She's also fictional, AND age of consent in many places is 16. 
She's also source material unaging, so age doesn't matter. Somewhere between 13-16 at time of death, too. 
So it's really a big grey area. The important part is she's taken. But again, fictional, so infinite universes and all that that let's you ignore literally any problems.
