complained towards his counterpart, rolling his eyes a bit. He was learning a lot in this fight. Namely the fact that apparently he could be incredibly annoying in a fight in general if you were fighting against him. That normally was a great thing! However in this situation it was incredibly annoying and he sort of wanted to knock his counterpart and keep him down for the count at the moment.

"Because I live to annoy people?"

"Okay, just shut up already!" Pietro commented, before he threw a punch directly at his counterpart's head at super speed. Quicksilver tried to dodge out of the way a bit, but Pietro had surprised him a bit, and managed to slam his fist into the side of his face, with a loud boom he managed to throw him into a tree and broke it in half, before he hit the ground, not moving anymore at the moment (likely in part due to the injuries he had gotten from Runa's fireball), though there was some blood on Pietro's hand from the punch. "Ok... Now what?" he asked Runa.

Sketchy Hotel
Lance rolled his eyes slightly, this entire thing was getting on his nerves, just in general and all. Annie would be unable to leave any sort of illusion, she just was not able to create them in general. That left everything to fall on Guin hopefully to keep them hidden from the cops who were now from the sounds of the footsteps, reaching the second floor that they were on now. There were the sounds of a lot of footsteps, before someone pounded on the door, and a moment later, the door was kicked open and a few police officers entered the room with their guns drawn.

They scanned the room a little bit, before one of them yelled back "All clear here!" towards those still in the hallway, before heading out of the room and moving onto the next one.

Things would seem like it was all fine, and they just had to sneak out and have no issues right? Well, more police flooded the hallway, and one of them seemed to be one of the ones in charge, slightly scanning every previously searched room as he went along the hallway a bit, and he stopped at the doorway to their room, and looked inside of the room. He seemed a bit suspicious of the room, and he took a few steps into it.

"Something wrong?" Another voice asked, as another person stopped in the doorway.

"Something seems a bit off, not entirely sure what though..." he muttered, taking a few steps forward even more so in the room.

Well, this wasn't going to end well. Since Lance probably could try to knock both of the cops out, allowing them to race out of the room and try to escape from the hotel before they got caught. Actually of the three of them he did have a little bit of a power set more or less meant for combat. But, he also knew that Guin was more or less just trying to sit there and prove herself right and everything with all that was going on (plus it might cause more issues) so he just stood back quietly, just waiting for this to either blow up entirely in their face, or actually work.

"Double check every empty room," the guy in charge called back to the others still in the hallway, "Since there might be something else wrong aside from the druggies we've already caught." The problem was now though, this guy and the other one in the doorway were not moving. The one in the doorway just seemed confused, but was standing there so the boss guy wasn't alone. The one in the room was just looking around, almost like he didn't trust what his own eyes were seeing.

The Mansion
"It happened forever ago," she responded with a shrug, "Didn't seem like it was all that important to mention." That and also she kind of had moved on from that whole situation. Pietro felt horrible about it, but based on things, it was probably best not to mention Pietro or whatever again currently. That just sounded like asking for trouble.

"Yeah, more then a few people kind of want Quicksilver dead," Rogue added, before turning her attention over towards Ed's question. "Uhhh, most of that stuff comes still happened. Actually the whole Cardiff thing is how ya ended up with us in the first place. And just asking that sort of thing in general without more examples, kinda vague."

"...Well... We know what happened here with the mansion and the team... What happened with the Avengers?" Mary asked, figuring to give something more specific and asking about one of the other main teams in New York.

"...Well that's a bit complicated."

"What do you mean?"

"Stark died taking a nuke into space, didn't come back from the wormhole in 2012," Wolverine responded, clearly not really wanting to have all of them asking a bunch of questions right now, "They stuck around for a few more years, but eventually they kind of disappeared. They resurface every so often, but that's about it."

"...Okay, that is a big difference."

"Really?"

"Uh, yeah, Tony Stark is very much still alive in our reality..."

"Huh, interesting..."

"...Okay, next question, whose all with you guys? Like with the team and everything?"

"Well let's see, there are those two," Rogue said, nodding her head towards Ed and Bethany, "Cyclops, Storm, Beast, us obviously, Emma Frost..."

"Really?"

"Jeannie and Cyclops got divorced about a year after everything, so she left, not sure where she is now."

