So how high in the power level scale will this rp be? Will it go into the Naruto/bleach scale or something smaller?
Definitely interested in this.
Takeshi flinched up a little upon the reaction of the man, he hadn't expected that response, nor the lecture that came with it. It was not the first time he was lectured for his manners or for sneaking around in places he shouldn't be, thought it was the first time he was lectured for both at the same time. Thinking that an explanation may give a better second impression of him, Takeshi spoke:

“Sorry about my actions sir, but they were kinda justified you see, I came to the shrine looking for a ghost because of previous circumstances I couldn't be around in the public area of the shrine, and as for my greeting I do admit it was rude, but I was kinda surprised from seeing a real living giant skeleton” after giving his “explanation” Takeshi stood in silence as the people that were fighting the Gashadokuro came into the room.

Listening in silence as the priest explained what happened. For a self proclaimed supernatural expert Takeshi had never heard of the city of mirrors, given the supposed time elapsed since these events happened it was no surprise that people had forgotten. In an era before the digital archives important teachings and lessons had to be told from mouth to mouth, twisting the original source so much that it became unrecognizable or it was completely forgotten when someone stopped passing it to the next generation. Unfortunately this would bring serious consequences that he had gotten involved with.

Takeshi couldn't just leave and live with the knowledge that his home was in mortal danger, much less knowing that the skeleton hands detected that potential in him that he could use to protect the city even if he was just a normal human. It was clear that he had to help in whatever way he could, but he had questions he would like to receive an answer. After waiting for the group that had arrived to ask their questions first.

“All right, as the white haired man said with the stakes this high there is no way I can ignore this and continue my merry life, that being said I still have four questions on my mind: How much time is “too long” to spend in the city of mirrors? Are all the creatures coming from there immediately hostile to us, or can they bargained with? While these guys were fighting the Gashadokuro I was recording their fight with this cellphone, perhaps we could show this to the police, if there is a small chance of them believing us? Lastly I want to ask about the possibility of exploring the city of mirrors, mapping important locations and knowing how the creatures on the other side live can be helpful in our mission”

"Don't worry captain, even if it was just a brief look there were no signs of someone" Elliot said to Abigail, facing the man who was looking for deadeye next "I know about the mysterious sharpshooter you have been looking for sailor, unfortunately I only have heard rumors and have not met Deadeye in person, thought it seems this island has attracted pretty interesting people - looking at Abigail and Hozan for a moment - so you might be able to find Deadeye here"

Climbing up to where Hunter and Anna position Elliot initially mistook Hunter for a demon, he momentarily lost his composure and began to shake. Upon realizing his mistake he swept the sweat from his brow and straightened up "You really live up to your reputation Hunter, hope that most of the blood isn't yours" now that they were all there, Elliot stretched his hands and took his surgical knife and some bandages from his pocket "Before we began to move, do any of you need some patching up? The difference of closing a small cut before it gets worse is as big as life and death"

The mayor had finally come, and while he didn't approve of Richard's method to bond with teammates, he seemed like a person trying his best to help his citizens. Looking over at the name list he found that he was assigned the name “Kickhopper” which seemed relatively fitting once he thought about it, on his armored jump he could jump really high, which meant he could kick really hard. Looking around at the people who were already leaving, Richard decided that it was time to go too, grabbing his steel bat and jumping from the window. Using his enhanced jumping height Richard leaped from building to building until he arrived at the park. “I should have called an Uber or something” Richard said tired from all the jumping. Finally catching up with his peers Richard analyzed the situation, the villain was getting both emotional and physical damage from his teammates, so it was best that he didn't interrupt them.

This left taking on the remaining harpies as his only task available, but before he could begin his task he heard a growling sound. That sound belonging to the BBQ monster-thing that had appeared. Something so beautiful as a BBQ monster shouldn't be used for evil, he thought to himself as his stomach growled from the smell. Snapping back to reality he briefly considered to leap onto it and beat it with his bat, but the heat would probably melt him and his bat before he could do significant damage. A plan would be needed to fight that monstrosity, so he spoke to the heroes already present “Okay we need to cool down this BBQ thing if we even think of getting near it, do we have some sort of Iceman? or shall we call the firefighters to hose down that thing like shamu splashes the first rows at SeaWorld and cool it down enough to teach it some JUSTICE through force” Adding in his mind “And eat it afterwards"

“I won't do those sorts of things if you are able to do your job well, but I'm sure we won't reach a point where I have to intervene right?” Cesar responded in a sarcastic tone adding a smirk to it. Being underestimated was one of the many things that made his veins pop out. Despite his reputation he was capable of acting calm where the situation called for it, well it took a lot of effort and it mostly ended with him lashing out but the point was that he could act as a calm and patient person for a limited amount of time.

