Funnily enough, Reaper, there was actually a total LACK of racists in the last RWBY RP that Nef was in. Like, literally every human was like 'yay, we love furries'!

Might just be because making a racist character seems to be stigmatized in RPs though.

Sup Irish. You should get Tarkus a tree-gunhammer.
Go to the titanpad first to make skills and such.

And Anderiel, have fun guiding Haru along. I should seriously go serious study mode.
Well, not exactly sure how detecting youkai works, but going along the myth in which gumihos become 'human' if they abstain from eating humans for 1000 days or something, and considering Toshiko won't even let the kids see a corpse or touch a gun, I doubt she'll inform him that one of the detectives is a cannibalistic youkai. And Mearii's pretty good at keeping quiet.

The worst scenario would just be that Jun would think that she was an illegal immigrant working as a youkai hunter (maybe to escape loan sharks from some foreign gang), I'd think. XD
Just saying, but your Nickname doesn't HAVE to be your RL name. XD

That being said, it looks fine. But your image is broken (seriously, why do people like linking from Zerochan when everyone knows you can't hotlink from there?).
Mm, that'll probably cause some confusion with Mearii then. Something along the lines of...

*walks into the building with all her equipment and stuff in a sports bag*

*spots little kiddies jumping around and doing kid stuff*

"Could've told me that it's a daycare as well, Toshiko..."

More seriously though, is it still alright for Mearii to carry around the Glock? She pretty much passes it off as a model gun due to that magic 'safety lock' when she's not using it, and sees it as a necessary component for living safely as a cannibalistic youkai with no magical powers.
Well, it sorta helps that gumihos aren't even Japanese citizens the first place, and Russians aren't exactly native to Japan...hintsattravellinghint

And honestly, Mearii would be more confused as to why Japan's labor laws don't apply to little kids taking part time jobs as detectives. XD
So...many...frickin'...Faunus...must...resist...urge...to...make...racist....

Might join, but I'm not feeling much RWBY now, cause in retrospect, it was pretty mediocre....

Nickname – Lily
Age - 15
Gender - Female
Description – Liliz was not someone who originally played MMOs. Even with all those exciting gaming developments stretching around her, she was the type of person who just couldn't see the point in it. Virtual reality may be realistic, but in the end, it wasn't a 'real' world. Honestly, she couldn't find any interest in doing such things, and that girl has a muted interested in game related things. A loud-mouthed individual who's full of criticism, Liliz enjoys sports and camping, even when the only forests left on Earth were government-protected national parks. She likes challenges, and is obssessed with the world that once was, the world where there were still hidden things. Now, the only place left in the world is space, and space didn't have new species of animals or plants. A barbarian of an adventurer with no sense of etiquette, Liliz is a girl born in the wrong era, someone who, despite her best efforts, is slowly getting crushed by reality.

Her family was filled with intellectuals, and her oddity simply caused her to become isolated from them. Though her father supported her, Liliz could tell that he was displeased with his daughter being a tomboy. Those days, tomboys were simply delinquents, for the more adventurous things, such as climbing old buildings and diving in shallow coves was no longer possible. She occupied herself with physical activity, yet could not find any true, lasting happiness. It was a tiresome, suppressing life.

That was the fate that he saved her from. Not directly, but indirectly. In her eighth grade, she had a crush on a boy, an exciting prospect. She fell in love more for the sake of doing so, so she could experience something she hadn't done before. It was fun, heart-pounding, watching him from afar with rose-tinted glasses, and as she continued to watch him, never able to get the courage to actually say 'hi', she learned of his interests. A fascination? An obssession? Liliz knew nothing about this Threshold of Kakophonia, but she did know that she liked the way he looked when he spoke of the thing that interested him so much. Apparently, he was one of the few beta testers, and his IGN was Kikusa. That was nice to know.

And when that game was released, Liliz used her New Year's money and some connections to get a copy of the game. Maybe she wouldn't be able to speak to him in real life, but perhaps in a virtual world, she can slowly get closer to him? With those thoughts in mind, she logged in.

The first love of her life was a boy with messy, dark hair.

The second love of her life was a world that could no longer exist on Earth.

Race – Human
Class - Warrior
Profession[s] – N/A
Yeah, she usually keeps them in the agency, and brings them out when she thinks she'll need them. Glock goes with her everywhere though. And I was planning on eating her methods of eating ambiguous anyways. Adds to the whole mystery and WTFISSHEDOING stuff...huehuehue...

Will you be telling me which youkai to avoid eating? Or do I ask you whether it's ok or not to eat the youkai?
I was thinking of a youkai that ate other youkai, so yeah.....

Name: Mearii Gekkou
Age: 18, supposedly.
Appearance: At a height of 5'4 and with the slim, flat build of a young middle school girl, people usually think she's lying when Mearii says that she's already graduated high school. She looks younger that she is, but still gives off the impression that she could possibly look that young at the age of 18. With short, neck-length hair that shines like obsidian, her black eyes betray none of her inner emotions. Her hands, though delicate from the outside, are callused at certain points. An expert could tell that she has handled firearms for a long time.
Personality: Despite her stoic, empty expression, Mearii is a person who could be considered less 'cold' and more as being simply 'professional'. She's a serious, hard-working, studious person who rarely has the time to think about using her spare time for fun stuff. Generally, the only thing she spends her time on outside of work is reading history textbooks, mythology articles, and cleaning her guns. Such an image has become so integrated into her personality that she pretty much has to be forced to have fun in order to not feel guilty about wasting time. Smart in a 'never give up' way, Mearii is a person who is perfectly fine with spending hours on trial-and-error solution-finding instead of sleeping or eating or bathing. Perhaps, then, she could be considered a professional, shameless person.
Abilities: Mearii is an existence that is partway between human and youkai. A one-tail gumiho who had refrained from eating human flesh for over five years thus far, her supernatural powers have fallen to the extent where she has almost no powers outside of her ability to see other spirits, and where her 'charm' has simply been reduced to making her appear to be a presentable young girl, regardless of how long she hasn't showered. Doesn't prevent her from smelling odd though. With slightly sharper senses than the human race, Mearii is ultimately just slightly better than a human at smelling, seeing, hearing, and reacting. Makes her a good markswoman, if nothing else.

Brief Backstory Once upon a time, Mearri Gekkou was a gumiho, a fox spirit with the capability of gaining more tails and power the more human livers she devoured. With only one-tail, she was weak, and was only able to feed on the elderly or the diseased, ending their lives and calling it a mercy. But it tasted bad, and it was a practice that disillusioned her from doing so. Instead, the gumiho chose to starve, slowly wasting away in her spiritual form as mana seeped away from her body. She most likely would have ceased to exist, if it wasn't for a chance encounter with a Russian girl by the name of Josephine. From that Russian magi, she learned that one could gain energy from eating other youkai as well, and that if one chose to stay in a corporeal, a physical form, one could even become independent of mana for existing, instead depending on physical food to sustain themselves. It was an interesting proposition, and the moment Mearii took a bite out of another youkai, the taste, compared to diseased livers, was simply divine.

Soon, she gained the reputation of being a 'cannibal', a youkai that ate other youkais, an existence scorned and despised. Her mana regenerated faster due to this new diet, but her strength grew at a much slower rate. She was under Josephine's wing for a long time afterwards, depending on her protection as that magi taught her how to fight use modern weaponry, for Mearii was a one-tail gumiho, with almost no supernatural ability at all. It was fine though, and many years later, Mearii left her friend's care, going off into the world to become an independent woman.

Part of that was related to joining a supernatural detective agency solely for the higher chances of encountering stronger youkai during cases. Encounters that will become feasts.
