Hey, there. Myst here, as you've probably guessed. Can't exactly write in other people's bios, can you? But, you're probably reading this for a reason, so I'll get to it.

I prefer high-Casual and Advanced games, in a medieval, fantasy or sci-fi setting, because that's the sort of nerd I am.

I'm a thinker - I've thought a lot on certain things, and am firm in my beliefs. So you could ask me what I thought about a good few things and I could give a well-reasoned answer. Or a less reasoned answer based on my morals.

TheCharactersOfMyst - This is my storage for past and present characters, and where I might occasionally go for nostalgia and/or recycling a character I've used before.

@Tangletail Hey, I don't control where pinterest takes me. Kobolds aren't normally what I find, and even then it's very hard to find good ones.
@The Harbinger of Ferocity The main issue is that we've lost a healer and a tank-and-a-half (Magdar being a half-tank.) We do have Rhaeyla, who could in time become a tank, and she has a once-per-day heal ability, but these are inadequate in the long run.

Mists on the Mountain, as a War Cleric, can serve in both these capacities - but it is usually inadvisable to have your tank and healer be the same. This is true even if you switched to say, Paladin. I'd think of what role you'd like to serve (tank, striker, support, healer) and adjust based on that.

I might consider reopening applications to those who are interested and ask for them to fill one of the two roles.
Oh look, it's Vaal

@Opposition Apologies, but I'm going to have to withdraw my interest. Despite my best efforts, inspiration has eluded me for my character. I do, however, wish you the best of luck; this is a concept that I enjoy, even if I cannot participate. I might follow along for a bit, but it'll most likely just be lurking.
@Eleven@Vertigo@Tangletail So. I think it's time to assume that we've lost DTHar and Drake. This being said, I do have ways to deal with this, without just phasing their characters out of existence. In this instance, Surina will be taking up the rear, so she's already set off running, and Magdar will climb onto the second horse - so Caw and Rhaeyla could both get on Seb's horse, or one of them could wait.

In this same vein, @The Harbinger of Ferocity, you still about? If you are, I'd like to talk to you about bringing you in.
@Tangletail You can assume at this moment that everyone can ride the horse well enough. It's a riding horse - it has been trained for stuff like this.
So... who's still around?
>_>
<_<

Fancy seeing you here, @Opposition. First of all, my idea is... somewhat similar to Oren, I guess... so if you're opposed to that I might just struggle. However, you have me thoroughly intrigued, so I'd probably take a shot anyway.

My idea is very, very barebones rn, given that I've only just discovered this, but it's basically centred around a young guy who has been shunted around his whole life, and the role he fills is the Cat Burglar. Sound good?
@Eleven Proficiency in Animal Handling adds your proficiency bonus when making a roll, in simple terms. At level 1, that's +2. It increases as your character level increases (not your class level).

Animal Handling is a wisdom skill, so you would roll 1d20 + your wisdom modifier +2.
So what do you guys want to do? What's your plan?
