Verid had patted her head again but a little to hard to Shino her liking, she lightly lowered herself to escape the pat but he already seemed finished patting her. His name was Verid and he was a demon, she had to remember. Shino tilted her head pondering for a few minutes and gave a small nod at him. She then sat back down onto both knees again and returned to eating slowly, enjoying every bit of fish that was placed on the board.
Soon a new person had taken a seat very close to them at the same table. Shino's attention slowly averted towards the girl as she pardoned herself for sitting here. Shino angled her head out of confusion as her hand with the chopsticks had stopped mid air. Shino had stopped with eating and patiently glanced over the girl. She looked rather calm just like herself and didn't pay much attention to the people around her, solely focusing on herself, noticed because she simply took a seat at the table.
Shino's nose caught onto something, something that she had been eating a big part of her life and one of her favourites so the smell wasn't unoticable. But there was something different about it, usually she would have been eating it raw out of the sea. She had never before seen or eaten a grilled salmon before. Her eyes focused onto the salmon like it was a prey of her now.
Shino turned back to Verid and took another bite of her sushi while talking at the same time.
"Hey, hey Venid-han. How does Shino get kitchen fish like human"
Shino pointed at the fish on the plate of the girl while gulping down her own sushi.
