“Aye aye, Captain Armpit.” Harry said, saluting Pit. Following the others into the pods being prepared for the next mission. He started to feel claustrophobic getting into the pod and travelling to the next location. He started to sweat profusely and was screaming at the top of his lungs. After they had landed, Harry joined Band outside of the pod. He got on his knees trying to regain his bearings. “Oh god…that was terrible..” He said in a whisper.

Harry looked around and started scanning the surrounding area, feeling overjoyed by such a beautiful field. This was a better change of pace than being in a dank cave and spooky monster-filled mansions. Harry’s hand moved along the grass that was around him. Being reminded of when he was a child and would play outside at a nearby field. Slowly standing up and joining the others. “A tournament? Sounds like fun.” He said, hearing a voice add to the conversation.

You’d kick everyones’s ass and win that tournament. You should join.”Physical Instrument said.

Harry rolled up the sleeves of his jacket and dress shirt to reveal his muscular arm, showing off by flexing it. He thought highly of his fighting prowess. He had gotten into fights many times before, half of which he had won. However, he would always say he won these fights if people asked. However, Band made a good point about not being distracted and focusing on the mission. Harry rolled up the sleeves of his jacket and dress shirt.

“Ah, you're no fun. We could run into these guys if we join this tournament.” Harry said. The names of the people didn’t seem familiar to him. “We can start snooping around for information. And see if we find anything. Does that sound like a good plan, Commander Spits?” The detective said, turning to the angel. Once he got an answer from Pit, he followed the others. At most, he thought he could find some alcohol to help with his withdrawal. A voice speaking to him, telling him to stop drinking and to soldier through the withdrawal. His eyes noticed the wagon, which was broken down on the road. He was always inclined to help someone in need.

The sloppy-looking detective walked over to the side of the wagon with whoever was going to assist, listening to them and the reason their cart was parked on the side of the road. A broken wheel is a common enemy for commuters driving to work. He often had to fix a wheel or the engine of his Coupris Kineema. “Hi, kid, I know something about fixing a car wheel. Let me have a look at it.” Harry smiled at the children. Flashing his yellow teeth at them, the smile, although friendly, could be perceived as scary. He walked towards the cart and studied how to solve the problem. But it looked like Amy had used her godly powers to place another wheel on the cart.

“Yeah, kid, she’s a goddess with many cool powers. She’s got this brush that can create stuff out of thin air.” Harry said, correcting the kid and pointing towards the wolf. “She’s also my partner, ain’t that right Detective Amy. Sorry i forgot to introduce myself. I'm Detective Harry Dubois. But you xan just call me Harry.” Harry smiled at the wolf, saying this as a mild jest. Smiling as Primrose performed some healing. Whistling loudly while placing his hand on Primrose’s shoulder. “Good job, kiddo.” He said, patting her shoulder before sliding it down to his side. Walking along the wagon, he spoke up when the subject of hitching a ride was brought up.

“I don’t mind walking along the wagon. I’m sure the rest of ya would want to trek to Esaka.” Harry said, thinking of him being prepared for a fight based on what the milkmaid had told him about the city's inhabitants. With whatever they decided, he would start walking towards the city.

He looked at the quiet man. After a bit of walking, he started talking to him. “So what’s your deal bud?” He asked, studying Zenkichi with his eyes. He was curious what his ablities were.

Abigail “Abby” Blavatsky

Abby clicked her tongue loudly when she noticed the tree had missed its target. The top part of the tree was visible above the asphalt after it sunk into the ground. She walked forward a few steps, wondering where they were hiding underground. She closed her eyes, trying to read their minds to find their location. Unfortunately, this was not possible because of how deep underground they were. She stopped walking as she noticed the two of them coming out of hiding. She started to move slowly towards them once again. Her stare was locked onto the villain. It seemed obvious to them that she was in some sort of trance-like state. She seemed to ignore the angelic hero and was focused on the villain. The trees that were not thrown were still swirling around her. She noticed the bolt coming towards her. But it was too late for her to try to dodge her attack. Being hit by the chaotic magic and falling onto the floor. Her whole body was spasming, feeling like there were thousands of needles jabbing underneath her skin.

