I mean, I thought every Meister/Weapon should be able to see souls. Otherwise, they really shouldn't be training/working to be Meisters. If you're saying she does it better than everyone else though, then that's fine.
Canonically, every meister has soul perception to some degree, but to most it's so limited as to be effectively nonexistent, unless they work on increasing it.
