Orthodox Easter has arrived, which means my time for replying to stuff is going to be close to nonexistent. I apologize.

It's been a stressful past few weeks for me, so I apologize for how that may affect the quality of my posts and my general grumpiness.

I feel extremely tired and stressed right now, so responses might not be of the highest quality, I apologize.

Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?
Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:
I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.
As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.
Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> "Thanks for the advice, Garas. At least we can stop walking," said Colmaz, hoisting himself into a wagon and smiling at the traders. He motioned for the gnoll and the priestess to follow him.
"So, what's our plan once we get to the city? I'm thinking we spend a while getting information about Sssvalian. We can check around the inns and pubs. Maybe he has a weakness we can exploit. Anyway, a city like Towar is bound to have an alchemist's lab somewhere that I can use. I've got a few poisons and potions in mind for our fight. What do you think we should do?"
"Well, Sssalivan is immensely powerful if he managed to defeat the Avatars of Death and Evil by himself, after all, he is one of the four Elder Dragons. Anyway, we should see if we can solve it peacefully, if not, I'm sure the garrison of Towar is willing to let us borrow some soldiers and wyverns to take Sssalivan down." Garas explains. "About the alchemists... the people of Towar are quite adverse to alchemy and magic, saying they're the work of evil, so I'm not sure about your potion problem."
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> The priestess didn't seem to be a very passionate person, from what Colmaz could tell. Actually, she didn't seem to have any emotion at all. Still, her advice was sound, and he decided to follow it.
"Lord Morias seems to be a very generous sort of man," said Colmaz wryly. "Mind if we get a ride to Towar with your caravan?"
"Well, it's the least we could do for saving us!" The man said. "Just get into one of the wagons and we'll be off!" He said with the same weary smile.
For a moment the priestess stared at Colmaz as if she could read his thoughts, but she soon stares towards the sky with a empty look.
The gnoll just puts his hand on Colmaz' shoulder and says:
"Don't beat yourself over her, only Lord Morias knows what's up with her." He says. "Though she does have rare moments when she shows emotions."
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> "Oh, whatever coin you could spare would do just fine! Barring that, might we be able to hitch a ride with your caravan, depending on where you're headed? Protection from bandits might not be so bad for your business. We're awfully tired of walking."
Colmaz felt kind of bad, shaking them down like this, but he was in a hurry to find one of the Weapons before someone else got their hands on it. He doubted that he could get it from a real mercenary. Time was of the essence.
"Well, sorry to say that we only have 300 gold coins to spare, as for where were headed, we're going towards the city of Towar close to the Dragonstone mountains, where Sssalivan the Terror resides. The road to the town has gotten dangerous thanks to the war and the fact that the occasional platoon from the non-human armies manages to sneak through the front and wreak havoc around the city!" He answered. "Though we should be close now, and the road towards the city should be somewhat safe from here as lord Morias deposited about 3000 soldiers and 500 mercenaries, hired with his own money to garrison the city and patrol around for any enemies."
"We should head there first, those 3500 soldiers will help us pry the universal weapon Soulstealer from Sssalivan's hands." The priestess said with no traces of emotion in her voice.
Still one to be at least a little wary, Iosef walks on ahead at a brisk pace.
As soon as he approached the entrance, the decorations on the wall shone briefly and then disappeared. In front of him appeared a human dressed in a jester's outfit.
The jester studied the three and said:
"And so you've finally arrived!" The jester said grinning. "Hobgoblin, why do you want Earthrent? And be truthful, or I'll pop your head like a tomato!" He said then proceeded to start laughing maniacally.
With a hand on his broadsword, he runs and jumps through the portal.
And he finds himself surrounded by desert on almost all sides except in front of him where a small sandstone building stood painted with all sorts of exotic decorations.
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> Normally, Colmaz wouldn't have even considered fighting all of these bandits, but today was a long way from normal. Now, he had power and allies to help him. After a quick internal debate, the alchemist decided to help out the caravan. Besides, caravans worthy of being robbed doubtlessly had riches. Maybe the traders would be thankful enough to share.
"In the mood for a little practice?" whispered Colmaz, grinning to his two accomplices. "Maria, please keep the kobolds distracted with some magic. If you can take out some, that's a plus. Garas, you know what to do. Focus on the hobgoblins, please."
Colmaz also decided that a good ally wouldn't let his comrades do all the work, so he took out his crossbow and applied an (un)healthy dose of poison. "Alright, let's go!"
The gnoll just grinned and charged right in the midst of the hobgoblins, taking them by surprise. The kobold geomancers attempted to lift stones and chuck them at the gnoll, but before they could, two of the five kobolds were impaled by ice spears, forcing the others on the defense.
Mixed with Colmaz' crossbow fire, the hobgoblins sounded the retreat leaving the kobolds alone. Realizing that their allies left them, the kobolds also beat a hasty retreat.
Moments later, a wounded man wearing leather armor and armed with a longsword comes towards the group, a weary smile on his face.
"My good friends, me and any people left alive in this caravan owe you our lives! This is the fourth ambush these buggers made, the roads aren't safe to travel anymore if you're a human.