As they continued their way Cesar couldn't put to rest what Sera had said and as childish and petty as it seemed he wanted to rant about it and so he began to speak “I'm here to ensure the mission success if things get violent since I doubt you have the resolve to kill without flinching and your ability would probably be drowned out by the sounds of bullets firing in a room which would leave you as a pretty, but normal person, one full of holes I like to add."

Taking his baoding balls to call himself he continued his rant “And you are here because the situation calls for diplomacy, and me being entrusted in this mission alone would most likely end in a bloodbath that would not benefit Mr. Corvi; so let's put our differences and weak points aside and focus on pleasing Mr. Corvi.”

Cesar felt a little remorse in the back of his mind, it was the thousandth time he had vented his anger on someone. But it was still not enough remorse for him to apologise, instead he wished in the back of his mind that Sera was able to understand the main point of his rant.
This whole experience felt straight like a videogame, Takeshi thought to himself as he continued to record the events on his phone. The giant skeleton who was attacking the strange group of people had stopped his movements when the bell started resonating through the shrine. Takeshi was contemplating on making a run for it now, before the skeleton began to start moving again or he developed tinnitus from the bell. His chance to get out would come when a strange portal opened up. Was he really in another world? While it could explain some of the strange stuff happening, like the red sky of the floating hands, it seemed strange that he was dragged there. Takeshi really ought to talk to someone who could explain what was happening, like the man on the other side of the portal.

He stopped recording and was a little disappointed he couldn't record when the giant skeleton was defeated, but his safety and the possibility of someone answering what the hell was going on outweighed that. Putting his phone on his pocket he carefully waited for a chance to run towards the portal, as soon as the man who was using his spine as a whip said it was time to run out of there, and that he was covering them. While clearly not meant for him, it didn't mean that he couldn't use this to sprint toward the portal, giving a small thank you to the man as he passed near him. Crossing the portal he was face to face with the man Takeshi blurted out the first thing his mind though “Who the hell are you!?”
@PM@jynmi88 Indeed I missed the introduction, maybe we can handwave it as if he checked for people sloppily since he wanted to get back as soon as possible and didn't notice them?

"As long as it helps you to use your ability better I don't mind, but let's make haste since there is no time to waste, and I don't know about you but I would like to end this a soon as possible” Cesar preferred to have to deal with gamblers every day than participate in a gang war, at least he sometimes had fun with the latter.

He clenched his fists and took a deep breath, Cesar had to remain calm and collected when they met the owners of the shop. They might get nervous or aggressive if they notice hostility and that's the last thing they needed. Cesar began thinking of possible threats and ways to defend from them, but before he could tell his partner about then he wanted to clear a few things about the nature of her powers.

He had heard very few things about it, only knowing that it was some sort of hypnosis and that didn't clear a few questions like its effectiveness or how many people it can affect at once. “May you tell me a the nature of your power as we walk Sera? Knowing what we can and can't do will help us if things go south, to start first mine can be summed up as that the more time I am pissed off the more strong and fast I become”

Richard gave a thumbs up at Neo; it seemed that someone had noticed his efforts to help people solve their issues "Just doing my best" he innocently told him. It seemed he wanted to be thrown into the air too; for what reason, someone would want to be thrown into the air? It's not that there had to be a reason for it, as it was kinda fun throwing things, but it was a little strange just like this meeting. “Sure just remember that being thrown into the air is not a solution to all your problems” he grabbed Neo by the collar of his jacket and was ready to send him flying, in the same direction he threw Maxwell. Before he threw Neo, Richard realized that one of them looked kind of pissed, thing he deducted from the spikes coming of the ground and by Richard common sense told him throwing someone to an angry person was a bad idea, even worse when they can create tendrils. “Let's their opinion first, before you or I end up impaled” Still carrying Neo he shouted to the three men “READY FOR A SECOND ROUND GUYS OR DO I THROW HIM ELSEWHERE?”
