Noise. Sleep. They didn’t mix well; like water and oil; warm chocolate and cold mayonnaise; a sharp knife and a beating heart. The sound of Kerry’s buzzy voice and Liliana’s squeaky voice annoyed Alice - disturbed her, too. As such, she would rouse behind Takeshi, and her hands would stroke across his bare chest; her lips skipped across his clothed back, and yet he would feel the heat of them - more so, when they reached his neck, and traced up to his right ear.

"Ta~ke~shi~..." she purred in her awakening state. However, it was the firmness in his tone, the denial in his word, and the lingering presence of the others that promoted her next motion. "So loud..." she cooed at him, before tilting his head with her left hand, and capturing Takeshi’s lips; her right hand walking down his side, and massaging his thigh - danger close.

Takeshi definitely wasn’t saving face, that was most certain.

Especially when Alice added, "I rather liked the taste of your Royal Tea."

A Gluttonous Reaver

Abilities:

Abyssal Alchemy: By answering the Maiden of the Abyss, as she calls it, Scarlett gained access to wealth of personal power at a steep, personal price. Scarlett boosted her Alchemy by infusing it with Void Magic, and resulting in a hybridization of Earth, Fire, and Water to create Metal from her flesh and bones at a rate and complexity that even the most skilled of Alchemists fail to reach.

This is not a pretty process, and results in nearly catastrophic system damage to her arm, or wherever she spawns the metal. However, she deems the trade-off in sheer power worth the price charged to her body.

Recombination: Muscle remembers muscle. Flesh remembers flesh. Bone remembers bone. Blood remembers blood.

Beyond lopping her head off or ripping her heart out, Scarlett can instantaneously heal most injuries; only spending a few minutes to regenerate limbs.

However, healing her Abyss Alchemy leaves scars; bits of her lost to the Void. Additionally, this healing factor leaves Scarlett with a voracious appetite, and rapid regenerations can result in a feeding frenzy.

Elementalist-class Knowledge (Heart of the Blacksmith): Whatever Scarlett gleaned from the Maiden... or, was given by her... gifted her a level of understand of the Elements of Earth, Fire, and Water on par with a veteran Elementalist.

Full Metal Alchemy: Any Alchemist can make metal. But, she can do so from the metals in her blood, heated by her body heat, and cooled by the water in her blood. And, all that on the fly.

Beyonder Eye (Right): The Three Eyes of the Maiden were spread among three women, and Scarlett came to be possessed by her Right Eye.

Equipment:

Limited Metal Works: Simultaneously her primary offensive ability, due to its nature, this can be qualified as her Equipments, as it forms various weapon-morphs and personal gear:

Neutrophil: A blade morph that usually takes the form of a massive cleaver that starts from the scarred flesh over her right arm, and is overtaken with the tip of the blade meeting the tip of her middle fingernail. Efficiency in mind, Scarlett will often lead with this weapon-morph, and attempt to dismember her foes as quickly as possible.

Infusing this with Void Magic, Scarlett can increase the blade into a massive, crushing cleaver that adds a great deal of weight behind every swing.

Eosinophil: A spear morph that turns Scarlett’s arm from the scarred flesh to her wrist into a sort of tube that houses a retractable spear that can be ejected for surprise attacks or retracted to gain advantage, if it is grabbed. Scarlett will rarely use this weapon-morph in close combat, and opts, instead, to fill the tube with various poison to “inject” into her foes.

Infusing this with Void Magic, Scarlett can actually launch the spear out of her arm on a chain of blood vessels wrapped in metal to harpoon and reel targets in much like a harpoon gun.

Basophil: A hammer, or rather a club, morph that works much like her blade morph, but forms an unwieldy striking weapon, instead of a slashing weapon. Formed in the advent of armored opponents, Scarlett will open combat situations with this weapon, or quickly disable a conscious target, if need be.

Infusing this with Void Magic, Scarlett can cause her club head to spin at 720rpm, adding a wild kick to her impacts.

Lymphocyte: An unconventional weapon morph, and likely, Scarlett’s first go at the technique and an accident that takes the form of a recklessly wild and feral claw of metal. Slashing. Piercing. Striking. It can do it all. A caveat, however:

Scarlett attacks anyone within sight... drooling with gluttonous, unbiased hunger.

It is unknown if Scarlett can infuse this weapon-morph, but it likely is, by default.

