I'm sure there's a lot of stuff I could put here but I'm blanking.

I figured I could throw anything from Stella in because she's a grumpy gal and wouldn't really outwardly act to affect anyone's posts (I hope, at least)

I've never really done anything with post orders, so I'm not sure if it'd be good or bad. I defer that to anyone else who has a preference.
'Whoa. Yikes.' Stella tried not to give a visible reaction to the liquor. She mentally turned her sense of smell down... Way down. She was still getting used to her situation, but she did admit that the ability to regulate certain functions so easily was handy. A perk of your entire body being destroyed. A flash of anger crossed her face as she thought that.

There wasn't any use in thinking about it. Stella let out a small huff as she readjusted her posture to watch her... teammates? It was strange to think of them as such, but there was no better way to look at it. She didn't want to get jolly with them, but she figured learning a little bit would be useful if they were to ever have to fight together.

She briefly regarded the drinking one. 'Orky. Looks like a strong fighter.' She took a few mental notes.

'...Shows no concern about sharing alcohol, or perhaps some kind of poisonous substance with potentially underage parties.'
Stella wanted to turn invisible. The urge to do so peaked with every sideways glance that passers-by gave her. She averted her eyes and looked down, slightly ahead of her feet. But now she was looking at her legs... their metal joints peaking out as they turned. She briefly considered looking straight up, but quickly tossed out the thought.

Of course, the looks didn't stop even when the group of ex-soldiers met with the ship crew. Stella couldn't help but wear a slight scowl on her face as she noticed each one passed over her with their eyes. It would be so easily to fade from sight and curl up into a ball for a little bit, but she needed to be present. Or at least, that's what John said. Then the captain moved on to talk of dinner.

"Oh boy. Dinner." Stella muttered to herself. Though the basics were almost perfect, she was still tweaking the less "essential" senses. She also couldn't get over a sinking feeling of futility whenever she ate, but perhaps making food taste better would help that. Either way, she sat down at the end of the table and half-listened to the conversations of the others.

She shot a glance towards the big guy... He said his name was Kelan. "It's Stella-" She paused briefly as she looked over him more closely, noticing his cybernetics and most obviously his arm. "-My name is Stella." She turned her head after giving her introduction, hoping to cut off any potential further questions.

Officially throwing my gal in.

Liselotte

Lise had woken up early for the tournament. She had gone through many of her different clothing options for the tournament, but she eventually settled on the simple school uniform. "I can't afford to demoralize any of my teammates with my regal brilliance... I better pick something mundane." She nodded as her shadows dressed her.

Lise did a twirl. Her outfit was as close to pristine as something made to be worn by peons could be. She considered doing her hair differently, perhaps ringlets? But that would be too much of a stylistic change. No doubt the dimmer Laurels students may mistake her for someone else and attack her.

With a quick call, Lise had ordered her transportation to the event. She had wanted a carriage, but as the number that her parents said to call said, "We don't have horses, ma'am." Lise figured the disrespectful man would be out of a job even without her saying anything to her parents. Nobody would last that long if they treated her like that.

Sporting an ornate parasol, Lise arrived to the grounds of the tournament. Stepping elegantly from the stretch limo, her shadows opened and closed the doors for her as she strutted towards the Laurels area. She had arrived early enough, but there were others already there. Most likely overachievers who wanted to appear more able than they were. Lise waited patiently for something interesting to happen.

After waiting for what seemed to be a while, Andreim had taken the stage and given an inspiring speech. Lise couldn't help but smile, thinking of how all of these other students would have to fight and struggle so hard for greatness. Stepping forward, she daintily put her hand on top of Andreim's for the group cheer. "Victoire!" She said, giving a smile.

Andras

Black and white swirls into a gray at the middle of the world... But in the middle, a silhouette, and a flash of something... Sharp?

"Ah... My head hurts..." Andras was awoken by the sunlight creeping across her face, into her uncovered eye. "To a demon, this unfiltered light is truly..." She grasped within her vocabulary for a word.

Andras struggled for a few moments. '...Forget it. My brain is still asleep, I can't think of any fancy words...'

Feeling herself almost slip back into sleep, Andras yawned and stretched on the messy bed. Pillows were lumped all around her, and the layers of covers separated and folded from her tossing in her sleep. "I wonder what everyone's doing today..."

The word echoed in her head. Today... Today... Today...

Andras nearly bit her tongue as the realization dawned on her. "WHAT TIME IS IT?!" She grabbed her phone, but in her haste it slipped from her hands and landed across the room. Stumbling from the bed, Andras nearly dived for it and read the display with trembling hands.

"I'm gonna be late?! Crap crap crap!" Andras quickly grabbed her clothes. Quickly pulling her hoodie on, she grabbed her pair of shorts and quickly pulled them on as she left the guest room.

Speeding past the Blackgate house's kitchen, she grabbed a slice of toast that was seemingly abandoned at the table. Holding it in her mouth, she threw open the door and sped off. "Imh hmphinmg!" She mumbled through the toast as she left the house.

'This isn't good. It looks like I'll have to use... that.' Holding up her hand, she summoned her cards. The pinpoints of light were a signal to her angel familiar, but also so she could draw today's card.

"Gmph mph dnp mhph... Hem my cmhph! Amheckmshdrma!" The toast may have messed with the incantation, but Andras knew personally that as long as she could say something and move her arms, she could access the Root's daily draw.

