Which dimension would you recommend I have Zazriel land in? I want him to slowly get into the action, not just appear right in the middle of the base.
It's a good question, and that depends on where he's likely to go. But I do have an idea of two people who would interact well with him.

Depends. Where is everyone else at right now?
Several people are at "the base" a large structure on a mountain on a small planet in an area government by an organization known as the "IA," the Interuniversal Alliance. But there are a lot of beings who are considered part of the main "group," and those are scattered throughout Existence (our word for the collection of all dimensions). It may be easier to correspond with the group through one of them rather than through the base directly.
