@HeroicSociopath Thanks! Based on the descriptions, I'd probably say that the bombs are only a level 3 whereas the gauntlets and helmet are probably level 2. That'll get easier for all of us as we refine and clarify the tier system. Let me know when you make those changes and you're good to go!

@Arawak Thanks for updating to the new format! Some thoughts, and note, I'm not trying to be nit-picky, but to clarify my view of how strong something potentially is.

Modular Body seems more like a 4 due to how expensive such a body would be; it definitely goes beyond standard augmentations.

Expert Pilot is probably a 2, as it is described as a highly trained skill and there is nothing supernatural about it.

Backups are essentially immortality, although a crude form of it; I'd say that warrants a 4 instead of a 3.

Nanotech Repair Capsule is on-demand healing; right? Could you expand on its capabilities?