Brief Background: Scarlett Ishval, a woman with no past, no future, and a deathwish stood before those she would seek punishment from with blood on her hands and tears in her eyes. Her case was simple: a step too far, a door opened that should have stayed shut, and mistakes made in blind hunger and desperation.

As far as the Reavers know, her past is that of an underdeveloped Alchemist in the field of Human Transmutation who disappeared one night, and reappeared a few years later, feeding on a pile of bodies with a completely transmuted right arm.

Whatever she had done. Wherever she had gone. She had completed her research.

But, at great price and punishment.

Her decided punishment would be to become a Reaver; the vanguard against monsters and criminals, like herself, and possibly a fitting end to give those within her justice.

• Scarlett is right-handed, but writes with her left-hand

Race: Belua (Dire Sheep, Sheep/Wolf Crossbreed) and Spirit Animal (Wolf)

Age: 36 (Mentally) / 26 (Physically) | Baast is 0

Magic Divination: Galdr, Void, and [Espermancy]

Abilities:

Malfested Spirit Arrow: The primary ammo of her magical bow, Lupina fires arrows made from condensed fragments of her Corrupted Spirit through a twisted fusion of Gladr and Void Magics.

As such, when Lupina's Spirit is in a strong negative state, her arrows have great potential to kill in a single hit, which she can fire less off, but a more positive state can result in weaker arrows that she can fire more off.

Regardless, her Spirit is not inexhaustible, and can be "drained".

Brother, My Brother: Unseen by most, Baast is ever-present by his sister's side - materializing as a white wolf head and neck, before giving way into a large, serpentine construct of smoke and spirit energy.

Like any Gladr Spirit Animal, Baast is summoned and dismissed at the will of Lupina, but she never dismisses him - merely reduces his presence to invisibility.

In times of strife, Baast will act independently of his sister's will, but only in service of her health, and, otherwise, is content to watch over her, and observe the world with her.

Espermancy-class Knowledge (Procognition of Predation): From the darkness, Lupina managed to gleam... or, perhaps, was guided towards... the ability predict, eerily so, where her prey will be once aimed upon.

Miasmatic Resistance: As a defected member of the Miasma Cultist, Lupina has a greater than normal resistance to Miasma and the effect of Malfeasance.

Lupina travels light with a magical Spirit Bow and whatever she needs at the time. Nomadic since her defection, she's used to picking things up with the intention to drop them as needed to make a quick escape.

Brief Background: It happens, rarely, when boundaries are crossed, and the impossible is made possible by the meddling hands of a curious divinity. A pair of Belua, one predator, one prey, came together in unity, and born a halfbreed into the world - a world held in the hands of a malicious thinker.

Lupina would be born, Baast would not, but the big sister and little brother would never be separate, as her natural talent in Gladr Magic would bind his unborn Spirit to hers. Never knowing about their unborn child, parasitized by their born child in the womb, the Wolf Belua and Sheep Belua would raise a rebel of a daughter.

A member of a low-rank Belua gang known as Preydator, made of other halfbreeds like herself, and victims of the Miasma Cultists. Unswayed, Baast would allow his sister to indulge herself with these lunatics, until it came to a head, and in a bloody massacre, the phantom little brother would force his stubborn big sister on the run.

Years of dodging the far-reaching consequences would land Lupina on the doorstep of Eon Tower to seek safety and asylum in exchange for her knowledge with a certain invitation in hand.

• Baast will openly (even if invisible) police his sister's diet, as she is very carnivorous, and hates her veggies, causing people to think Lupina is indecisive about her meals.

Boon of the Light: By enshrouding her allies in radiant light, Kalos can increase the physical form to its pinnacle; making movements faster, muscles stronger, and reflexes sharper. However, the light is fleeting, and ephemeral; its strength picking up with the rising sun at dawn and falling with the setting sun at dusk.

During the night, when there is no sun to draw on, Kalos cannot call upon this strength.

Bane of the Dark: By cloaking herself in malevolent darkness, Kalos can increase her own physical attributes to new heights. However, as with the light, darkness is not eternal, and will fade; slipping into power with the moonrise at dusk, before slinking away with the moonfall at dawn.

During the day, when blanketing shadows are banished, Kalos cannot call upon this strength.

Smite of Noon: Superheated by the apex of the sun’s ascent, Kalos can shape her thaumaturgical energies into a beam of sunlight and fire it from the heavens upon a target of her choosing before moving it under her will for one minute.

