"Mm?" Trinity looked down at her stomach as she felt her cat guildmate climb onto her stomach. She smiled softly and pet him as he snuggled in, kneading softly. At least it was a place where the cloth was thicker, and he wasn't pricking her skin. Of course, he'd be too mindful of her to do that anyway, right? Probably. She rubbed the back of his neck, pondering her solution. She needed to catch sound... She felt Karn vibrating under her hand as he purred, and it reminded her of a time she went a concert with her mother, back in Minstrel. At one point, she could feel the music shake her bones.

She could remember what it felt like, too. It was like a wall was hitting her, pushing through her and beyond. So, she was catching a wall?

"Hmm..." She drew a little circle in Karn's back before holding her arms out over her. "Energy Make." The usual golden orb formed between her hands before she tugged and pulled it into a thin sheet. She turned it flat and touched her finger lightly to the side, pulling a string out to the side. It holds level, before it starts to shake and wiggle, waves coming out from the flat pane.

"Hey, I think I'm on to something..."

Trinity had retreated to her room with Karn, petting him and studying him as she pondered a solution. She set the orange tabby on the bed and pet him sweetly before she drew the blinds and took a breath. She set a small pile of fire arrows on the bed for him to chew on before she sat next to him, rubbing her chin as she pondered to herself. "To capture sound..." She lay back on the bed with her arms behind her head, thinking. "Hmmm."

It had been a relief that her name hadn't been called for the fights yet. Meant she had a bit of time to think of something.

Blarg, I think I'm just gonna retroactively throw Trinity in the cab with the others, back to the Hotel.

Trinity nodded to Sasha and went ahead to get a cab or something for Lazarus, but she had quite a time finding one. Sasha had come out before she could secure one and she managed. The minstrel paid for it, at least, and climbed in with the others. She pet Karn softly all the while, rubbing the back of his neck. She should get him away from crowds. If someone came at him again, it would be easier to find them in a place with fewer people. She also had to think of some way to defend against a possibly mundane sound attack. They couldn't have Karn go berserk again without a way to help him.

"Hmm... earmuffs?" She tenderly rubbed the tip of his ear, trying to imagine it. "Nah..."

In other news, certain keys on my keyboard don't work. Like A. A, Q, ` and 1. The onscreen keyboard helps, I guess, but it's annoying.

And the sometimes it works fine?

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop. I should be able to get it in soon.
