Hm...I would say that she isn't THAT much of a genius. More of an innovator, really. I would make her...one year older then? With the main reason for her grade-skipping being that, due to having a special Connector type, she would have to partake in more advanced classes. While she goes to the same homeroom and Connector-focused classes as Year 2 peeps, she would go to accelerated classes for academic subjects such as English and Math.

Something like that, at least.

EDIT: Heh, another Moon Goddess nice gurl.
So Eclaire would be...17 then?
So...by High School...is that based off the assumption that Kaimei works on an Elementary, Middle, and High School basis?
Oh yeah, in case this wasn't clear in the OOC...

Warfare between the three nations right now is more based off small scale battles between elite fighters. The 'normal' soldiers are generally used more for shows of strength or for defensive purposes, in the worst case scenario of an invasion. Meaning that your character better have a good reason for being on the same battlefield as swordsman-Jesus.
Hm...is anyone planning on going the role of that female knight that pretends to be a guy? I would imagine that whomever is the perma-bodyguard of Eclaire would be living in the same home as her family, so if her bodyguard was also a female, that could be a more comfortable position, at least for her parents.

And also, do you think that Eclaire would serve as sorta an ambassador for communications between the Tsurara and Alstreim clans? Considering her spell has both ice and fire, as well as being female and such.
Thaos are pretty much Supermans, I think. The Thaos we had in the previous RP were all Bruiser Tanks who used fatass weapons and bashed heads, while also being reasonably fast.
Not sure how old I should make her, actually. Is she too young? I was thinking of making her a mascot/first aid/glass nuke character.
Name: Eclaire Lachapelle
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Spirit: Artemis, the Huntress-Goddess of the Moon
Type: Gainenzoku (Concept Connection)

Appearance: Eclaire is only 4'6, with a petite, child-like build that shows just how little she exercises.
Personality: Eclaire Lachapelle is a shining example of someone that Alstreim Knights would wish to protect. With the image of a well-educated yet humble lady, with a particular reverence for the Lord Almighty, she gives off the impression of a gentle person, one who enjoys the company of friends, and treats them well. Her apologies are sincere, she acts responsibly, and she does her best to insure that everyone knows that she cares. In a way, she's almost like a saint, someone who treats all with equal kindness and generosity. Friendly, responsible, and lawful, Eclaire's simply an incredibly good person, a role model for all those younger than her, and even some that are older than her.

Of course, it probably helps that she has quite some motivation for being this way...

Biography: Eclaire Lachapelle is the only child in the Lachapelle family, daughter of Annette Lachapelle and Aiv Recourt, prominent, if not elusive, members of the Alstreim clan. For a few years, she lived a relatively normal life, surrounded by the magic of her mother and the swordsmanship competitions that her father participated in. She lived in a world of equal parts technology, magic, and religion, becoming a devout member of the Christian faith, while still being an individual who would accept the ideas of others. After all, she was, considering her lineage, a Connector, one who had the unique viewpoint of knowing that there's multiple gods in the world. Though she hadn't yet manifested her Spirit, she was fine with being a 'normal' girl. After all, the Alstreim clan was one that viewed woman as inferior, princesses to be saved or priestesses to be admired from a distance. There was no need for her to be outstanding, so Eclaire never bothered to. She went to schools in Utopia without any motivation to truly improve.

Things changed, though, when, at the age of eight, she first came in contact with her spirit. Artemis, the Goddess of the Moon and the Hunt. A proud, ambitious, independent soul who pretty much hated the state of the Alstreim clan. The Goddess had her ambitions, and Eclaire had her lack of them. Communications between the two were almost like the relationship between a nagging mother and a child. Yet, as more nights were spent between the two, Eclaire got curious about the things that Artemis spoke of.

Victory, Success, Achievement, Glory, Vengeance.

For once, Eclaire really tried to do well in her Connector classes. She studied hard and spent two hours a day practising by herself, attempting to find, among the four main types of Connector magic, which one of them she was talented at.

What awaited her was not victory, but a bitter defeat. She wasn't good at any of them. Mahouzoku, Bukizoku, Juzoku, or Tamazoku, there wasn't anything that she was good at, and while, with enough effort, she COULD become adept at one of them...Eclaire won't get good at it.

She won't be recognized by it.

The glory that Artemis spoke of, the achievements that would make her parents proud, were out of her reach. And even if she did master one of those arts, she realized that, as a girl in Alstreim even that won't give her medals. Her mother, after all, was never awarded medals for her advancements in the usage of Mahozoku.

After awhile, she stopped trying to pursue those four arts at all.

And instead, Eclaire decided that she would develop something for her personal use. She researched the Connection skills that were less known, theory-crafted with her mother, and, after two years, found her own Connection.

Concept Connection. She was not someone who could intimately connect with a Spirit that was so different from her, but, if nothing else, Eclaire knew that she could 'sympathize' with Artemis.

Another two years, and she crafted her own spell, and for the first time, was recognized and praised for it. After all, the Light of Revelations and Spear of Judgement was something that made up for the weakness of the Alstreim clan in general. What they lacked was magical 'artillery', and that was what Eclaire offered to them. She became popular. She became well-liked. She became admired. And it felt really damn good.

And, subconsciously, she began to act in a manner that would only further the goodwill that surrounded her. After all, a magical cannon such as herself was useless without others protecting her.

At 15, she is now one of the most well-known girls in her grade, a delicate angel wielding the spear of a goddess.

She's also Homeroom Rep, and takes Connector classes at the level of Year 2, High School.
Cry for the Moon
He can be a vamp. Just keep in mind that he's rich.
Essentially...think of it less as blood-sucking monsters who suck people dry...and more as rich nobles with a peculiar taste for blood, who have the money or the influence to get others to give them blood. At least, that's how I thought of it.

In Doniaeth, just keep in mind that the majority of weapons are more along the lines of machine-powered stuff, seeing how the Don kiddos don't have magic or ki or whatevar.