Stroke of Midnight: Flash-frozen by the apex of the moon’s ascent, Kalos can shape her voidal energy into a blade of moonlight and assail her target with countless sword strike for one minute.

Renewal and Rebirth: It is unknown what this does for others or Kalos, as it only seems to affect her unhatched eggs...

Galdr-class Knowledge (Maiden with Dragon Eyes): A path walked alone, wandering and unguided, Kalos would stumble across... or, maybe, was destined to... a pair of eggs with spots - one shelled black with white spots, one shelled white with black spots - sheltering powerful allies.

Beyonder Eye (Center): The Three Eyes of the Maiden were spread among three women, and Kalos came to be possessed by her Center Eye.

Equipment:

Kalos doesn’t carry any equipment, unless it is related to the mission at hand. All she normally has on her is her razor-sharp nails, fangs, a bottle of black nail polish, and snacks.

Brief Background: What can be said about a corpse? What could a corpse say about itself? Plenty, once could assume. Unfortunately, Kalos cannot remember anything but her death - eaten, devoured, discarded - and her rebirth. Though, even her name is not her own, but the scrawling on a wall that renewed eyes misread.

Kahos, read as Kalos.

Her name didn’t matter, but his name did: Kinnich, the man she would murder.

• Theme: Chainsaw Attacks
• Kalos does not seem to need sleep. A perk of being undead, perhaps?
• Kalos can often be found muttering about “service to Lord Zhaxin” while filing her nails.

Abilities:

Push and Pull of the Abyss: By empowering her Espermancy with the Void, Maedelyn turns the simple ebb and flow of metaphysical nature into the push and pull of a natural disaster.

Able to shift tons of material at a time, the only trade-off seems to be that her body becomes equal to the weight she is moving at once, equal and opposite, as if magnetized.

Psychic Onion: Like an onion, Maedelyn's skin has multiple layers to break through before damage can actually be done.

Unless she is using her primary ability, this defense is nearly impossible, as she's actively keeping the layers strong. However, the layers strip away fast as the lifted tonnage mounts.

Historical Correctness: As the Keeper of Infinite Knowledge, Maedelyn can decree "historical correctness" on a subject matter, and make it so. Alas, being confined to this Human shell, this power is 1/1,000,000th its potential.

Fortunately, what it can do is useful enough, as she can reattach her appendages, on the off-chance, they are severed, and heal herself from even decapitation. This power even allows her to decrees that foreign appendages were always hers - resulting in the mismatched body part correcting itself to become that which she lost.

Beyonder Eye (Center): The Three Eyes of the Maiden are truly that, the three eyes of the Maiden Abyss, and while she has the Center Eye hidden under her blindfold, she has seemingly loaned out the other two...

Aside from on-demand surveillance and communication through her vassals, it is uncertain if the true power her eyes give is just that of unfettered access to The Void.

Equipment:

Maedelyn Eribiss has no equipment to speak of, beyond her garb of the Church. A testament to her belief in the raw strength of her magic.

Brief Background: An orphan, blind from birth, Natalie Demours was founded and named by the Church on their doorstep - a selfish, hopeful choice made by a woman that would die mere days later; her story untold, her song unsung.

However, her child would live under the watchful eyes of the Maiden Abyss; the Keeper of Infinite Knowledge, and Whispering Woman. From the moment she could learn, she was guided by the faith of the Church, but quietly whispered to, and slowly seduced by the Maiden Abyss.

Desperate to prove herself, Natalie would take to the whispers, following their guidance, and answer the door knocked upon - only to be swallowed entirely by the darkness, and leave the opened door so...

Able to walk freely upon the solid ground, Natalie Demours became Maedelyn Eribiss, and bided her time until she could lend her blind eyes to two future followers...

My entry is read for judgement. There's a few hinky parts to her, I know - especially with regards to her background, but I didn't wanna go overboard and write an essay like normal. Still, if anything needs a revision, I will see to it. For now, back to 100%ing Hitman 3.

Malfested individuals usually can't intermingle with other people for...obvious reasons. Some are able to retain a level of sapience 9f varying degree, but their original desires and dispositions become warped, almost beyond recognition, and it's overtaken by predatory instinct.

Basically, it wouldn't quite fit for a PC unfortunately.

I had a feeling, so no worries there. So, my follow up question is: is there a way to have her still use that concept? I can elaborate more on details, if need be. Her character sheet is a WIP, and I'm just taking five at work to respond.
