Weapons: Nickel 1970s Colt python with a 6 inch barrel and Walnut grip, collapsible baton, emergency tranquilizer injector

Abilities:

High endurance; can operate under stress longer than average, but not invincible — fatigue hits him hard once it catches up

Physically tough, but carries lingering injuries (slight limp in left leg from past breach)

Skilled marksman with consistent requalification scores, but performs best under structured conditions — less reliable in chaos

Well-trained in close-quarters combat, though he's slower than the younger guards and prone to overcommit if cornered

Field-tested in breach protocol, but not leadership material — keeps calm, but not a natural tactician

Personality:

Grounded, dry-witted, and not particularly optimistic. Has a “just get through the day” mindset. Prefers doing the work over talking about it. Cynical about the Foundation’s bureaucracy, but still loyal to the people around him

Light brown hair. ice blue eyes. few scars on face, and a stubble. 5’11. Lean-ish physique. Caucasian.

Backstory:

Sebastian Bridger ended up with the Foundation the same way a lot of people do, through a classified door that didn’t fully explain what was behind it. He came in with a clean but unimpressive military record and a string of quiet contracting jobs. The Foundation needed boots. He needed a paycheck. That was the transaction.

He did his time at Site-871, got transferred to Site-872 after the breach.

Bridger never asked questions — maybe that’s why they kept him. He wasn’t the best, but he was reliable, quiet, and didn’t cause problems.

His service record isn’t spotless. He froze once during a breach in his second year. A D-Class got torn apart before he re-engaged. He wrote it up himself, even asked for a reassignment. They kept him on. Said his reaction was “within human parameters.” He still thinks about that breach sometimes.

Over the years, Bridger picked up a few scars and more than a few sleepless nights. He’s not high-ranking. Not part of MTF, He’s just there early, ready, and tired. He doesn’t get recognition, and he doesn’t expect it. If anything, he prefers being invisible. Less likely someone puts him on a poster right before they send him somewhere fatal.

He’s gotten good at seeing things before they go bad. Not psychic, just experienced. When the hallway goes too quiet or the lights hum wrong, he notices. He tells people to move, and they usually do. Maybe it’s respect, maybe it's because he looks like a guy who’s already survived the worst. Truth is, he's made it this far by being just smart enough and just careful enough.

These days, Bridger mostly just wants to get through his shift without seeing something alive that shouldn’t be. Or worse — something aware. He’s not fearless. He’s not unshakable. But he keeps showing up anyway.

Appearance: Annelise stands at an unimpressive height of 5’5 with light brown hair and green eyes. Her skin is somewhat pale, and her body is slightly broken down from the added responsibilities of having to help rebuild the city, or at least attempt to, due to the significant loss of life caused by the war. She doesn’t walk with a limp per se, but if she’s on her feet for the majority of the day, by evening time Annelise will often be seen using a crutch. Random bruises and scratches throughout her body is a normal occurrence.

Backstory:
Born into a middle class family as the first and only child, Annelise Meier didn't face any of the challenges that the poor usually dealt with. She had a relatively uneventful upbringing and would often spend time with Karl, one of the Müller boys from next door.

Throughout her many years as a student, Annelise became interested in teaching. She was smart, and she would offer to tutor other students who weren't doing quite too well. Later in her teen years, Annelise would eventually be given the chance to teach orphaned children. She did well and in little time was offered her own classroom in a secondary school.

Annelise would eventually go on to marry Karl. The wedding took place a few months after her parents were killed in a random act of violence. She was devastated, but she had to move on for the sake of her own family. However, that hope didn't last long. Karl was dragged away to war, and she never had the chance to see him again except through old photographs and the slight resemblance from his brother.