Abby slowly stood back up while trying to get her bearings. Smiling to herself, she felt her adrenaline rushing throughout her body. Her heart was racing. This whole experience was quite exhilarating for her. Fighting another superpowered human was something she didn't know would make her feel so alive. Fixing her hair while also wiping the blood from her face with the sleeve of her shirt. She put her camera on the floor so it wouldn't get destroyed.

When she looked up at them, her breathing became heavier and hitched. Every time she took a breath, a slight shooting pain was felt in her chest and lungs. Her eyes locked onto Eris as she started flying upwards. The trees that were floating around her crashed onto the ground, floating above the ground, a few feet away from them. The anger from before subsided, and Abby was now eerily calm.

” That was quite a lot of fun. I haven't felt so exhilarated in such a long time. But sadly, we're gonna have to end this little dance.” She said. Her eyes looked over towards the angelic hero.

She could hear a voice speaking to her. ” I am on your side. You want to end this madness, and I want to help you. I have a plan. I'm going to hurl a rock at her head to try and knock her out. She'll probably fall off the stepping stones. And when she does, I want you to catch her. I hope this will be enough to end her reign of madness." Abby used her powers to lift a rather sizeable rock behind Eris. The rock floated up in the air, and with a flick of her fingers, it started flying towards her head.

Abigail “Abby” Blavatsky

The reporter was still in a haze from the fight before. Her eyes unsquinting as she stopped glaring at the girl on the stage. A thought in her mind that seemed to make her quite anxious was whether she had a concussion. She had been kicked in the face quite hard. So that would not be something out of the realm of possibility. Her hand moved to the bridge of her nose. And as she did this, she let out a pained grunt. It was broken and would need to be mended. Her finger moved from the bridge of her nose to underneath her nostrils. Wiping off some of the blood leaking out. She looked at her bloody finger with some fascination. This was not the first time she had seen blood. She had killed the occasional rat, bird, or bug several times. Studying their insides and the way their blood splattered on the wall and floor. As well as the many times she saw her blood.

Her finger moved into her mouth, staring at it, and she suck on it in a lewd manner. It tasted quite good to Abby. Her eyes moved back to the angelic hero coming towards the villain. Now, things were going to get very exciting. She brought up her camera and took pictures of the hero’s descent towards the stage. Taking a picture of the impact of her slamming into the girl on the stage. She hoped the photos she took would be good to use in her article. She followed them onto the field by jumping onto the stage and through the canvas. Moving around, she was standing at the side of the battle. She took more pictures of the angelic hero ready to strike the villain.

But she pulled the camera down from her face, looking quite flabbergasted. Watching the villain kissing the hero on the lips. Pausing momentarily, she didn’t know what the villain was planning by kissing the hero. She assumed it was some kind of distraction. A little part of her was pretty jealous that she was being kissed. An embrace like that was something she had never experienced before. It was something she desired deeply. To be loved and embraced like the Princess at the end of a storybook. And was oddly reminded of videos that started with two girls kissing on the internet. Lifting her camera to take another picture before stopping. The thought of the girl trying to escape again was not something she’d let happen. From what she had just experienced a couple of minutes ago, it made her quite livid.

Abby could feel an intense throbbing headache starting to form in the front of her head, like someone applying direct pressure to her skull. The floor rumbled around them as the ground shook The blood from her broken nose was now becoming more pronounced, staining her face, chin, neck, and shirt. Noticeable bulging and throbbing veins were present on her forehead. Her sharp blue eyes stared at the girl with intense hatred. Nearby trees were ripped out of the ground and started swirling around Abby. Slowly walking towards them, making a tree or two fly towards them.

And as this was happening, all Abby could hear was both laughing at her and throwing childish insults at her. The villainous girl's face transformed into the face of one of the doctors who had experimented on her. This, along with the other hallucinations pissed her off quite alot. The girl was her primary target. But she didn't care if the hero got caught in the crossfire.

Luckily, Harry found a bottle of Maraschino cherries he could drink. He carried this back to his table before returning for some food, avoiding eye contact with the chief and employees at the cantina. Getting some food was pitiful since Harry was not particularly hungry. Quickly, he ate his food, conversing with his group about what would happen next. Would they be sent on another mission to combat Galeem’s forces. Harry assumed that would be the case. However, he was still concerned about the kids and the creature living underneath the castle in Martira.

