It wouldn't be particularly interesting if I posted now since the meeting hasn't even started yet. Cyrus is literally just waiting for that and not much else.
Um... yes it did. It addressed entire Nazi ship, threatening to kill everyone on board who refuses to surrender. That includes the guys shooting at Tocsax.
I'm not really seeing how the fight could continue after what happened in my post, but what do I know?
Hmm, considering Glider doesn't know any Flying type moves yet, I may just go to Mesalon first.
It occurs to me that, between Runic Charge and MP Siphoning that Reaper's Touch can do, Cyrus is apparently the bane of all mages. xD
Cyrus offered no reaction when Heartless attacked the man who revealed himself as a Keyblade Wielder. If the man was truly a master as he purported himself to be, then there was no threat. Ergo, no reason for the Reaper to get involved yet. No, he instead just continued to watch, wishing to be absolutely sure of this meeting's legitimacy before taking part in it. He noted the presence of another nearby, below him on the wall of the tower to be exact. They were using magic to keep themselves from falling, choosing not to climb all way up the tower for reasons unknown. They were probably just using caution, as he himself was. Certainly not a threat, at least not yet anyway.

There briefly was a Dark Keyblade wielder commanding the Heartless, but the man with two blades chases her off easily enough. With the calling of a Keyblade, the proverbial floodgates were now open. Now, not only would Heartless begin to appear on this world, but any Keyblade holder within the area could easily sense the man's power. He was doing this as a sort of signal, letting it act as a beacon to call others to his location.

Time to find out what this man's true intentions are.
You know what makes this even more brilliant? That of all the characters in the party that could pulled something like this off, it was the crippled kid that brought the Nazis to their knees. The kid in the wheelchair who, had he lived in the WW2 period, would have been the kind of "disposable" person the Nazis would have killed off for not being part of the Master Race. The only thing that would have made this more amazing was if Mach happened to be Jewish (he isn't, for the record). That ought to be a delicious piece of irony to watch the Nazis have to swallow when they see who it was that completely screwed them over.

The only questions I have is how many spells can the blade absorb at one time? Is there a limit on it before the energy needs to be unleashed? Also can he just continuously absorb anything that isn't a physical attack?

The answers, in order:

1. Technically, there is no limit to how many spells can be absorbed. The Runic Slash can be as powerful as the level/amount of spells it absorbs first. But that's also the drawback, since a more powerful Runic Slash would take longer to power up and vice versa.

2. Runic Charge applies to magic spells, nothing more. More specifically, projectile magic. Elemental strikes and rushes don't count. Shot Locks are a bit tricky, but projectile-based ones (like Flame Salvo or Bubble Blaster) can be absorbed, their rapid fire nature would make it very difficult to do so.
Just when you thought Keyblades and magic spells were the only answer, Mach steps up and proves just how flipping dangerous he can be, even outside of his suit.
It didn't take a genius to figure what Mach had stumbled into. If he had access to the ship's gravity and oxygen controls, then he basically held all the Nazis' lives in the palm of his hand. Or at least a large chunk of them anyway. This, to put it simply, could give him a powerful bargaining chip. It was time to put that chip to use. On the Nazi ship, the music from the speaker system died down. Meanwhile, Mach connected himself to Moogle's communication computer and established a connection to that of the Nazi ship. As the music from the speakers faded, a voice replaced it. Henry, Joshua, and Tocsax would recognize it as Mach.

"Okay, mein fuhrer, listen up. I've had my fun but this ends now." he no longer sounded sarcastic or even arrogant. He was dead serious, probably the most he'd ever sounded since coming on this little journey, "You may have noticed your current lack of control of your own security systems. That was my doing. I also hijacked your oxygen and gravity controls. I'm sure I don't need to explain what that means, but just in case you don't believe me," at that, the gravity increased in the Nazi's barracks. Nothing extreme, just enough to pin the soldiers still in there in place, "everyone in the barracks should now feel about twice as heavy as they normally feel. And that was a low setting, mind you." he spoke calmly, sounding like someone who had just taken complete control of the entire situation, which was essentially true since he basically did just that.

"To sum this all up, I could have every single one of you dead in less than a minute. Either by turning the inside of your ship into an inhospitable vacuum or by crushing you all under your own body weight. Neither sounds like a particularly enjoyable experience. But because I'm not an evil tyrant like your own rulers are, I'm offering you a chance to surrender. Give yourselves peacefully to the Basileus, and your lives will be spared. You may face questioning or interrogation, but given your current position I think that is a much preferable fate than what will happen to you if you refuse." with that, all Nazi monitors were showing a timer counting down from 5 minutes, meaning they had that long to respond to the ultimatum Mach had given them.