"Oh."

"Yeah, feel like I'm missing someone... Oh right, there's an Asgardian sticking around with us for a while cause Emma was going to help her out, her mind according to Emma was like swiss cheese or something like that. Though having an Asgardian around is helpful at times."

"The magic is annoying."

"It ain't so bad."

"You and I have clearly had different experiences with it."

"...So back to the other question about what to do about Danger?"

"I'll talk to Scott about it, maybe we can set up a place in the city for her and all. Decommissioning her entirely... That's a bit over the top... We didn't do that initially since she's kind of a part of the team at times, or was in the past, and she's her own person entirely... And we thought that she'd go underground essentially once she realized that there wasn't anyone here or something for her to defend... Now, for gettin' into the city and all, I'll fly on ahead and you can take the car back with Logan. Gives ya a bit more room in the car too," she said with a smile, and a slight wave, "See ya there, this'll be interestin' to say the least." With those last words, she took off into the air, and after a few moments she was completely gone from sight.

"Everyone in," Wolverine grunted as he got into the driver's seat of the car.

Mary went over to the car and opened the door to the backseat and got in. "Well this is definitely an interesting situation..."

"You can ask more questions, but either keep them specific or to a minimum." Once everyone was in the car, Logan turned the car on and started driving them towards the city.

Jason Gauger

Jason's mind was sort of wandering a bit around as he thought of the quest that was going to happen and how things might go. He wasn't sure how things were going to go, though he knew that a Roman was going to be with the group he was in, as well as the new Demeter girl. Personally, that made things a little weird, since he didn't know what to expect fully with either of them. The Roman was more or less a stranger to him, and the new girl (Stella or something like that right?) was just a kid, and he wasn't sure how well she'd do going on the quest at all. Actually, with the whole group going on the different quests, he wasn't sure he was okay with any of the young kids going on any of them.

When he reached the Dining Pavilion, he grabbed a plate and got some food, having sat down at the Ares table by Jace."Uh, yeah, one o' de Romans is goin ahn de quest wit me. I'm naht sure what to expect frahm it 'ahnestly, but we'll see what 'appens in general... Hopefully nahthin horrible 'appens ahr sahmethin like dat..." he responded to Jace with a bit of a shrug. He wasn't going to fully explain everything that was going through his head, though to be fair, it wouldn't exactly be easy to explain in general with that sort of thing.

Janelle Gauger

As she usually did in the morning, she sort of just took it somewhat slowly with her heading over to the Dining Pavilion. She wasn't too sure what was going to happen with the day and all. She did want to see about talking with her brother to figure out what was going through his mind, and how he felt about his first quest. Janelle knew that she had been a bit nervous for her first quest. Especially since she hadn't been at the camp very long, plus she knew that some people likely didn't expect her to be able to contribute anything to the completion of the quest, but she more or less proved them wrong if anyone thought that.

Once within the Dining Pavilion, she went towards the Hypnos table, and she nodded her head slightly with a small smile when Isaac mentioned that her brother was over with the Ares table. Before she could go over that direction though, she heard Kristin's voice not too far away, calling out to her a bit. Janelle wandered over towards the sound of her voice and gave her a slight wave (at least in the direction her voice had come from), though she wasn't fully able to determine who all was around at this point when she had walked over. "I'm doin alright, what abooeht you?" she asked her in response.

"I'm sure you'll be able to handle yourself too Stella," Mary responded to her with a smile, but deep down she couldn't help but be concerned for her younger half-sibling. Her mind was going through potential things that could go wrong, and sh still didn't like the fact that more or less Stella had been choosing who went on what quest. That whole thing likely was going to haunt her for a while, especially if something actually happened to Stella during the entire thing. That was still a very real possibility.

Mary turned her attention back towards Eva when she mentioned that they should see about heading to the Dining Pavilion and getting food. "Yeah, food sounds like a good idea to me," she agreed with her. Then she ended up following along after Stella and Eva to the Dining Pavilion, eventually making her way to the Demeter table and sitting down by Stella as she got a plate and cup for herself, as her food magically appeared in front of her. Her mind was starting to wander to what was going to happen on her own quest.