This was one case he didn’t want to leave unsolved. So he would probably ask to see if any progress had been made. Or perhaps he could be updated on how the case proceeds. After he had finished his meal, he said good night to his companions before heading off to bed.

He didn’t get much sleep during the night. His dream was a mixture of images of his past, present, and future. Inside the dream, he was back in Revachol. He was on the floor after being shot, with Kim standing above him. The woman mercenary was behind him, pointing a gun at his head. The other mercenaries were a few feet away, looking prepared to attack them at any moment. He yelled for Kim to turn around, but it sounded more like a whisper. His face was covered in blood as the bullet bore its way through his partner’s skull. The masked man with the heavy rifle in the back aimed their gun at Harry while laughing loudly. It sounded like a high pitched demonic sounding laugh. It sounded like a mixture of a laugh and the squealing of a pig. Looking around the crowd, he could see the residents of Revachol and his co-workers in Precinct 41.

They had a look of shock and horror at what was going on. Kim’s body went limp as his body slammed into the cobblestone road. The woman pointed her gun at him, and before she took the shot, he woke up. Sitting up right while screaming at the top of his lungs. His whole pasty white body was covered in sweat. He looked around to notice he was inside the Avenger and safe. “Sorry about that, Kit, I had a bad dream.” Harry said before lying back on the bed. Harry couldn't sleep for the rest of the night and stared at the wall until morning.

At 6 in the morning, Harry got out of bed when he noticed the sound of an alarm going off. “What the hell is that?” He started rushing to get prepared. Taking a quick shower before putting on his usual outfit. A few moments later, he was outside the room, wondering what was going on. But he assumed that it was a kind of wake up call of some kind. Sitting in the cafeteria after getting some breakfast. He didn’t eat much of his food; he was still shaken from his dream.

“Hi, Band.” He finally said the mechanical detective. The detective was slowly eating some more of his food. He felt the effects of alcohol withdrawal starting to set back in. His eyes looked over to Nadia, whom Band seemed to know. Smiling at her after shovelling his next forkful of food and swallowing it. “Howdy, my name is Harry Dubois. It’s nice to meet you.” He extended his hand for her to shake. His attention turned to Hemisay, giving him a nod of acknowledgment. It was nice to see another familiar face. He gave her the "Expression" to try and charm her.

“Hehe, I knew you were some kind of sun god.” He said to Amy, but he quite liked the nickname of Dog Mullens for Amaterasu. “Nice to finally know your name. Do you mind if I still call you Dog Mullens? Or do you want me to call ya Amaterasu?” He asked, wondering what name she would prefer. He bet she preferred Amaterasu and was angry at Harry for always calling her Dog Mullens.

His attention turned to Pit. “Ain’t you a little young to be fighting?” Harry was reminded of Lilly, or Annette. But he could tell there was more to him than meets the eye. “So what’s your deal, kid? Sounds like you're some kinda angel or something?” Relaxing in his seat while conversing with them. Hearing about Lady Palutena, he felt like an insignificant bug compared to the gods and higher beings around him.

He thought his inner thoughts could try to communicate with Amaterasu. Squinting his eyes while staring at the wolf. His face started to become a little purple from how hard he tried to concentrate. “Oh great goddess of the sun, please forgive our past trespasses. I am just a pitiful mortal trying to survive. From now on, if you need anything, you can speak with me telepathically.” Of course, he wasn’t telepathically speaking to Amaterasu as he didn’t possess that ability. It was all in his head. He relaxed his face as it went back to normal.

Harry looked at Sandalphon, assuming she ran this whole show. And to him, it seemed that was the case. Going to a city would be a nice change of pace from the caves and haunted mansions of the past. As the recruits were introduced, Harry stood up and introduced himself. “Detective Harry Dubois at your service.” Sitting back down while looking over at the other members. “Quite a ragtag group of people we got here.” He thought, but was glad to be around so many pretty women in the group. He took the sash and started to wrap it around his waist. Putting away his medkit and water canteen into his plastic bag.

Before going to the pod, he would find some equipment so he would not be defenceless. Looking through the armoury for any good weapons. But unfortunately, there was not much in the way of weapons or supplies. The only thing he took was a golden gun that seemed to be very bedazzled.