With a feeling of a bright light being shone into her eyes, the card came forth. She almost had to stop running to make sure she didn't fall, but she managed to keep going. 'The Root sure has been bright recently...' she thought as she stumbled a little.

She didn't have to run that much farther. Her summoned angel arrived with the sound of beating wings, and Andras stopped, finally taking the bread from her mouth, panting. "Response time... Is getting better... But still could be faster..."

Andras had discussed the possibility of lended flight with the angel beforehand. She wasn't happy about it... But this was a dire situation. The angel held onto Andras tightly and lifted off. The flight was a little awkward, and it was clear that the angel's normal grace in the air was hampered severely. But it still beat walking.

The angel descended upon the grounds for the tournament. It had been a rather uncomfortable ride, but Andras figured showing up via angel would at least give her style points. "Set me down near the entrance!" Andras commanded. The sound of angel wings beating turned at least a few heads as Andras was let down, dropping to the ground to a crouching position before slowly rising to a standing position. Andras let out a low laugh as the angel flew away above her. "Mufufu. Beware, mortals... The Demon Lady of Despair has descended."
Andras

Andras listened to the dump of information. She stayed quiet, absorbing it all. She remained quiet through Vera's disapproval of the plan... Which made Andras's heart sink. She was at odds between her friends. She wasn't as sure in this grand plan as she was earlier. Andras admitted to herself long ago that she was easily swept up by others with stronger forces of personality than her, but this was growing in scope considerably. Her power had made her a large target, even though nobody fully understood it. She vividly remembered being hounded by kidnapping dolls and putting Vera in danger...

Andras tightened her hands into fists in her lap. 'But I'm still fine, despite everything. It's been a headache, but William has a sense of justice that others can't match. I've got to try to help, at least...'

Andras spoke up at last. "I won't give up yet. Exploring the Root for the solution to these tragedies may be their only chance." She gave a nod to William.

She still had her doubts, but she had to try. 'That's even if the Root has the means to do so... Which nobody has been able to tell so far.' She tried to silence the voices of doubt in her head, even despite them growing louder since the newest change of plans.

"Hm...?" Lise awoke within the warm embrace of her bedsheets. She languidly turned. Something was off... she fell asleep in a strange position. She was laying across the width of her bed, rather than along the height of it. It explained why her feet were almost falling off the end. "What had gone on..." She rubbed her eye with her hand lazily, brushing her unkempt blonde hair behind her.

'Ah. I was doing work for the school. A lot of things happened...' Lise could feel the residual feeling of embarrassment at her performance during the job. 'I need to work harder.'

Her room was dark and unadorned, save for her very large bed. She wasn't sure what amenities she was to have moved into her room, and it had stayed rather barren even after a few months. She was unfamiliar with what commoners adorned their rooms with... Yet another thing she needed to continue studying. The cool air of the room made Lise bunch the covers around her tightly. "Fix this situation." Lise muttered quietly, to seemingly nobody.

Nobody had heard, and carried out her order. Picked up by nearly unseen hands in the dark room, Lady Valois-Saint-Remy was lifted, rotated, and set down correctly in bed, the covers around her being picked up and re-arranged around her expertly. In moments, she was tucked into a perfectly ordered bed. Laying on her side, her long hair was being brushed gently and rhythmically by a figure that blended perfectly with the room's darkness.

Lise let out a contented sigh. She remembered Andreim leaving her room, and she must have fallen asleep in the strange orientation afterwards. "Andreim... I will see you at the park..." She whispered, almost inaudibly, before falling back into a deep sleep.
Andras

Andras averted her eyes as Vera kissed Wolf. 'W-Why is everyone being so forward with each other around me?!' Her mind protested silently.

Andras turned to Wolf after Vera carried off the impish child. "Well, I wasn't planning on sleeping yet, but maybe we should take the open room?" Andras tried her best to act cool, but she was apprehensive about it all as she walked to the spare bedroom.

They were friends, of course, but Andras didn't have any night clothing on her and she didn't want to sleep in her hoodie and skirt. Actually, more importantly, she didn't want to sleep at all yet. She usually waited to sleep when the light of morning began to creep into the sky... When the darkness began to retreat. That time of day provided the perfect synthesis of Light and Dark that Andras believed to help her power grow. Or something like that.

'I can just pass time on my phone until I get tired.' She cast a sideways glance at Wolf. 'Plus it wouldn't give him the chance to peek at me if he's already asleep when I get in bed.'

Andras sat on the bed without really showing an interest in sleeping, pulling out her phone. Something red showed in her peripheral vision as she browsed her phone. It took a few moments for her smile to fade as she realized her phone's battery was in the red. "Oh no. My phone's dead." Her voice came out probably too dramatic for the subject matter being discussed.

But to her, this was a crisis. She bit her lip. 'What will I do for the next few hours? I'm wide awake! I'll have to be quiet for Wolf too...' She held her head in her hands, hoping for a solution to come to her.
Andras

Andras stiffened at Meredith's comment. 'Why does everyone all of a sudden have the ability to detect demonic energy?!' She needed to summon a few demons just so she could get some residual energy on her person.

"W-Well, you see, I suppress the wellspring of demonic energy within me, because it's likely that it may cause issues for mere mortals if they were subjected to my full power..." Andras laughed to herself slightly awkwardly, turning dramatically away from the party so they couldn't see her face flush with embarrassment.

"I also don't have any money for a cab." Andras added in a meek voice, turning back to the party.

'Because my paycheck passed out... Poor William. Too pure to handle the night.' Andras's expression softened up with the thought of her friend.