Rosalia Rider

Location: The Moors
Skills: N/A

She still wasn't entirely sure about how all of this was going to go. Personally, this was a bit weird, and she wasn't entirely thrilled to be left by herself in the room with her mother (though she likely was never going to actively call her that) while literally everyone else decided to go to an interrogation. Right now, she was just staying relatively quiet, and just sort of shrugged her shoulders when Rapunzel gave her instructions on what she should do in order to help with this current situation. At least it gave her something to do right? Even if it wasn't the best of situations in her mind.

"Whatever," she did eventually say, before she went and washed her hands real quick in order to be able to help. Of course, she didn't really have any sort of idea on what she was really doing, so she just listened to Rapunzel's instructions on what to do. Reaching over, Rosalia grabbed the bandages and applied it to the injury on the person, applying pressure to it. She was staying quiet once again, not even sure what sort of conversation she'd even think of having with Rapunzel in general.

Jack Gold

And there was the question that honestly Jack hadn't even really thought of for himself yet. What was he going to do after everything? He personally didn't know, and he partially wanted to ask Meg what she was thinking that she might want to do after all of this insanity was dealt with. This world was foreign to him in general, and he didn't know if he wanted to learn more about this place. Or if he wanted to really stay here. Going back to what he thought of as "the real world" still, was that really much of an option upon knowing everything about what was going on now?

"...I'll be honest, I don't really know... I mean... There is the option I guess of potentially going back to the world we all got sent to in the first place... Staying in this world is also clearly an option... I just... I don't really know what to do after everything..." he admitted to Belle, before turning his attention towards what was going on with Guinevere and Meg, and he winced slightly. "...They really shouldn't touch her suddenly like that... Meg doesn't really like hugs..." Jack whispered more quietly to Belle, as he was now fully paying attention to what was going on with his sister, since he knew all about her not liking hugs.

Well, hearing a little bit about what cards were drawn by Max for Casper's reading was entertaining to say the least. Jack didn't care too much for fortune tellers or anything like that, and found the supposed "fortunes" that they spat out entertainment to say the least. Most of them were fake and not really able to see the future, at least most who got paid for that sort of thing. It was a little bit ridiculous in his mind how psychics typically got paid in order to do that sort of thing. Besides, not like they were actual "psychics" anyway or whatever.

Jack rolled his eyes slightly at Casper, "I'm positive Casper, I don't really think much of that sort of thing at all... Plus tarot readings as I said, I'm not really interested much in," he said with a bit of a shrug. Yeah, he didn't care too much about it, and he glanced over at Max as he decided to mess around with the cards some more and making some off hand comment about needing to learn about shuffling the cards or whatever, though it was a bit weird since literally no one had asked or commented on it or anything like that.

Well, who knew that it was possible to make Zari even more confused on the situation. She had no idea what everyone was really going on about, but she did have an idea it involved romance or something like that. Personally, she never really paid much attention or thought about it. That sort of thing was a little strange to her, so she didn't think much of it. Though the words that people were tossing around with regards to this entire conversation is what confused her the most. It was beyond strange to her, and she was trying to think of how best to word her question carefully.

"Umm..." Zari muttered slightly, thinking for a little bit. Mr. Eyeball was beeping along right next to her, clearly understanding what was going through her head. Though the robot seemed to more or less be wondering what Zari was going to say in response to what everyone was saying in general. Usually she wasn't this quiet, at all, and usually started up with a barrage of questions. "I have a question..." she eventually said, looking at the group, tilting her head to the side, obviously confused, "...What does it mean to be ace?" she finally asked.

Location: The Grove -> Hellfire Manor
Skills: N/A

She wasn't surprised that the entire meeting was more or less over fairly quickly of some sort. Though her mind still wandered to what Reeva had said about Stacey X setting up a sort of orphanage at Hellfire Manor. It reminded her of her own kids, both of which she couldn't exactly have been with them to help them grow up. Right now, she was more or less wondering about whether or not at the very least she might see about going to go aid the orphanage, helping out with keeping track of the children. It would give her something to do, and keep her mind from potentially wandering to other things that were bugging her.