"A very disco choice Harry." His Savoir Faire said.

"The engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever." Logic chimed in sounding dissapointed in Harry's choice of weapon.

"Fuck tactical advantage, now you are a real superstar cop." Savoir Faire retorted. Harry, meanwhile collected a pitiful amount of 9mm ammo and put it into his plastic bag. Spinning the gun a few times before putting it away into a shoulder holster he had found.

He made his way back to the other members of the Gold Team near the hellpods. But before he left, he said goodbye and wished Kit luck on his mission. He gave him a High five before he left, lowering his hand for a low five, hoping he would give it a slap.

@TrippyNightmare

Okay, so our characters wouldn't be thin bloods but close to one.

Alright, so we can pick any of the 13 clans. If they're the other sub-clans, then we'd have to pitch them to you for use in the RP.

In that case, I assumed you'd want to do rolls for actions and skills. And in that case, I guess the character sheet would be similar to the game's character sheet?

Okay, sounds good.
@TrippyNightmare

Quick questions before we start.

1. Will we be using Alchemy since we can't use our clan displines as thin bloodes? Would you allow us to have clan disciplines?

2. If yes then what level of alchemy could we use?

3. Are you going to be sticking to the rules of the game? Or just using it as a baseline?

4. Are we going to be one clan or can we pick a clan?

5. Is thier other elements from the WOD universe that will be introduced later in the RP? I.E. werewolves, mummies, ghost etc.

6. Where would the RP take place?
Interested.

Location: Dead Zone Hinterlands/ The Avenger

As the group made their way out of the Dead Zone, Harry was deep in thought about whether anything he did was positively affecting the world. The idea that his deeds were pointless and that this meant nothing was at the forefront of his mind. He didn’t think that solving this case would do any good. This feeling felt like the exact moment when his fiancée left him. Harry had his hands shoved into his pockets, looking quite melancholy. This whole situation was messed up because he didn’t have the full picture of the situation.

Harry was walking with the others and started feeling a little dizzy after a moment. His hands were shaking, and he could feel the withdrawal beginning to set in. He stopped walking and stood still like a statue. He vomited all over the floor before wiping his mouth and the tears from his cheek. Slowly, he got his bearings before continuing to walk along with the group. Caughting up with the others, he was glaring daggers at Morris. The son of a bitch thought he could run, but he wasn’t going to escape from justice so easily.

He would ensure that Morris and his co-conspirators never see the light of day. Of course, he would like to interrogate Lady Joanna. And find out more information about this monster. He could be the Icebreaker to get some answers from her. However, it seemed Bardon would take care of the situation. Something that disappointed Harry greatly. “Hopefully we can find whatever is under the castle, bud…not like it matters though. Looks like we gotta deal with Galeem.” He said, responding to Kitt. But there was a bigger fish to fry right now. If Galeem were allowed to fulfill his plans, then the kids would be dead either way.

Harry shrugged his shoulders before speaking up. “I guess I’ll go with you then.” His voice sounded low and quite exhausted already. He didn’t acknowledge Sandalphon as she made her appearance to the group. He had an expressionless look as he was fulltoned out to the Avenger.

As soon as she got to the Avenger, he went straight to the canteen—not to get any food, but to see if he could procure a drink. As he entered the cantina, he snooped around the kitchen area, looking for any bottles of booze. Anything that had alcohol in it would help with the withdrawal.

If the chef were there, he would notice Harry stalking inside the kitchen. Harry was scavenging through the fridge and cabinets, hoping to find any alcohol he could drink. His hands were shaking more than before. Thick beads of sweat were running down his face. A voice was speaking to him.

You don’t need a drink, Harry. Look what happened to you last time you went on a bender.” Volition said, sounding disappointed in Harry.

You have to get something inside of you to fight the withdrawal. If not, you'll have one hell of a bad time.” Electro-Chemistry said, trying to get Harry to start drinking.

Don’t listen to him, he 's just trying to bring you down and send you into oblivion.” Logic chimed in with Inland Empire speaking.

But wasn’t that the path you were always taking, Harry. The path into the cold, empty hands of death?” Inland Empire was starting to scare Harry with his existential crap.

