It's difficult when I'm not sure what you're doing. If you're upgrading, I have to make sure that what you're getting is compatible with your motherboard. If you're building from scratch, then you get to look for the cheapest and best parts.

Looking up your prebuilt model, your problem is the fact that you have an ATI Radeon HD5570 (and the fact that it's still ATI instead of AMD is telling, considering this was made before AMD bought ATI). Games are almost entirely GPU-bound, and this one isn't good.

I'm literally having my ram maxed out by minecraft, and literally every modern game recommends 16gb. Just tell me what I should get to be able to be set for a year or three. I have no idea if I'm ever gonna clean my laptop so I don't know if my harddrive is still intact and I can't use it even though it's more than advanced enough.

I never asked anything. The series legitimately is cringe humor and I said that it was like GD asked them for comedy lessons, all to make the point that GD isn't funny. I recognize that Watamote isn't a funny anime, which was the entire point. GD isn't a good comedy at all.

for extra power. Also, I recommend trying to find cheaper RAM. You don't really need 16 GB right now and can upgrade in the future, but either way it should be sub-$100.

B) I never said "a deep understanding of japan." I said "a basic baseline of knowledge about everyday life in japan's culture." There is a vast difference.

My argument isn't even that, it's just "you're not getting the intended results." Then I recommend reworking your definition, because no matter the culture, that show is built to be cringe. But aside from Watamote, GD is terrible. I get that the standards for comedy anime aren't quite as high, but come on.