After a few of the others had already started heading away from the Grove, Miranda started making her way towards Hellfire Manor. She wasn't too sure what the setup there was, but she figured there was a chance Stacey X might need an extra set of hands. Heading into the Manor, she found that the makeshift orphanage took over the second floor of the Manor, and that there were around 40 kids in all. It didn't look like it had the best structure wise, however the kids seemed to have all of the basics that they needed, food, clothes and beds and such like that. A few toys too. Eventually, she found Stacey X and walked up to her, "...Do you need help or an extra set of hands?" she asked her.

Sparky was more or less trying to keep control of what was going through her mind, but she was glad that they were getting the hell out of the area. She wasn't entirely sure where exactly they were going or something, but she was just glad they got out of there. Problem was, Sparky really wished she could stay away from everyone and get some fresh air, but they didn't exactly have that sort of thinking at the moment, it wasn't possible. Maybe once they got to this area called "The Blue" or whatever, she'd be able to get away from the others and just clear her head. Then maybe she'd be able in a better headspace to deal with everything, including why they were in this area to begin with.

Once she stepped on board of the ship, she glanced at the area, and noticed that there were smaller storage rooms and such off to the side of the main central area. However, she couldn't help but get annoyed that Cass, despite it being obvious that she and Raynor needed to have a conversation and all right then and there, started asking questions, and Sparky rolled her eyes. "You can interrogate him later, ask the other two people from here. We're talking right now," Sparky snapped, before walking over to Raynor, before proceeding to drag him by the ear to one of the storage rooms nearby and shutting the door behind them before letting go, turning to look at him, and crossing her arms. "...Alright, talk now, what the hell?" she said, clearly not going to let him get away with trying to avoid explaining anything.

Well this is a good thing overall isn't it? They were able to get the hell out of that place and hopefully go off somewhere else that might not result in them nearly getting killed or something like that in general. The other group had managed to get a plane for them to be able to get away, so that was something. Maybe they could get some answers to what was going on with this world and then maybe see about trying to track down Luminous and Doom, who were still scattered somewhat around this world somewhere. Catching up to a speedster wasn't going to be fun in general though.

They were strangers to this reality, and they knew nothing, so asking questions to those from this reality who knew how things worked made sense. What also made sense was based on Sparky's reaction she apparently needed to talk to Raynor about something rather important, so he didn't think now was the time for them to ask him about the reality, and that asking Folly and Darcy was a better thing then that. Though he barely managed to stop himself from laughing at Raynor getting dragged off by Sparky to go have a conversation right then and there away from everyone else. He turned his attention towards Folly and Darcy. "Ok, since he's obviously not going to be answering any questions at the moment. What exactly can you tell us about this reality or how things are... If you're willing, since we have absolutely no clue what we're doing here, so... And also agree with the question of where is the Blue, and what is that place like or whatever? Sorry for all the questions, but well... The Blue doesn't exactly exist, and this place has been called the Iron right? The Iron though at first glance when we got here clearly seems like it is a part of the United States..."

Wooded Area
Guina, a little busy at the moment... Pretty sure my reality counterpart is probably trying to kill me at the moment! Pietro responded to Guin mentally, I'll catch up later with the Asgardians in tow probably when I'm not having to deal with another speedster. I also am learning just how annoying things are... Is it really this annoying to fight me and everything? Cause this is a little ridiculous and annoying! Just on a scale of 1 to 10!

He whirled up a punch to try and hit his counterpart, however, he whiffed it, and despite his counterpart being slightly slower, he had managed to catch his arm and whirled him around. There was a loud crack as Pietro's arm suddenly was at a very weird angle as he got thrown to the ground. He managed to get back up, and with another loud crack Pietro managed to snap his arm back, but it did look very painful for him, however it healed rather quickly and wasn't visible anymore.

"I mean true," she commented with a bit of a shrug, before water started swirling around her. She sent a tidal wave directly at Flynn, and he wasn't able to fully avoid it. Klara smirked slightly as the fire on his body to go out entirely, and he was completely drenched now, and knocked down to the ground. "There, feel a bit better now?" she asked her cousin, before glancing at the other speedster, who had broken free entirely of the ice that Runa had encased his legs in.

"Huh, who is hiding there I wonder?" Quicksilver commented, before he charged right at Pietro, who instantly sidestepped him entirely.

