The long winter had a rather significant impact on Kei’s upbringing. He can’t say that his childhood was simple or easy, but he was content. In the ever-present snow and cold Kei had to learn to enjoy and find happiness in the simplest of things, his father showing him a jutsu, his mother cooking a warm broth, even watching the snow fall and watching the chilling white cover the landscape. Kei learned to be content, this tended to give people the impression he was wise beyond his years, Kei simply thought people confuse wisdom and laziness far too easily. Unseen by the faculty however was the fact that Kei wanted to help from the moment he could hold a kunai and eventually Kei’s father decided to teach him the ins and outs of shurikenjutsu as he was too young at the time to properly learn kenjutsu the Tonbo way. Kei didn’t particularly have a natural disposition to the use of shuriken or kunai, but given the fact that him and his family weren’t traditionally inclined to the use of any particular elemental jutsu making the full use shurikenjutsu seemed to the best choice in a bad situation. This led to Kei being a sort of hunter gatherer with his father as they would go out and hunt for rabbits or the like.
School time was dedicated to learning the staples of the ninja world before deciding to focus largely on what he was familiar with. Kei’s favorite technique ended up being the Paper Shuriken jutsu, something that he learned from… extracurricular activities. With the expense of purchasing a new shuriken far outstripping a sheet of paper it was even a bargain. More food on the table in a harsh winter would never be unwanted. However, the real excitement came when Kei used this jutsu on another staple of the ninja world, the explosive tag. Kei never really told anyone of this experiment, why would a good ninja go around bragging of their discoveries? An ace up your sleeve is common sense, right?

The Tonbo family isn’t particularly large or prominent, but they are well regarded in the ninja world for having outstanding control over themselves. A well trained Tonbo ninja has the capability to move completely at will, making very few actions a mistake. Kei’s father, Haya, had been a well regarded as a sword user, although not overly famous as he never sought it. It was said Haya could alter the path of his blade mid strike at 90 degree angles or forcibly halting a strike at will. This sword style was reflected in the mannerisms of the Tonbo family. Their method is to patiently wait, silently lingering in place to assess any given scenario and when they move, they abandon all stealth and opt for blinding speed. This has resulted in Kei acting in such a way, patient and apparently slow, but extremely decisive when called to action.

Kei’s dreams are simple, to live a long life, marry a nice girl, then spend his twilight years on the porch looking after his grandkids as they play with wooden swords instead of having to train with kunai.
His fears are related to this dream, that he would have to train his kids and grandkids to be ready for war. probably he will have to do that lol

Combat Reports

Kei has a preference for mid to long range fighting, using traditional shuirkenjutsu to a high degree of competency before peppering the area with paper shuriken. After the first hidden explosive tag shuriken is set off the opponent must assume that any of Kei’s paper shuriken have the potential to explode, forcing them on guard.
The explosive paper shuriken are then combined with the Manipulated Shuriken Technique to guide those that were thrown earlier and left undetonated back to the target or targets. If forced into close combat Kei attempts to mimic his father’s sword style with a hidden short blade in his umbrella which when the canopy opens Kei uses also as a shield, the Tonbo’s body trait and training resulting in an unorthodox sword combat with blows swerving around an opponent’s defence until he can regain distance. An explosive tag is then used to keep that distance and the scenario repeats until death. Kei has been known to use the Prepared Needle Shot as a way to set up his escape to longer ranges.

ＤｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎWhen in use there is little external indication of Jūjun'na karada. The tendons and veins become more visible at the point of use, similar to an activated Byakkugan. A true master of the Jūjun'na karada is able to have free control over all of their body at once, even forcing their own heart to beat and lungs to inhale and exhale.
ＳｔｒｅｎｇｔｈｓThe Jūjun'na karada is a purely supportive kekkei genkai, it allows complete control over the body which could, in theory, render paralysis techniques less effective or allow the pores on ones skin to open far wider allowing oxidization of the blood eliminating a ninja’s need to breathe traditionally (yes, haha Kei could breathe through his skin, MGS 5 haha :P).
This manifests in combat through the instant redirection or retargeting of an attack even after the strike has been launched, or the dodging of an attack in a seemingly impossible way, such as twisting the body so that a swarm of shuriken do not hit. At the current point in time Kei can only control a single limb of his at any given time, or at least the equivalent area of an arm spread over his entire body.
ＷｅａｋｎｅｓｓｅｓAlthough Kei can control his body quite well he is still susceptible to surprise attacks and if the attack is too fast then his reaction speed would simply be too slow. I also assume that large area of effect techniques will still be hard to dodge for him given that he can only control his body in micro level, where as a large destruction technique wouldn't make a difference in the regard that it's just harder to escape in general.

Umbrella

It is also the sheath for Kei’s short sword while the canopy is made from a dense material made to provide cover from incoming projectiles and last for a limited time in close combat until Kei can escape. The tip of Paraken is sharpened allowing the umbrella to be a makeshift lance. The spines of the umbrella are loaded with senbon, not Kei's first choice of weapon, but he's learning to love the potential stealth they offer
