Current Almost exactly one year since I step away from being here, and a lot can change in that amount of time. Here's hoping I can find a game or two and see how things go from here.

RIP Stan Lee... You will forever be missed. As someone whose grown up reading Marvel comics, you've always have kind of been a part of my life. Thank you for making most of the Marvel heroes we know.

Bio

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.

Just few basic things.

1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.

All set, that's all for now.

Well, just as he sort of predicted, things went from bad to a hell of a lot worse within the span of a few seconds. Some giant demonic eyeball thing appeared out of nowhere, summoned apparently by Doom, who then took off with Luminous while the chaos ensued. This was usually how all their plans and missions went, seemed to be going alright, then suddenly chaos erupts and all hell breaks loose. The demonic eye though, he did have an idea of where it came from or what it was, and he had to breathe a sight of relief that it was only a small minion of the actually demonic entity, which would make it easier to deal with. Not to mention, it's weak spot was almost exactly like Queen Gohma's from the Legend of Zelda game series, so that made it even easier to deal with.

"Well I've got some good news, it could be a hell of a lot worse. That thing is known as Gargantos, which is a smaller minion and manifestation of a much bigger demonic entity called Shuma-Gorath. Good news about that is it makes it a lot easier to deal with and get rid of. Bad news is that doesn't make the overall situation any better since you know, civilians and all still..."

"Well just spit it out, how the hell do we stop the thing that is rampaging around before it potentially hurts more people?" Sparky instantly asked, looking over at Flynn. This was a bit of a weird situation to be in, and she was not sure at all what to do. Since Bonnie's immediate orders and reaction made you think to not hit the kind of obvious eyeball.

"Ever play a Zelda game?"

"Played one once a long time ago but know some stuff vaguely why does this matter?"

"It's the Queen Gohma boss fight from like, several games, you shoot the giant eye with whatever you got! Best way to stun it and do damage, but ranged attacks are the way to go."

"...Wait, I thought we were told to not blind it or anything like that?"

"No matter what you do that thing is going to stumble around and all with whatever hits it, that's just unavoidable, just try to direct the thing away from civilians, since that is practically impossible to avoid at this point!"

Sparky just shrugged before she took off into the air, her arms crackling with electricity as she proceeded to throw a lightning bolt at the demon thing. Her first shot didn't exactly hit her target like she wanted to, but she did manage to stun the creature for the moment, so it did hold still long enough for her to get another shot off. This time her shot did hit the eye dead on, and managed to damage it, and the eye looked like it might have been fried a bit by her attack, which was a good thing.

The conversation had definitely taken a bit of a weird turn in her mind. For numerous reasons, one of course being Selene's oddly specific answer to her own question which was really weird to her. Another being that Jack just said he died and shrugged it off as if it was nothing at all. Then again, in her own mind resurrection and all wasn't that surprising, though she was a bit curious as to how Jack had come back, considering how much effort it had taken the one group to resurrect Ben.

To say that she was a bit glad that Selene had decided to leave the area to go up to the stage. She was beyond confused as to what it was that was going on with the conversation now, but her attention still turned a bit towards Selene and her song choice. The song just sounded a bit weird to her, and she had no idea where the hell it was from. It probably was some reference or something that she'd never understand, but it did give her a bit of a weird feeling that something more was going on, but she didn't know what.

"Yes Selene forgot to say thanks for that one. Though forgive me for not saying that before considering the other person involved was my father and his whacked out science experiments," Jack responded with a shrug. He then decided to answer the question of when and where. "Actually that situation was a bit screwed up and I was going to die no matter what. Either it was going to be from the mist that the X-Cutioner used to try and make Dc uninhabitable, or from the ice that basically froze everyone into a cryostasis sort of thing. Because let me tell you, ever seen what happens to rubber when it gets frozen? Tends to not end well for the rubber and it likes to shatter. It was a no win situation, and I think technically the ice is what actually killed me."

He watched as Selene walked off to go up to the stage, before continuing on with his previous train of thought, "Though not call this really living, since as mentioned before, pretty sure it turned out to be a science experiment with just a hint of magic that caused me to be here right now. Reason why as mentioned in answering Selene's question that she posed, I don't really care if I end up dead again at this point, anything could happen. Which I am perfectly fine with at this point. It'll be interesting to say the least."