"None of your concern really," Pietro responded, before he charged at his counterpart, and the pair was suddenly racing around and punching at each other at super speed. Eventually they stopped, though Runa and Klara would notice a slight problem with this at this point. A pair of speedsters who looked identical just suddenly raced around and had more or less mixed up who was who. They were both wearing nearly identical outfits, with the only difference that was obvious being that one of the pairs shirt was black, while the other was only a slightly lighter color (looked to be a blue of some sort).

"Umm... So Runa, you wouldn't by chance have been paying attention to what color the speedster that is from our reality was wearing were you? Or should we just attack both and hope we hit the right one?"

Sketchy Hotel
"Fine whatever, get us all caught or whatever, you honestly have no idea what's going on, and you pretending everything is okay is dumb!" Lance snapped at her, he was starting to get seriously annoyed with Guin being the bit of a know it all at the moment, he also was annoyed with the fact that she was acting like he was an idiot, for basically pointing out their entire situation in full, since they were kind of stuck at the moment. He had a massive headache, and he more or less walked away from Guin and Annie for a moment, as his brain started racing through a few different things. However, something crossed his mind, and he went over to a lower vent in the wall that wasn't giving off any heat or anything, obviously since the room wasn't exactly warm or anything.

Pulling off the vent, he reached in and pulled out a bag that seemed to have more of the same pills that the guy in the lobby had handed to him. The thought did cross his mind as he stood back up fully as to wonder how he knew that it would be there, but he didn't think anything off it, just turning the bag around in his hands with his back to both of them.

Though before the arguments could get worse or anything, they all would be able to hear the sound of sirens nearby, sounding like they were coming from farther down the street. However, one thing would be apparent, was that the sirens were starting to get closer. A lot closer. And there were a lot of them. Soon, they'd be able to see flashing red and blue lights out the window in the room. There was the sound of yelling, and they'd hear doors slamming as people in the various rooms seemed to more or less making a run for it because of the cop cars. They'd be able to see police storming the hotel rather quickly, and it wouldn't be too long before they'd reach their floor and where they were.

"Of course we can't catch a break..." Lance muttered with an eye roll. "I'd come up with an idea but since you seem to think you have the best handle on everything and the situation and all, you get to think about what all to do to get us out of this mess, since we went to the hotel right then and there since you initially said to even when I pointed out from a distance the place looked like crap. So go ahead, come up with some brilliant plan to get us out of this, I'd love to hear it."

"It's fine, don't worry," Mary said towards Bethany, sort of waving off her concern about her passing out.

Rogue looked at the group, before lowering her voice, and she and Wolverine started whispering back and forth, but the group wouldn't be able to hear. "Alright, outside then," Wolverine eventually commented, before walking outside, with Rogue right behind him. Once outside, they'd see a car in the overgrown driveway. Though Logan did seem to at the moment sidestep Bethany's question with regards to what was up about Mary.

"Alright, that story ya got there? It's insane. But you're in luck, we're used to all of the crazy, and that ain't the worst thing we've seen or heard. Not to mention, a few of ya do look like you've gone for a swim slightly in your clothes," Rogue commented, referring to the fact that Mary and Bethany's clothes were still somewhat damp from landing in the lake despite Ed earlier attempting to get them all dried off with his magic.

"I mean, I can definitely agree with that... But um... You didn't exactly answer Bethany's question..."

"That's complicated."

"Well... I believe ya when ya say you're from another reality... It is the only explanation... Cause, well, our version of you Marygold... Died... Around 7 years ago now. That's why we were a little startled."

"...Wait seriously?"

"Yup. Quicksilver managed to knock you out of a fourth story window. If you had gotten thrown a little farther, you might have lived. But you landed on the front steps directly, and you died within moments from the landing." Logan added rather bluntly, figuring that he might as well tell them straight about it.

Mary instantly started going through her head. She remembered that whole thing, and if she remembered correctly, not too many people at the school actually knew that full story. Though of those who did know the full story, well, when she was willing to forgive Pietro and allow him on the team, that might have resulted in more then a few arguments, actually she remembered Logan arguing with her about it when she was talking to the Professor and Hank about it. "...I remember that incident. And I do remember crashing through that window and hitting the ground. That hurt a lot by the way, I kind of ended up in an actual hospital and not just the medical area at the mansion for a few months because of the broken bones and everything... Though I did know I was incredibly lucky, a few inches the other way and I was told I probably would have died from the fall..." Mary explained to the group, mainly explaining the full situation to Bethany and Ed.

