Personality:
Born and bred for winning, Victor strives to be the best of the best, looking only to bring honour to his family and to make his father’s memory proud. He is heavily disciplined, treating superiors and peers alike with formality and respect. Victor will obey any order given to him without question or complaint.

He is well liked, though has few friends. This is due to his intense devotion to self improvement. Anyone that managed to get close to him would find him to be just as polite and respectful as he appears. Deep down, Victor sometimes struggles with balancing what is expected of him and what he personally wants. More often than not however, Victor will bury his own desires in favor of his family.

History:
Victor has felt pressure his entire life, being the son of legendary Song Knight Walder Strom. It was always expected of him to be the best of the best. His studies began at age two, while his violin and fencing lessons started at three.

Victor is by and large considered the top student and fighter in his grade, and has the power and brains to rival nearly all of the fourth years. He is entirely unused to losing, having only been defeated in previous battle royales. In the past years victory had always been narrowly ripped from his grasp, but this time he is intent on winning it all.

Instrument and Weapons:
The violin and rapier are Victor’s tools of choice, and many consider him to be a master with both.

Magic:
Purifying Melody: Playing soothing, calm songs allows Victor to use his magic to mend broken bones, close wounds, cure sickness, and generally restore someone’s health. As the music gets more intense and vehement, Victor may generate and control winds so strong, they are capable of tearing skin from flesh, and flesh from bone.

Other:
He is bisexual, though he would not dare tell a soul.

Personality:
Cloud is a compassionate sort of spirit that delights in using it’s powers to heal the sick and injured. It could not imagine possibly hurting a human being. However, this courtesy does not extend to those that it deems does not act for a noble cause. To Cloud, murderers, rapists, and other low lives are sub-human, and therefore fair game to be ripped to shreds. Hence the title “Spirit of Cleansing”, cleansing the good of their ailments and the bad of their sins.

Powers:
Cloud can levitate objects of impressive size, and launch them at it’s chosen target at incredibly high velocities. It can exude a flash so bright that those staring directly at it risk permanent blindness. It's healing powers are impressive, and it is limited only by the inabilities to either replace a limb or organ. Cloud can also use it's magic to create weapons and structures made of pure light.

EDIT: I have changed Cloud's appearance, as the original draft had it as a fire and light elemental. I also updated his powers to include his healing abilities.
