Mako grinned as the blonde girl who had attended to him on his previous visit came forward to greet him once again. Always a pleasure to see a familiar face. The feeling was apparently mutual, as the girl greeted him cheerfully, and directed him to a place to sit, handing him the same menu as the last visit. He quirked an eyebrow. Same menu. It must change with the theme, I guess. Not that I'm complaining- there are still plenty of things I haven't tried yet. As he started perusing the menu for something to snack on, he smiled up at his waitress as she inquired about what he'd like to drink.

"Why, yes, thank you. A cup of coffee sounds lovely, Miss..." He paused as he considered that he'd never actually asked her what her name was. Or, at least, the name she gave while she was here, anyway. Cosplay and all that. Still, if he was supposedly the "master" in this scenario, he should at least have the decency to learn the names of those that were serving him. How terribly improper that this had not occurred to him on his previous visit. He smiled somewhat sheepishly.

"...I apologize, but it has just occurred to me that I haven't asked what your name is. And since calling you Maid or Servant would be incredibly rude, would you be so kind as to... illuminate me?"
Wow. Well. The ten seconds of RPG being down caused me to lose my finished Dungeon sheet. Second time I've lost it, first being 'cause I'm an idiot and forgot to plug in my laptop.

So it'll be a bit longer 'til I have that done, Sho, but it will get done. Eventually.

Fuck.

Jesus. I hate it when something like that happens once. Much less twice. My condolences, comrade- good luck in the future.
Guys, stop plotting our characters' horrible deaths. It's unseemly.

Despite it being Golden Week, and all that that statement implied, Mako was in the foulest mood he'd likely been in since... well. He was in a foul mood, was what he was saying. Despite the glorious weather and an entire week free from his academic obligations, there were a number of issues wearing away at his mind. First and foremost of these was Hamada-san's untimely disappearance.

Mako shook his head in disgust. Not only did the police department appear to be completely inept at stopping these random kidnappings, but moreover, the latest victim was one of the only people who would have given him a way to distract from his frustrations regarding the incidents. As was obvious, Drama Club was shut down entirely while its president was gone to gods-know-where, leaving Mako's only recourse for extracurricular distractions as Boxing Club. Which did not help improve his mood. At all. If anything, it just made him angrier.

It was at the height of his frustrations, at the greatest risk of mask slippage, that he remembered the delightful cafe he had visited just less than a week ago. And so it was now that Mako found himself strolling confidently through the front door, eager for any sort of distraction from the perils of the everyday.

"Good afternoon, everyone! How are we all doing today?"

Going to go and find a way to make things more interesting or move things along more quickly.

It appears I'm losing interest of some players.

I'd like everyone who wants a Persona more quickly to send me a PM for now and begin making arrangements.

I'm perfectly fine, I just have a lot of school to do at the same time that I'm doing this. My interest itself has not wavered. You and I have already communicated between one another regarding Mako's Persona, so you know I'm perfectly okay with waiting for as long as I need to.
No problem and that was not exactly short!

Also, I didn't realize how many male chara were on the drama club till now. Now I see the drama harem

I'm used to writing longer posts. I'm a little off my game since school started.

And yeah, there's... lots of guys. Lots.
Short and terrible post is short and terrible. And now I've just remembered I need to finish up for Monday. One second.

EDIT: There we go. Sorry to keep you guys waiting- school has been fairly kicking my ass.

Mako smiled at the maid that came to take his order as he settled into his seat, and gave her a gracious nod.

"Thank you very much, miss. I appreciate the service. By the by, I hope I didn't startle you too much with my... entrance. As you may have noticed, I have a tendency toward the dramatic." He cleared his throat, taking a cursory glance at the menu.

"In any case, could I please have a cup of coffee while I decide on my order?" He smiled as she bustled off, looking around the cafe, even recognizing a familiar face sitting elsewhere with a rather large slab of cake before him. Mako smiled to himself, already feeling calmer than earlier, now that he had a decent distraction.

One step at a time, I suppose. Perhaps things will start looking up again soon...

Mako was practically bouncing in place as he listened to what was on the agenda for today's drama practice. FINALLY. Bless you, Hamada, you magnificent control freak, you. Finally, auditions were on the horizon! And he even got to pick a preferred role! YES! He practically had to physically restrain himself until Drama-tan gave the go-ahead to go sign up on the forms, and even then, he had to agonizingly restrain himself from running over to the sign-up sheets, so as to not trample anyone in his haste. He squeezed past two of his fellow classmates with a quickly muttered "Beg your pardon, sirs," before whipping a pen out of his pocket.

Mako Moritmomi- Leading Role (The Protagonist)

There. That ought to do it. He looked around at his fellow performers, before he recognized Rui standing a short distance away. A distance he soon crossed excitedly, unable to hide his enthusiasm.

"Hello, Rui! Exciting stuff, isn't it?"
Mako Moritomi//Warakuma Mall

==~==

To anyone else observing Mako Moritomi as he trudged through town, it would seem like nothing was wrong in the world. In reality, he had to try very hard to restrain his impulse of angrily stomping his way through Warakuma after he left the school in disgust with himself. It was a bad day for practice, apparently.

No rhythm, no focus, no energy- a complete waste of time, really. He sighed- days like this came every so often, when his frustrations caught up enough with him that not even fighting could break him out of his irritations, but it was still aggravating whenever it did happen. One of the few joys he had in his young life, and his damnable temperament kept on stealing it away at the most inopportune moments.

Could be I'm just bothered by the thought of that... girl, the other day at practice. Or my reaction to it. Either way, it might do me some good to take a day off of practice. So he strolled along, looking for something to occupy his mind and his time, when he came across something in the mall he hadn't noticed before (always a pleasant surprise for the young man).

A cafe? Haven't seen this before. Is it new? Or maybe someone's just made the decor more... eye-catching? Either way, now that the building had caught his interest, it was worth checking it out for the sake of it. Perhaps it was just what he needed to get his mind off of his less pleasant thoughts. As he strolled towards it however, he began to notice that it was more of a distraction than he had initially assumed.

A cosplay cafe...? He stopped in his tracks for a moment, before a wide grin creeped across his features. How marvelous. He confidently strode the rest of the way toward the cafe, throwing the doors open with aplomb appropriate to the situation at hand.

A gun theme. Incredible. Where did they get all these wonderful replicas?

"Greetings!"
he crowed in his most pleasantly bombastic voice. "How is everyone this fine day?"
Setting a goal- reply is definitely later tonight. Look forward to it.