You serve no purpose in life. Your life is nothing! You serve zero purpose! YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF NOW!!! And give somebody else a piece of that oxygen and ozone layer, that's covered up so we can breathe inside this blue trapped bubble. Kill yourself. I mean that, with a hundred percent. With a thousand percent.” Shiver said.

What the hell are you guys talking about? Harry will do no such thing. Look, you can spiral into alcoholism and despair, but that isn’t going to help solve this case and with fighting Galeem. You don’t need alcohol to function.” Logic said, trying to persuade Harry not to spiral.

Hi, what did I miss?” Reaction Speed said being obvious what the conversation topic was.

After Harry’s conversation with the chief, he left the kitchen and sat at a table. Looking around and being weirded out by the others eating in the canteen. A few tables to his right, he noticed a huge man in power armour conversing with a dog in a dress. A dude in a trench coat smoking something out of a pipe. Another buff blonde dude with sunglasses chewing bubble gum and kicking ass while playing some sort of handheld console. Another guy who looked like an undead cowboy singing showtunes with a scary-looking Japanese gangster. And what he assumed was a journalist conversing with a shirtless Japanese man with a scar on his chest, and a bear in a karate outfit.

This place and really this whole situation were quite strange to Harry. Nevertheless, he continued eating and drinking, trying to restore his energy. After this, he would shower and perhaps find somewhere on this vessel to get his clothes cleaned. A good nap could help with his mood.

Abigail “Abby” Blavatsky

Abby was staring intensely at Eris, hoping she could convince her to follow her out of here. But that didn’t seem like a possibility. And in fact, she had gotten the opposite effect. Now Eris was pissed off and a “hero” had arrived to stop Eris. Turning around to face the angelic looking hero, she was cursing under her breath because of this. “Verdammt, nicht jetzt.”

She took another picture of the hero, hoping it would be useful for her article. Perhaps she shouldn’t have been so close to the action because she would likely be injured in their battle. Putting herself further involved in the situation could lead to danger. Or her cover being blown. Walking backwards, she didn’t notice that there was an unconscious person on the ground. Abby then tripped over this person, falling onto the ground.

Yelping out in pain, as she was sure she had just sprained her ankle. Just then, she noticed two men were above her, trying to kick or punch while she was defenceless on the ground. One of the men was starting to pull on her hair, causing her to scream in pain. Images of her suffering at various points in the past flashed in her head. One particular image was her struggling against her restraints as the doctors tried to subdue her. She knew they were going to rummage around in her head. And as she was put under, the last image she saw was a shadowy looking man. He looked like a middle aged white male wearing a black suit. He looked normal except for his eyes, which seemed otherworldly. They looked like empty eye sockets, with pus and other putrid things coming out of the eye hole. The man smiled as she went under, showing her his open maw. Which was filled with rows of sharp teeth and what looked like a bright light emanating from his throat.

Abby was snapped back into reality as she was thrown onto the ground by the man pulling her hair. “Shit…” She yelped while trying to fight back. Her hand frantically looked for the pocket knife in her jeans pocket. After some frantic searching, she had the weapon in her hand. But it slipped out of her hand as the other man kicked her in the stomach. Vomiting all over the floor as blood was pouring out of her now broken nose. ” Get the hell away from me, you son of a bitch.” She yelled unintentionally, using her powers to slam a nearby guard rail into the man holding her hair. This loosened his grip on her, and she turned her attention to the man who kicked her. She used her powers to unfold her pocket knife and made it fly into her hand.

Slashing the air and moving backwards while using her dirty sleeve to wipe the blood from her nose. The man moves forward to attack, but Abby uses her powers to make him slip and fall. Abby ran over to stomp him in the stomach with her foot. Scoffing while putting away her pocket knife. She became worked up by this whole situation. She thought of giving P.J. a good scolding when she returned to the Daily Trumpet. Walking over to the camera on the floor, and luckily found that it was not broken. Abby picked it up and looked up at the angelic looking hero. Being reminded of the angels she would see in the pictures of the bible she’d read as a kid.

She took a few more pictures of the angelic hero before holding the camera to her side. Looking dumbfounded at her presence, she slowly turned to the stage, glaring at Eris as she sank into the stage.