Things were interesting enough at the moment, with Selene performing a song or something of the sorts, which to him likely meant things were about to pick up the pace or something of the sorts. That was confirmed a bit by the little voice that decided to speak into his head, and the instructions it gave were not exactly good ones, this was definitely going to be an interesting thing.

She knew that she just more or less dumped a lot on Veil and Callie randomly, but frankly it actually was nice for her to tell someone, even if it was in a bit of an info dump of sorts. Miranda fell silent as she was a bit unsure of what else to say at the moment, though the other two seemed partially invested in what was going on between Max and Ben. Though her attention was drawn away a moment by Selene and her, well, interesting choice of song. It was a bit strange in her mind, but she didn't say anything more of it.

"Sorry for that, just needed to vent a little bit to someone, sorry..." she ended up apologizing somewhat quietly to Veil. It had been a long time since she'd been able to really do that sort of thing. They seemed to be getting ready to head back to where the rest of their group was. And she was a bit unsure of whether or not to join the, since Callie had invited her to join them initially and all, so she didn't know what to do really.

"With counterparts running around, we probably shouldn't just send Pietro running around like that. We should split up into groups since that also will make things a bit easier in the long run when it comes to looking around..." Mary said, nodding her head in a agreement. She took a look at the group, sorting people through into who would make the most sense to be with the others. Ok, so here's what we'll do. We'll split into two groups while Pietro scouts out the area too and he can just sort of meet up with whatever group eventually. The first group will be Guin, Ed, me and Klara... That leaves Runa, Lance, Annie and Bethany... We split up to cover more ground, but under no circumstances should anyone get separated from their group completely and keep each other within eyesight... Because that could cause problems if the others then run into your counterpart."

Her thinking with the group arrangement was that they had someone who had some form of mental power (Guin it was her telepathy, Annie with illusions that more of bent perception), someone who was a main magic user of sorts (Ed and Runa really), and someone who was more of a physical fighter (Klara, and Lance at times) leaving her and Bethany to join whichever group. She hadn't really liked the idea of putting both Bethany and Runa on the same team because of the darkness thing, however she wanted to be there to keep an eye on "Klara" along with Ed in case she might try anything, or give anymore proof that she might not really be who she says she is.

"Ok, that works for me, guess I'll see you all in a little bit then?" Pietro said with a shrug, before taking off. This is fun, dealing with potentially alternate versions of ourselves that probably want us dead or something, this will be fun right?

"Alright, find a piece of a crystal, get the hell out of here, don't die, got it. Though damaging the crystal anymore would be a bad idea too. Since that could make it more unstable and likely to unravel the universe as we know it. Anyway, whose going which direction? I don't care where we go as long as we get going already."

"We just pick a direction and sort of spread out a little bit to look. Since we can't just stand here around all day," Mary then said, before deciding to just pick a direction, and heading that way, hoping at least that her group would maybe decide to follow along. Klara shrugged a bit, before she followed along after her, clearly a little bit bored or something at the moment.

Lance was staying quiet for the most part, and Runa at most was able to potentially sense the crystal was in the area. Unfortunately, much like Strange, she was unable to pinpoint a better location, or potential direction to start off with, it was still just in the area. One thing she could tell though was that the energy it was giving off was shifting, fluctuating, so that might potentially explain why it was difficult to figure out where it was.

"...So which direction should we go in?" Lance ended up asking, looking at those who were in the second group.

To say that she was beyond weirded out a bit by Selene was an understatement. The woman freaked her out a little bit, but she wasn't going to admit it or really show it. Nope, not now, not ever. Though it was a bit difficult for her to keep her emotions from getting the better of her, that was definitely something she probably needed to work on. If she tried she knew that she could probably create a decent poker face and all to prevent that sort of thing from happening again, but still. This was weird.

Selene's question though, that was a bit concerning, since Zari very much would not like the idea of the world ending tonight. "Well if the world ended tonight there would be a bit of a paradox, since I wouldn't have been born, so I wouldn't have been able to be a part of this conversation, and other bits of random things wouldn't have happened. So if the world was ending I'd do whatever it took to prevent it, since then the weird paradox wouldn't have happened. And all of that weird nonsense." She didn't ever hide the fact that technically she wasn't born yet, so that was the best answer she had.

