While everyone else spoke with the Green Man, Cesar just couldn’t help but see the whole crypt in disarray. Surely, if they had to leave this realm and head to the next, they had to clean up their mess first before they do just that. He always made sure his crewmates cleaned their mess after a good romp on deck, and this wasn’t any different. It’s only the honest thing to do, after all.
”Hey, Valmjr, my friend... I can call you a friend, yes? Do you know how this crypt was set? Mind if you help me clean up this mess?” Cesar asked Valmjr, hoping that he would know, seeing as if this... Ysgard was his own land. Nevertheless, Cesar began to pick up discarded swords, pieces of armor, and intact arrows, organizing them into neat, individual piles while he figures out where they actually belong without disturbing the dead.
”Hm... if I put this here, and... wait. Amigos, amigas! Come, come, help me fix this mess, if you aren’t doing anything else. Time may be of the essence, of course, but we cannot just leave a mess like this in a place for the honored dead!” Cesar hollered, removing the gauntler he had earlier hoped to keep and placing it in the pile with the rest of the armor.
Sure! Had four people set, already, and was thinking of inviting a fifth to round things out, since this game relies on a good amount of the Forgotten Realms factions.
A Dungeons and Dragon 5th Edition game centered in the Forgotten Realms
Called by the Elder Elemental Eye to serve, four corrupt prophets have risen from the depths of anonymity to claim mighty weapons with direct links to the power of the elemental princes. Each of these prophets has assembled a cadre of cultists and creatures to serve them in the construction of four elemental temples of lethal design. It is up to adventurers from heroic factions such as the Emerald Enclave and the Order of the Gauntlet to discover where the true power of each prophet lay, and dismantle it before it comes boiling up to obliterate the Realms.
As the battle ensued, Mirdas kept a careful eye and ear out for an opening he could use. Hearing a familiar order from the bushes, Mirdas, rose his shield in defense succesfully catching another crossbow bolt with it. Finally spitting out that bolt from his mouth, Mirdas kicked Boris’s scorched corpse off his trident, preparing to strike the Captain as he called for a retreat...
The Captain, however, managed to knock his trident out of his hands before he could strike, running off. Grunting with anger at these cowardly antics, the Scaled Scallop made chase for the brigand, lunging an arm out as he got close. The brigand, however, was too slippery, even for a fish, and managed to evade his grab. Clenching a webbed fist, Mirdas prepared to try and catch him with a good hook if he tried running out of his grasps, again.
”Nay not alloweth that lawbreaker to abscond! Subdue this malefactor so yond may receiveth proper justice!”
Mirdas Jaaranth HP: 17/25
Mirdas gave chase for the disengaging Bandit Leader, attempting to grapple him with a 15 Athletics check. The Bandit Leader, however, managed to slip away from his slimy grasp.
@Guardian Angel Haruki Assuming the Bandit Leader has the same speed as Mirdas, and since he didn't dash, Mirdas will use his movement to chase the Bandit Leader before using his Attack Action to grapple the Bandit Leader. Mirdas's Athletics roll to make the grapple is a 15. From what I know with grappling rules, and without knowing the Bandit Leader's capabilities, the Bandit Leader will have to beat it with either an Athletics or Acrobatics check.
