Chances are, Psyker will make an asshole, and Zombehs will make an anti-social baby. Click is most definitely going to make a nerd girl, since that's his fetish (maybe ship gurl, actually), while Anderiel will select from a group of female character traits.

So I don't really care about gender balance amongst players, since I can always counter that with NPCs. And honestly, the spectrum is pretty wide as well. I'd recommend not making a crazy psychopathic serial rapist though, or anyone with a large criminal background. After you get to a certain level of 'badness', you can't enter AA.