The man shakes his head. "But nevermind that, how can we reward you?"
@Claw2k11 Connor responds to the voice in his mind, "Well, I'll come back for them after I've got the sword, then I'll go get them."
(Ok then...)
However, try to avoid the man as he might, Goran notices him and asks:
"Oy, boy, you looking for a good arm to help ya in your travels?" He asks. "For a decent amount of gold, me and my fellows here will make anyone opposing you dissapear!" The man says with a wide grin on his face.
Gorun watched the others depart. After all, a dwarf would never leave the ground. He untied his cart and continued towards the swamp without companions.
As he walks he encounters the occasional wandering spirit, though they only glance at Gorun before floating past him. However, soon he started to encounter the occasional skeleton, though none of them attacked him, they just stared at him.
And he soon found out why, right in his path he encountered a man in black armor and black longsword. He emanated the smell of death, Gorun could realize that this was a Death Knight, the second strongest undead after the lich:
"Don't be alarmed, I am not hostile, my master wants to transmit you something... if you're willing to listen."
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11>
Damoni took the rest of his money back and waited patiently for the man to return.
Meanwhile, his men return with several packs filled with food, water reserves and anything else they might need. Then the stable master and around fifty more people arrive, each with a wyvern.
The one brought in front of Damoni was larger than the other ones. It was red and shone brightly and it studied Damoni as if it had noticed something interesting about him.
"Just let sniff you so that it imprints on you, that way, it will recognize you as it's master."
"Ok then, get ready!" She said as she started to mumble something before a purple portal opens. "Hobs first!" She said smiling widely.
@Claw2k11 "Shite..." With that, Connor runs away, heading in the direction of the temple that contained Earthrent. Then, he could take the blade and kill the bandits to take the bounty.
(Then the voice from the sky reminded him that he had just left his crew behind in a tavern...)
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11>
"Who said I trusted him?" She replies back simply, as though the statement alone spoke more than she gave off. The way she said it, the way things were worded, it was as though she were implying something, though whatever that may be would be up to the elf to interpret.
The other ones on the dragon simply grinned, before the gnoll grinned and said:
"Move it already, dragon, we are already behind schedule!"
"Well, then, Garas and Maria, let's be off! I have faith in you already," said Colmaz, grinning. He turned to the noble. "Thank you for all of the help, Morias. I'll make sure to return your friends to you in one piece."
After saying goodbye, Colmaz decided it'd be best to get back on the road.
After a few minutes of walking they encounter a small caravan in the process of being robbed by a group of hobgoblins and several kobold geomancers, they hadn't noticed him yet as they were too busy robbing the people.
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> "Well, then I thank you. As for my companions, well, I suppose I can just ask them if I want to know something." For the first time in many weeks, Colmaz felt like he actually had a shot at beating out his competitors for the Universal Weapons. "Shall we introduce ourselves here, though?"
"I'm Colmaz Eolian, but Colmaz works fine. I'm a very good alchemist, so I can offer support to you and some scattered healing! I'm hoping to find Anna, mainly, but really any of the blades would work for my purposes." He did an eaggerated bowing motion. "And you are?"
"I am, Maria, former priestess of Agaro the sea god, I am strong with water and ice magic as well as some minor healing magic, if need be, I can summon water or ice elementals to aid us." the woman said, not looking up.
"I am, Garas, warrior under the service of lord Morias, let me worry about all our melee enemies, I'll crush them under my boot!" the gnoll said grinning.
Charles sat with his admiral, looking over the land that they were being attacked on. They had a navy to comabt them of course but was that really the best way forwards. The problem with sending an amarda out to sea is that they arent the only ones with a navy. In time they will be attacked again, with a force that is larger by all comparisons. No, we must think rationaly, we will split out fleet in two, one half going to push the invadors out our waters and the other half to provide support and a line of defense. Charles decides to take a stand point, not planning on attacking anyone else unless provoced
"My king. with all due respect, the Shalorni king is a warmonger and if it's war they want, then war then I propose we give them that!" a noble says says. "We'll teach them that Wolastra is no longer part of that stupid empire!" he shouts, most of the crowd cheers his proposal.
"Shut up, you fool!" a elder advisor says. "We need to be cautious my lord, but we must also see why the Shalorni have trespassed our territory!"
Felrëich Helier sat with his general, strategizing on way to assault the Mtol Darask and expand their lands. He already knew they relied on numbers more than the Anqallyt ever did, yet knowing full well that trying to tackle them would be hard alone. The diplomat, Kiniun Hos, to the Shan Tzien to see if they wished to gain more land, knowing full well how the reputation between those two are. An army of 14,000 men; 5,000 spearmen, 3,000 swordsmen, 2,000 Calvary, 3,000 archers, and 1,000 Sun Knights, was sent to the border, planning for an attack that was without warning. Scouts were obviously sent into the territory first to be sure there was no army waiting for them.
"My lord, we can assault them now!" a noble says. "Our informers in Mtol Darask inform me that our enemy is preparing to attack Sha'an Tzien, not only will we have Sha'an Tzien on our side, we will also take the Daraski by surprise!"