He had to think a bit about the right way to answer Casper's question. Since he was almost certain that there would likely be even more questions to spawn from the answer. How was the best way to explain to his brother (well, both of them since David was there too and he counted) that he had died, and his father and Selene did something to more or less bring him back That likely was going to go over well, though he might omit the part about his father being involved, since bringing him up never seemed to end well, he might just omit the who was involved entirely actually.

Selene's question though, did provide him a decent window of opportunity for him to let it slip. Especially since he didn't hide the fact from people for the most part that he was not weirded out or afraid of dying from whatever cause. Jack looked at Selene for a moment, before responding, "Personally I wouldn't care if it was the end of the world or not, I've already died once, got brought back by some weird magic or something, so who really cares about the one that might be the more permanent one all. I'd just live my life as I would any day, wouldn't matter to me." he ended up saying with a bit of a shrug in response.

"Yes well, can't do too much about everything now anyway. What has been done is done. Though can't help but what could have been had I not done the main thing that I did..." she started to say, though she was a bit hesitant to explain the major thing she had told Magneto at the end of their very one sided conversation. However, since it had been a secret for so long and finally had seen the light of day, she was thinking in general that maybe it should be talked about. Since that would make life easier.

"The main thing we spoke about was the whole alternate reality Wanda had created... At the end of the conversation though... I mentioned how he has a son he didn't know existed, was put up for adoption not long after he was born... Last I knew, he's a SHIELD agent now, though at one point he was in a different organization, and his powers are fire based..." she said softly to her, as they got their drinks. She took her own and took a sip of it instantly, unsure of what else to say or do aside from drink something strong.

"Good, otherwise if you did I'd drag you back and kill you myself," Sparky said to him with an eye roll. He better not think about dying or something like that on her again. Nope, that was not something that she really wanted to think about really at this point. That was something she was a bit overly worried about, but she was definitely not going to really admit that out loud right now. And especially not in front of everyone else.

She'd never really been to London before, so she wasn't even certain where they currently were in the city. Sparky only really knew a few of the landmarks in the city, but she just stuck with the others and sort of followed along after them. Glancing over, she listened to more or less what the plan was, before others instantly went into action, and she wasn't too sure how to go about this, since it was insanely crowded, and they'd have to deal with the crowd.

The whole thing with London and what they saw when they got there was interesting to say the least. He probably shouldn't have been too surprised by the differences and all with the reality differences, but it still was a bit strange for him really. Flynn looked around the area, it wasn't too hard to notice the crowds that were surrounding the area in general, there was a line of people, and apparently in that line was where Doom and Luminous decided to hang out.

The plan did not really seem like a plan considering where they currently were. That likely was going to end not the greatest if he had to guess. There was a large crowd of people, and lots of little kids, if they weren't careful a lot of people and kids were going to get hurt. They couldn't just go up to them and deal with them. Which apparently was the exact thing that for some reason people decided to do. "Wait there's too many people!" Flynn said instantly as Maria ended up using her powers on Doom. This was not going to end well.

She shrugged slightly with regards to what Layla asked about the whole bed thing. "I was out of the house more often then I was there. Not to mention my idea for a bed was a really ratty mattress pulled from a dumpster on the floor at one point, so yeah. I'm more used to the floor then anything since the mattress I had wasn't too much better than the actual floor. Not everyone had everything handed to them or something like that." that was the most she had for an explanation that she was going to give.

Rosalia didn't say anything else really, since there wasn't really a point in general for that. That was the most she had really said in general about what her life was like on a typical day. The idea of talking or doing more of really anything seemed a bit annoying really at this point more then anything. So she was perfectly fine with going to sleep and not doing anything else. That sounded like a great idea right now.

He was still a little weirded out by the crocodile following them around, but he didn't say much more about it. Everyone else didn't seem too worried about it, so why should he? It seemed to be friendly, at least at the moment, so they'd have to wait and see to figure out if the thing decided to try and kill them at some point or something. Since that would be fun to have to add to their list of problems, a killer crocodile, along with their pirate issues.

The idea of a decent sized group sort of being the scouting problem was not a good idea, since the more people, the more likely they'd get noticed. That was not something that should happen, and probably something a bit concerning, but oh well. Didn't seem too many people might be up to taking that sort of suggestion of splitting up even more then that. Jack followed along after the others, unsure of what else to do besides that at this point.

