In all fairness, he hasn't beaten anybody to death. Everybody also seems to have mentioned that tiny tidbit in one of my more recent posts where he's allowing his vassal tribes to worship whatever the hell they want.
He only demands that the Strong Tribe do everything as he asks, and that's just because they're a holy order devoted solely to the Mighty One. They must be good warriors and honor him above all else. Worship of other gods would distract them from their purpose, weaken them, and make them vulnerable to influence by unworthy gods.

Yeah, they were invited to the meeting along with KalMea and Ventium. They're Tin's newest military ally and trade partner (they recently formed a Republic but their old regime was also an ally and trade partner).
UNDASIS SHALL DROWN THE WHOLE WORLD IN THE BLOOD OF IALU!
Ialu is a pretty poor guy to have only Vestec and Ryak as friends.
