I was gonna have him gaining his powers after a Skrull device blows up irradiating him with ionic/cosmic radiation. Reaper was gonna be his arch enemy but not his brother, and he was gonna stay the head of Williams Innovations but take a backseat similar to Bruce Wayne and everything that goes on with Wayne Enterprises. At some point though I would like to have a skirmish with he and either the Hulk or Thor to establish his strength class.

He still doesn't HAVE to be my next guy, if you wanted to make him a villain or something in the broader scheme of things. I was also thinking about Jack of Hearts or maybe Nova as well...

Okay. I'll admit it. I have been planning on forming a S.H.I.E.L.D. sanctioned, Hawkeye-led West Coast Avengers (I was actually planning on calling them the Thunderbolts). I was planning on the following characters:
-Hawkeye (obviously)
-Mockingbird (obviously)
-a version of Spider-Woman
-a version of Tigra
-Wonder Man
-a sixth roster spot for any character I would think would round off the team.

Edit: Also, whoever can guess the person who kidnapped Firestar in the most recent Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends post will get an offical All-Star Marvel No-Prize! :D

Okay. First, please edit your application and replace Slovakia and Slovakian with Sokovia and Sokovian. I will show you where the "typos" are.

Having never known who their real parents were, Pietro and his fraternal twin sister Wanda both grew up in the presence of Erik Lehnsherr, a former holocaust survivor who claimed he was a good friend of their parents. The two grew up in the war torn Slovakia, where even from an early age they fought against the corrupted Slovakian Government at Erik's urging. While Wanda was very much for about the cause, Pietro wasn't quite as much, however he deeply cared for Wanda and went along with everything more to keep her safe rather than fighting the power.

Quicksilver

Second, would it be fair to assume that Quicksilver was not at the X-Mansion during my post and Professor X had to telepathically tell Quicksilver to meet Jean, Storm, and Beast at Boston? Also, would you like the Scarlet Witch to be in Boston with the Brotherhood? I was planning on having Pyro, Blob, Avalanche, Toad, and Lorelei (Brotherhood Lorelei, not Asgardian one, ) in Boston, but I can switch Lorelei out for Wanda.

Edit: Just fix the Slovakia to Sokovia thing and Quicksilver is accepted.