"As I said, I dahn't really care what's goin ahn wit Demetri," she responded to Kristin, as the group decided to start talking about money. As Nancy came back over to tell them that they needed to split the cost to pay for getting to Las Vegas from New York. That was going to be an issue, and she started running the numbers in her head. Especially because Demetri she heard was telling Zeke to hold onto his money. Especially with that, they were going to be pretty short of money. They had 150 with Kristin and what they were given, plus some more from Demi, but unless he had over a hundred and fifty dollars in his pocket, cash wise they were going to be short still.

She heard Cass starting to play music, probably more or less begging for money for the train. That wasn't going to work out too well, either that or take a while to catch up with it. "...Put de mahney away, I've gaht dis," she ended up saying, before mentally counting people, excluding Demetri since he was a cat currently. She made her way up to the ticket counter, pulling out her wallet and pulling out a card, setting it on the counter, "Five teckets to Las Vegas please."

Hearing a scream of sorts anywhere was not a good thing, not a good thing at all. The fact that they were on a fast moving train, which was an enclosed space, and there were a lot of innocent people on board. A large fight would just not be possible in such a small area, especially if it was against more cyclops. They could potentially derail the train or innocent people could get caught up in the crossfire, and that was not something that he would be comfortable risking.

He glanced over at Niah as she spoke up a bit about hiding the door and all. Plus Stella talking about tangling them up if they wanted to. Jason shook his head a bit, "We shouldn't fight, at least naht at first. Because a laht o' people'll get caught up in de fight and a laht o' people could get 'urt. If we're able to avoid one, we should do dat. Because a fight in such a small space could cause mahre prahblems den dey'd end up bein wahrth." He preferred to avoid a fight currently, but he was fine with being prepared to fight if it came to it.

"Well sounds like we need to spend some time getting you caught up on the modern wonders that is children's tv shows," she said with a bit of a laugh. The wall closed behind them when they stepped through onto the staircase. Which she was perfectly fine with considering the fact that it meant the monsters weren't immediately behind them. It wouldn't take too long for that to change and more monsters to come up behind them, but at least they seemed a bit safer for now.

The sound of water was a bit startling, and she followed along after the other two, eventually finding their way to a grotto of sorts with a waterfall. It was actually surprisingly nice and peaceful at the moment, so when Madelyne suggested maybe catching their breath, she nodded in agreement. "Yeah, maybe taking a moment to enjoy not being chased by monsters at the moment," she responded, before noticing the puppy that popped up by Andy, and Andy instantly being worried about Arthur because of it. She wondered what was going on there.

Thalia was glad that Ed seemed to have found a way to hide the bodies. Though there was still a little bit of blood on the ground, which would make things a bit obvious that something had happened, but it wasn't a whole lot so it wasn't super noticeable. They didn't have any particular direction that they could go really. Since now they were alone in the hallway again.

She slowly started following along after Jade, hearing the footsteps farther along too, but remained silent as they went along. There were doors lining the hallway on either side of them, meaning they had a few different options of where they could go from there. However now was the sound of someone messing with a doorknob nearby, indicating that someone was going to likely be in the same hallway too.

Mary had just gotten the full plant to grow, and was having the pollen start to fly out into the vents, when the footsteps ended up right outside the door. A moment later, the door burst open, showing three random goons standing in the doorway now. Guin would be able to switch with the first guy through the door, she'd be able to grab him before he could do anything. And luckily for her, it seems like the guy has super strength!

The other two didn't seem to notice anything potentially weird or whatever, and shoved their way into the room. One had telekinesis, and sent Cass flying backwards, straight into a wall. Only slightly injured, didn't do a whole lot of damage. Mary turned her head to see what was going on, she sent vines flying out of her pocket, which then resulted in the one that had thrown Cass to get knocked backwards too.

Carolina would be able to retain control of Avalanche for the time being. Lance shrugged slightly when she suggested the invisibility thing. "Whatever you say, makes sense though," he responded, before there was a slight light around him and Pietro, and they'd both disappear from Carolina's view. "Just keep walking along and we'll be right there behind you..."

They'd be able to make their way up to the floor that they were after. Passing by a few random goons, who didn't notice anything off at all when passing them by. It probably helped a bit that they only could see from their point of view, Avalanche. The group would pass by more then a few people. Hopefully things would be alright for them and their luck would hold up and no one would notice anything off.

