Though obviously, Tetra is not going to like being diplomatic because of her temper. T'Plior is more ambivalent and while not an expert, she can stay even tempered throughout the process.

I think he'll work out well. I see that you took inspiration from Sulu.
And it looks like T'Plior will be the "diplomat" by default if only for the fact that's she's the only level-headed one and she's not weak in diplomacy.

I am a white mage. Gwendolyn probably could at as mediator and medic between your disputes.
And since the captain is weak at engineering, a gearhead CE is definitely needed.

If she becomes a chief engineer, then she'ld be up on the bridge a lot. BlueSky wants a lead engineer figure since that is a position that a ship can't do without.

They have different focuses though so they could be in the same party without too much overlap. Besides, Ayemdar's character is more of a thief type while Raizin's is more of an attacker.