"Yeah, well here. You didn't survive the fall."

"Yeah, the mansion and the team and everything sort of just fell apart. The school was going downhill fairly quickly... Before it eventually closed entirely."

"Didn't help that parents found out a kid died from everything that Xavier was having the team do. Most of us more or less stuck around though, we just operate from somewhere else."

"We knew something was going on here, since Danger sent a message to Scott that something was going on and there were intruders at the mansion... He messaged us since we were closer to go check it out. Which turned out to be you. We honestly didn't expect Danger to still be operating, and when the school closed, we offered to let her come with us, but she chose to stay and guard the school."

"Yeah, I think she's kind of mentally caught in a time loop of sorts or something, since she used her holographic projections to make the interior of the school look like it would with it operational and running."

"Not surprising, she did seem to not be able to accept that the school closed. Plus by herself for 7 years? Anyone would go crazy."

"Anyway, if ya want to come with us, we can see about gettin' all of this sorted out for ya. Figure out what to do next. I might see about messaging or callin' back to alert them somewhat to expect guests."

"I honestly don't know a whole lot about the inner area... I typically just sort of use my powers defensively and for healing in a bit of a pinch if need be... You do realize not everyone is a fighter right? Magneto has gotten most mutants in the city to be on his side, and honestly probably want us dead... Most of their powers from what is plainly obvious, are a lot more volatile then ours, if we attacked them just head on, well then that was going to result in us probably dying since they have numbers and firepower. We don't really have either, sure, we've got some firepower... But they have both, in general, and we don't. So how exactly do you expect us to get super close?"

"Not to mention pretty sure we'd stand out like a sore thumb, if I zipped around in the area people would plainly know I was there... Since you know, wind from running and all..."

Mary's eyes had a bit of an eerie sort of greenish glow to them for a moment. Before going back to normal. "Before you assume anything maybe get the full idea of what people do and don't know... I guess you can say I have a bit of a... Security system... Scattered around the city... It's still fairly new, not perfect... And a work in progress still... But I do have... Some ideas..." Mary muttered. It had more or less been something she had been messing with. Being able to see through plant life wasn't something she ever thought possible for her to accomplish a year ago, and now she found herself being able to do that. She had tested it out with a few streets here and there, before she eventually managed to create a bit of a network throughout the city, including inside of Magneto's compound.

"Why the hell didn't you mention this before?" Pietro couldn't help but ask her, raising a bit of an eyebrow.

"Because it only got setup two days ago!" she snapped back crossing her arms, "And I was still messing around with everything. I wasn't sure the range on it when I was starting to mess with it! I didn't know for a fact if it would even work, so for testing I've literally just been glancing at it every so often, and I didn't want to get hopes up of getting a better insight without knowing for a fact that everything worked correctly and the way I hoped it did!" She was annoyed, but she could understand why people would question why she hid that. However, she kept things to herself unless she knew for sure something worked at this point. Unless she was positive, she didn't act on anything, partially because of the fact that the last time she went off and basically was winging something, it had resulted in their situation. It was obvious that Mary blamed herself for what had happened, and that was why she never really spoke up about anything, but it was clear she still did have an idea of things to do.

"Well, what can you tell us about the area then?" Thalia asked calmly, figuring that it might be best to just move on a little bit and diffuse the situation before people started fighting each other.

She took a deep breath, before Mary turned her attention towards Thalia now, "The main central area of the city that they have blocked off spans for several blocks. It's essentially another town within the city. However, the closer you get to the main building that Magneto claims as his main base of operations, the stronger and more powerful the members of the group you encounter are. One thing is obvious though, Magneto isn't the only one living in the main building. It seems like essentially his most trusting and loyal followers all reside in building along with him. From Mystique and Mastermind, to Sabretooth, when he isn't causing issues for us obviously, and the Scarlet Witch," she continued, glancing at Pietro for a moment when she mentioned his sister. "Even though most of the city doesn't have too much electricity and power to run a lot of equipment or lighting and everything, Magneto and his crew do, enough to power just about everything they have there, including the buildings, but that shouldn't come as a shock really."