Listening to what everyone decided on what likely was the best way to combat each of their powers was interesting to say the least. Mary was thinking a bit on the whole situation. Pietro they didn't exactly have extreme cold that they could use against the speedster unless you technically counted Klara, or well fake Klara? Using her control over water to create ice. That in theory could work. Lance and Bethany essentially could cancel each other's powers out. Illusions really just needed to have someone be able to focus enough and when doing that could result in them breaking free from it.

Ed's counterpart likely would be the harder one to deal with, since magic sometimes could be a bit unpredictable. And if his counterpart was fine with the idea of potentially seriously injuring or killing someone, that made it a bit harder to predict what he'd do. She was lucky with the fact that her counterpart was not around, and even though Runa spoke about how best to stop her, they likely weren't going to run into her counterpart either.

"Well, that's a start... We need to be careful and keep an eye on everyone and hopefully things don't go too out of whack... Which sadly kind of is our calling card at times." You know, a thought crossed her mind that maybe the team should actually do more splitting the team up into two smaller groups and practice fighting or something. Since then it would give them a better idea of the groups weaknesses and how best to adapt to situations where you might encounter someone with similar abilities.

"Chaos does tend to follow us around. So this will be a fun thing," Pietro responded with a shrug.

"The only counterparts we won't have to worry about it seems like are mine, Lance's and Runa's, and since we were all sharing power weaknesses and all anyway, mine tends to be that the main part of my powers, the chlorokinesis, tends to require plant life or something, which can easily be destroyed by fire, which is my worst nightmare to have to deal with at times honestly."

"Is my counterpart there then, since I mean, why would mine be here and not on Asgard?" Klara ended up asking. It was a fair question a bit, and one Mary didn't really want to answer. However she didn't need to, as Strange interrupted, having seemingly completed his spell.

"There has been rumors of an Asgardian girl running around with the Hellfire Club who supposedly is described as having a somewhat similar appearance to you. So it would not be too alarming to find out if it is your counterpart."

"Oh. Well if that's the case disarm her sword easily the main thing that makes her dangerous. Other things are easier to deal with then that. Sword makes her more dangerous, everything else just sort of is there really."

"I haven't been able to determine an exact location for the shard. However I was able to determine a 100 yard radius of an area that is easily giving off the power that is seeping from the crystal. Smaller area, and with enough people shouldn't be too difficult to search the area to find it. It likely is closer to it then the Hellfire Club or the Brotherhood were initially working with, so this will easily catch us up in how quickly we move."

"...Well let's get going then, might as well maybe get this over with..." Strange in response used his sling ring to open up a portal to what looked like another wooded area of sorts. "If anyone else needs something from the ship, get it now, other wise let's get this over with so we can maybe get home."

Flynn wasn't entirely sure what sort of information that the group had gotten for them or something like that. They needed to find Doom and Luminous no matter what, and so anything that the group could get with regards to where everyone was or where they were going. Things were just a bit weird in general, since they had just been sitting around, hoping that the Genosha people could help them out and find them.

He listened to the words that Sage spoke as they saw the image that she had, showing Doom and Luminous around London. Though the idea that they could be long gone by now made perfect sense on that sort of thing really. He glanced over as the group was talking about what to do, and how staying away from each other's counterparts or something was probably a good idea. He wasn't too sure about what sort of thing Oliver was thinking about with regards to a codeword or whatever, but he didn't respond about it.

Hearing the words in general about where Luminous and Doom were was a fun thing. They didn't exactly have a plan though, however with them going to London, the odds of running into counterparts was slim. It was a large city right? Which meant that they had a decent chance of avoiding the counterparts for the group who seemed to be based there. Made the most sense to her, but also knowing their luck somehow they'd run into at least one of them. If not all three, since that would be fun clearly.

Her attention was drawn away towards Raynor as he clearly seemed hellbent on her staying out of the way, again. As usual, this sort of thing of him trying to convince her to stay put tended to be a reoccurring theme or something at this rate. "Yeah, no, not just staying behind or whatever while you get to go off and catch the people who you weren't even wanting to go after in the first place. Besides someone has to ensure you don't end up getting yourself killed either," she responded to him, rolling her eyes a bit.
