I think Goku did it a lot in DB? I can't remember or I'd be able to find it myself. Maybe Jackie Chun did it a time or two? It's the one where they basically get thrown off, somersault repeatedly as they fall so they can land on their feet, but no googling has found it for me.
I've definitely seen it in the ToP. I just need to know the episode so I can extract the gif from it.