"Do you have any more info aside from that on what might we expect on the inside of the building itself?" Thalia then asked her, figuring that asking would be better then nothing, and if she didn't have any info, then so be it. But she already provided them with a few more details then the Stark kid had.

Oddly enough, despite not really wanting to be in charge, Mary easily stepped back into that sort of role for the moment, but deep down she really didn't want to be the one calling the shots or coming up with ideas. Actually, she really just wanted to go be by herself and more or less just attempting to do some surveillance and not actively doing anything but just watching the city. Alone. Without anyone around. "Unfortunately... No... I couldn't easily get anything inside of the main building itself... Once at the building, I probably could using the ventilation system or something like that for the purpose... But I don't have the layout of the interior. However, if you want ideas of a building plan from before Magneto likely did redecorating or right when we get there... I guess you could try combing through city hall to see if there is a building plan, but that would take a lot of time, which we don't exactly have... Finding a way to send the nuke away though would be a good thing to think about... The hard part would be you'd have to intercept the nuke before Magneto has the chance to turn it away. And from what I've been able to tell, getting into the city is a lot easier then getting out..."

"Problem is obviously you can't exactly just blow up a nuke above the city... And the problem with redirecting it is that you'd have to get a massive head start on the nuke in order to have enough time to redirect it... Before obviously Magneto decides to more or less return to sender..."

"Doing a bit of reconnaissance makes sense to me, get a little better of an idea aside from what Mary just said... Should be fun and simple right? We just have to stop him before the world essentially ends, easy. No problem."

Jack rolled his eyes slightly at Casper's comment about seeing when he'd end up with a boyfriend, not to mention the comments with regards to Casper getting his fortune told back in New Orleans. "Yeah, not really looking to find love or whatever any time soon Casper, so that isn't really a burning question in my mind," Jack eventually said. Yeah, he was perfectly fine being by himself and not really paying attention to love or romance or anything like that in his mind. So yeah, the question Casper thought he should ask for his fortune or whatever was not too pressing.

Of course, he found it amusing what Casper's own question was, and figured that in reality he probably shouldn't be too surprised by it for any reason. Casper clearly cared about James, so the question made perfect sense. Max seemed to be rambling a bit with the answer shown in the tarot cards, proof that he probably wasn't the best for it. Well, the guy hadn't had the cards for very long, so maybe he'll actually learn how to use them. Though personally, Jack didn't trust fortune tellers most of the time and unlike his brother tended to avoid them and not care too much about hearing predictions of the future.

"...I'm confused now, you aren't exactly making sense..." Zari muttered, incredibly confused as to what the group was even talking about. She didn't tend to pay attention to anything like what Sunshine was talking about. Andy and her were just friends, so what exactly was Sunshine going on about? Zari was fairly naïve about most things, usually she didn't interact or socialize with a lot of people, mainly because of the fact that she spoke a lot with her robots. Personally that was all she really felt like she needed. In this time era, well it kind of was one of the first times she truly had friends who weren't machines or computers.

Well, the conversation was getting a bit weird to her, and incredibly awkward it seems. "We are friends. And I'm friends with a lot of people and a whole bunch of other stuff, and my robots too... So I am confused... Really confused..." Yeah, it would be plainly obvious to everyone else that Zari was naive when it came to anything like what they seemed to be implying. Mr. Eyeball was floating along next to her, and sort of just beeping a bit, and Zari just rolled her eyes at the robot, "So nice to me..."

She wasn't entirely surprised that Magneto had voted against the gala, in truth it did seem to not really fit in with the idea of potentially helping everyone to heal and everything. That was the main reason why she agreed with what James' idea was, and how it would result in bringing people together as opposed to just doing one big fancy event in the evening, even though she seriously doubted that most people in Genosha weren't used to fancy parties or anything like that at all. So she wasn't entirely sure how everyone in Genosha would feel about just the gala, so the festival idea was a good one.

Miranda remained silent as she listened to the discussion about the date and everything with regards to that. However her attention turned towards what Reeva said, about their being a lot of children in need of parents or families to take them in, as they lost their parents in the attack. A part of her did contemplate whether or not she should see if she could take one in, but she was a bit worried about how she'd be as a mother, considering she never had gotten the chance to raise her own children, but she thought she likely wouldn't be a good mother at all.
